The Airport Shuttle dropped me at the entrance to the front desk. There are seven steps you have to go up to get to the entrance. There is no ramp.

Very good value, and the shuttle will pick you up from airport and drop you off. Evening drivers are the best.

Excellent property for a Red Roof Inn - clean, well maintained and attentive staff. Their shuttle service is excellent too - sure beats using the airport parking.

Hotel and room were nice, clean and comfortable. Good location. Biggest negative was the elevator not working, was not fun lugging bags up 3 flights of stairs.

Airport shuttle was safe, reliable and driver and front office staff were friendly. Checkout was easy. Not your Hilton but I felt safe and room was clean and hot shower felt great after a long day. Thank you

Fast shuttle to airport

Room was clean and comfortable. Airport shuttle was fast and easy bith directions.

Stayed here 6 months ago the room was mediocre but the price was good, stay was fine then and shuttle service on point. This visit the stay was the same but the shuttle service was awful we waited 45 minutes for pick up, called 3 times and drive said they would be there in 10 minutes each time. After a very long day of travel that was not acceptable. Won't stay again.

There was no hot water. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet seat was loose I've stayed here before without any issues, but I paid for two nights and only stayed one. The overall appearance is dirty and recks of weed. Never EVER, again

Room was clean and comfy!

Rugs and the room were not clean. Dusty as well. I felt itchy the entire stay. I did check the bed for bed bugs and didnt see anything alarming but still suspicious. Vending machine were out of order. Ice from ice maker was brown. M

The good. Friendly staff, great shower and comfy bed and pillows. The bad…not as clean as we would like, condensation from the A/C unit had the floor damp and unfortunately I saw a roach. Just can’t recommend even with the positives.

Quick overnight traveling through Baltimore area, highly convenient location right off the exit of the highway we were traveling(sorry am not from the area- can't remember the hwy#). Lots and lots of ubereats delivery options! Room was clean and super comfortable. Wish i could've slept longer to enjoy it, but had to get back on the road.

Sheets were dirty, hair and blood stain on mattress..shower was nasty and caused the bathroom to flood..we requested towels and received pushback and we cleaned the water up ourselves

Smoke. We were given a room that smelled of cigarettes. We asked to be moved. The second room smelled exactly the same. It’s supposed to be a none smoking hotel but the entire place smelled of cigarettes.

Found a dead bug on the bed.

There were ants in our bathroom

The room was clean, but there was a smell. The smell was either mildew or musty.

Lots of worn furniture. The TV in my room wasn't working properly. Bed was comfy. Room was minimalist, but not as functional as one might like, i.e. coffee maker was no where near an outlet. Arrived at night, reception was poor and a little unhelpful. Left in the morning, checkout went smoothly.

We turned our AC down to 60 in the room never really got cold. The TV was almost impossible to change the channel and I never could change the volume. I don’t enjoy paying to sweat all night. Not acceptable. The staff is friendly but I wouldn’t stay here again most likely.

Had to stay here due to Southwest canceling flight. Lady that drove shuttle was very kind. Hotel AC units are noisy and the toilet ran every other minute loudly and I could not sleep whatsoever.

The door frame had been repaired and did not give me any confidence that if someone tried to get in the door would hold. There was no refrigerator and no microwave. There was no bar soap.

The beds are terrible on your back.

Bed was so bad I would appreciate if I get the refund I had lot of pain in my back and kids also had pain in the morning

Air conditioning did not work well. The AC kept switching off and the room got too hot at night

This place was better than we expected for a Red Roof. For a Red Roof or any 3 star and below, I would rate it as a 4.8/5. The only minor issue was the bath soap wasn refilled before our stay, the bathroom shower curtain had a smell to it, and the wifi didnt work for the two days we were there. Other than that, we loved how clean the place was, the quality of the bed, the appliances, the location, and the abundant parking. We would definitely stay here if we were to visit Baltimore in the future, without checking anywhere else.

Its not an updated facility, old furniture. No amenities in room, other than shampoo/ soap in shower and sink area. Basic but only slept there for airport flight. Was cheaper than the hotel next door and had ample parking compared to the the Wingate where I stayed before the flight.

