La chica de limpieza fue muy pedante o altanera se entiende que el trabajo es agotador pero solo le pedí 5 minutos para salir para que ella hiciera la limpieza correspondiente y me dijo es ahorita o hasta mañana pero muy molesta de lo demás las personas del lobby exelente personal

el hotel esta muy viejo y en remodelacion. Es ruidoso y el jardin con alberca estaba en obra. Pasillos de habitaciones sucio y alfombras manchadas. es el 1er doubletree que me toca en estas condiciones.

My work begins early so I wasn’t able to eat breakfast but the room was wonderful and staff exceptional.

We arrived at 8:30 PM to check in to find the hotel fully booked Little to no parking one elevator working and that was the beginning. Arrived in our room to find day old five slices of pizza in the refrigerator, not in a wrapper, not in a container just on the shelf. Went to use the phone to call the desk downstairs to find it not working upon speaking to the guy at the desk. I was told there were no available rooms and that he would notify the manager. Upon returning to the room, went to wash my hands in the bathroom sink to find that the water did not go down what seem to be an eternity. Returned downstairs to the front desk to explain the situation with the sink and it was once again told there was nothing that they could do. I explained it to him that this is no way for a Hilton to be run, he assured me the manager would call my stay was 5/16/26 to 5/18/26.
