Other than the poor service received at the service desk, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Clean rooms, good free breakfast, nice clean pool for the kiddos (with a life guard!). It would be nice to have had a second elevator as two large groups of foreign students monopolized the single lift. Close to National Harbor which is a hidden gem. Overall well worth the cost.

The pictures do not match the hotel. You are in an unsavory neighborhood and the hotel is very very very old. The toilets are extremely loud when flushed. The towels smell funny and unclean. We received notice the water would be cut off for 2 days between the hours of 8 am and 4 pm. The ice machine did not work on our floor so we had to go to the 4th floor to get ice. The only positive, close to major highway and amenities like food locations.

This was a last minute booking. The price seemed right. Unfortunately, it's an older property that has not been updated. Dirty carpets, outdated breakfast area. Staff was very nice and did their very best. Security from 8pm-6am

The photos of the hotel are very deceiving. The building was dirty inside and out. The furniture in the lobby and in the room was stained and gross. There was mold in our bathroom. The carpet in our room was worn down to a bare spot. The ceiling tiles throughout the building were stained and moldy. There was a burn hole in one of our bedsheets. There was a used tampon beside the pool. This hotel was disgusting and I felt guilty for making my family stay there.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Directly below room window was a junk yard with old broken equipment and trash from the hotel. The parking lot behind the hotel has no outdoor lighting. I went to park there but saw people sitting in a vehicle parked back there and immediately returned to find parking out front of the hotel where there is some light.

The carpet is filthy, the comforter on the bed had dirty stains, the walls in the room was dirty.. I called the from desk to let them know cable wasn’t on, the lady told me to wiggle the cable cord to see if it would come on, because the maintenance people wasn’t there…. Now remind you the cable outlet was hanging from the wall… The chair in the room that was beside the bed was nasty dirty, I was scared to sit in the chair with my clothes on… Finally, I put my food & drink in the refrigerator, and it was not cold… This will be my last time staying at this Comfort Inn… O I forgot this hotel have a bad small in the hallways…

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant. My only complaint is the dreadful Internet. If you need Internet to complete your work, this is not the hotel for you. (That is Choice Hotels in general) Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The carpet was old, and buckled- making it a trip hazard. The room smelled like it had decades of smokers in it even though it was a non-smoking facility. The shower faucet had a constant leak; the flushing of the toilet was so loud, you could here it two doors down. Will not be back.

Wifi in room (4th floor, a few doors from elevators) had weak signal that faded in and out. It was so weak as to be unusable from the desk near window (unfindable by my devices). Slightly usable by moving computer closer to door, but signal would drop every now and then. I took my laptop down to the lobby for a reliable connection.

We stayed here during Katsucon in Feb 2025. Room was functional and clean - although we did seem to be missing a nightstand on one side of the bed. As for the rest of the facility, it seemed dated, tired, and in need of some TLC. Ceiling tiles in the hallways were dirty and/or disintegrating, one of the exterior doors to the parking lot didn't lock, and seemed to be missing steps. Also the breakfast buffet left a LOT to be desired. We also ended up getting a room directly across from the elevator - the sound travels very easily and it did wake us once or twice. If you're a light sleeper, definitely watch out for this.

Overall, the hotel was ok. Front desk staff was courteous and breakfast was what you’d expect from this brand. However, the room was very dated, shower curtain didn’t close all the way, in room refrigerator had to be unplugged so we could sleep and the bed had the worst mattress I’ve slept on in a while.

As soon upon my arrival, I received my keys and the person at the front desk wanted me to pay an extra $100 for a smoke fee. Since I don’t smoke she gave me my room keys. On the next day after our stay. We were with my sick mother. Which required working with her to eat get exercise. Upon returning to the room it wasn’t serviced After commuting with the supervisor the service slowly got better. Although, when it didn’t get serviced. One particular service persons attitude was to back mouth under her breath but loud enough for me to hear her and my wife to hear on two separate occasions strange body language and talking negatively under their voices on each request made. We contacted Expedia and filed a complaint. After several days comfort inn did not grand our request to refund findings another hotel.

