A séjourné 1 nuit

First off, we booked and paid for a king bed room ahead of time and once checking in, were given without telling us at the desk or anything, a 2 bed room with full sized beds. Mind you, were a couple and this was not explained at all at the front desk. The man working the front desk hardly spoke English so once calling the front desk and requesting the room we PAID FOR BEFOREHAND, he gave really no reasoning besides that they just give you whatever they have when you arrive because the room rates are the same. I will NEVER STAY AT A SHERATON HOTEL AGAIN. The mini fridge hardly worked, there was MOLD in the dimly lit bathroom. The blinds were broken, none of the trashcan had plastic bags or liners in them, the wallpaper was ripped in multiple areas and there was a old giant glob of chewing gum on the ceiling that looked at least a year old. They also charged $200 to my card without telling me and I will be looking into why, because hotels.com charged my room amount so it better come back off my debit card or I will be disputing whatever that charge is! Never again could you pay me to stay at this hotel, not even if it was free!

I tried to call before I got the hotel, who ever picked the phone doesn’t even know I had reservations. The front desk at the hotel she is helpful. The carpet in the hotel is old and dirty. The room carpet is smelly can’t sleep. I had one night stay didn’t even slept. No time to complain I had to leave early.