I’ve stayed at this particular property many times over the past five years sometimes good sometimes not so good. This time upon check-in, I discovered that the room was not very clean, some of the lights weren’t working, the refrigerator was not chilling, the toilet kept running and running, and the outlets that were inside of the nightstand between the two beds actually sizzled and made gurgling sounds. I notified the front desk and because it was so late at night I said it was fine for the night, but could they please have Housekeeping in the next day and maintenance, especially for the things that I paid for the upgraded room for and wasn’t receiving. They they said they would take care of it, but certainly weren’t very concerned. I had to prompt to make sure that they wrote down what was wrong and when I got back from work that day, only the housekeeping portion has been addressed. For the next few days till the end of my stay, the other items were never fixed and no compensation no direct care nothing was forthcoming. Even when I checked out and said hey, these things weren’t dealt with the girl said yep. So I can definitely say there was a certain lack of care and expect some compensation or something.

It was a horrible experience from arrival to departure. Rude desk person. Charged $50.00 unexpected fee. Found broken glass crack pipe in chair. 10 year old son cut his finger on it. Dirty room. Noisy. Suspicious people walking around in the late night.

Front desk was absolutely awesome, she was very friendly and accommodating, nice looking property, no sketchy people hanging around, everything but the electrical in the room for the fridge and microwave worked, good price as well.

The first key I was given was to an occupied room. Office clerk did not offer an apology. The second key was also to an occupied room with weed smoke pouring out of the room. I canceled my reservation.

I have no complaints. My night at the Red Roof Inn - Plus was exactly what I needed, a night of sleep. My flight was delayed till the next morning and O didn’t want to be in the airport for 8 hours. As such, I hopped on Hotels.com and booked me a night at the Red Roof Inn - Plus. The booking process was easy and the rate was exactly what I needed, reasonable. Once at the ground transportation area I called for the hotel shuttle. The young lady arrived within 15 minutes and Inwas on my way to get some sleep. The ride to the hotel was swift and engaging. The driver told me where I could get some food and gave me a few ideas on places to order from. Arriving at the hotel, the attendant behind the desk was nice. She got me checked in within 4 minutes and I was on my way to Room 135. The exterior of the hotel was clean and the area was quiet. I got to my room, swiped my key and entered my space for the night. The room was very clean, spacious, and had a lot of modern accents to it. After a long day of travel, all I cared about was that the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, and both were spot on. Not, in the typical tradition of the Red Roof Inn, the curtain still looks like it’s from 1972, however, I closed the curtain, closed my eyes, and I was off to lala land. The next morning, I awoke, checked out, got the shuttle to the airport, and was on my way. No issues. No complaints. Clean room. Good service. Safe space.

Price was right. Bed comfy, but horrible check in! Checked in after midnight. Front desk person gave us a key to a room that was occupied! Not sure who was more shocked us or them! Creaky elevator that broke down. Loud lobby. Did appreciate the shuttle.

The check-in staff was not friendly at all and in some cases non-existent. The people who would normally stay at this hotel are often people flying in and out of BWI and need an overnight stay; however, during this stay, it was a lot of people who appeared to be living at the hotel. People were playing loud bass at all hours of the night and morning, smoking within 50 feet of the hotel, and standing outside the rooms talking loudly while drinking. I used to call this hotel my home base for my travels to Maryland, but I will be finding somewhere else to go now.

I never got to stay at the Red Roof Inn. My reservation was cancelled at 1a.m. by the rude concierge, at the hotel. Her attitude was nasty and her appearance was unprofessional.

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been too. Not safe. And they said I smoked in the room when I’m not even a smoker. Whole room smelled like human feices from the bathroom (handicapped) room

I had a very late checkin due to airplane delay. It was a short stay but room was clean and parking was easy.

Lobby staffs were very rude during check-in. Hotel seemed a little unsafe.

Overall the room was clean and convenient for my one night stay. I am not a fan of hotels with outside entrance doors. Those are "motels" to me. For that reason i tried to cancel the room immediately but couldn\'t. I really felt uncomfortable because i was traveling alone. I will definitely do more research before booking the next time.

The staff is friendly and works hard at the front of desk and for housekeeping. You don’t get a free breakfast here if that’s important to you.

Room was clean. Nothing overly special. Only stayed one night, so purpose was served. Wish there were more food options within walking distance. Had to use Door Dash. $50 room deposit was not mentioned on the Expedia APP either. Got that lovely surprise upon check in.

Clean, quiet, no truck parking, no continental breakfast. I asked if they could shuttle us down the road 1 mile to Cracker Barrel and they said no

Quick, close to the airport and easy check in. The front desk people were very pleasant, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate a small change I needed to make when I arrived. Room was clean, tidy, comfortable bed and microwave and fridge a plus. I'll certainly stay here again.

The service at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The shuttle service is so helpful if needed. I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offered but I hadn't checked the amenities info carefully so that was on me.