Our hotel stay was very bad starting from the point when we entered the establishment. We had to wait for a while before the lady came to the front desk to help us and then she treated it as if it was an inconvenience that we were there. The elevator was so dirty and it stunk like old sweat in the hallways as well.. We get to the room and it definitely wasn’t clean very well and the toilet paper roll was half used. The tub was dripping water all night long. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable and springy. Your elbows literally go into the springs. Between the refrigerator and the air conditioner that was so loud we barely got a wink to sleep. The only thing we wanna do was get out of there we go down thinking we’re gonna at least try to grab a bite to eat before we leave Outside. If there was hardly anything to choose from the waffle station was empty and the food was cold so we just gave up and we left. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

My account was triple charged. I asked the front desk about it. All they could tell me is the money will go back in a couple of days. I currently still have 363 hold on my account plus a charge 163. Feel disappointed with this hotel process.

The property was ok. it just looks a ittle run down. my only bad review is with the chek in. when I came i there was no one at the desk. I needed to go to the restroom. when i found it, it was locked. came back up to the desk and noone was there. Stood there for another 5-7 minutes , then the lady shows up and gives me the key. By that time, I barely made it to the bathroom.I have never been to a hotel where there was no one to check you in for at least 10 minutes after you get there. I am talking about noone being at the desk.

The rooms are not modern but its a budget friendly motel. Smaller than average but a quiet tucked away location. I really like the convenience how close it is to the outlet, National Harbor and MGM Casino. The night manager was very accommodating. Overall I woud rate this place an 8 out of 10.

The photos need updating. The hotel is in an area that is not real safe for families. Most guests are business people. The do have a descent free hot breakfast. Very few restaurants near by. Near main highway is a plus. Close enough to take Lyft to neighboring cities for dinner and sites

Our hotel stay was very bad starting from the point when we entered the establishment. We had to wait for a while before the lady came to the front desk to help us and then she treated it as if it was an inconvenience that we were there. The elevator was so dirty and it stunk like old sweat in the hallways as well.. We get to the room and it definitely wasn’t clean very well and the toilet paper roll was half used. The tub was dripping water all night long. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable and springy. Your elbows literally go into the springs. Between the refrigerator and the air conditioner that was so loud we barely got a wink to sleep. The only thing we wanna do was get out of there we go down thinking we’re gonna at least try to grab a bite to eat before we leave Outside. If there was hardly anything to choose from the waffle station was empty and the food was cold so we just gave up and we left. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here during Katsucon in Feb 2025. Room was functional and clean - although we did seem to be missing a nightstand on one side of the bed. As for the rest of the facility, it seemed dated, tired, and in need of some TLC. Ceiling tiles in the hallways were dirty and/or disintegrating, one of the exterior doors to the parking lot didn't lock, and seemed to be missing steps. Also the breakfast buffet left a LOT to be desired. We also ended up getting a room directly across from the elevator - the sound travels very easily and it did wake us once or twice. If you're a light sleeper, definitely watch out for this.

Reasonable pricing, but had a few issues with the room. Bent/broken desk chair had to be replaced. The shower fixture was horrible - the faucet ran constantly while the shower was on and the tub drained too slow, so it filled up quickly while you showered. Lots of room for improvement in the breakfast options.

Breakfast had scrambled eggs but waffle machine wasn’t working during most of my nights during 2nd week of December. Cleaning service staff worked hard to keep hotel clean. Carpet in suites and main hall require deep cleaning. In general hotel worked for me. I would come back.

Stayed here for a work conference in National Harbor. It was super convenient to the bus system and stores and restaurants in walking distance. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is under new ownership so a lot of repairs and redesigns were going on. Breakfast was good and the room was a typical room and comfortable.

Front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel is under new management, so there are a lot of repairs and maintenance going on… Unfortunately, the fitness room was closed which I didn’t know about. Everything looked a little bit dirty and didn’t smell great to be honest. Also, I would say the walls are pretty thin… You can hear a lot from out in the hallway and down the hall, knocking, etc.
