Rooms are large, full size refrigerator, my room was clean. Property is dog friendly with plenty of room for crates and plenty of area to walk your dog well away from traffic.

We traveled with our dog, and it was great to be able to bring him to this pet friendly hotel. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

The lady that checked me in was awesome and the room was actually better than I expected, it was really clean The building on the outside looks unsafe and the hallways smelled horrible

When we asked the feont desk, they told us that there were no extra pillows available. When accessing the lobby, both handicapped automatic door open buttons did not work.

Room was fine. "Free breakfast" was a joke...just call it "breakfast snacks" to be honest. Vending machine for snacks didn't work. Everything else ok.

I was there for the holidays of Christmas 2024. I was booked from the 16th of December until the 2nd of January. 2 days before Christmas they were removing the tile in the lobby and when I came back to my room which was on the first floor, the dust from the construction had filtered underneath my door and everything had a coating of white dust on it including my bedding and clothes. Given the next day was Christmas Eve I did not make a complaint or concern. Also on Christmas day I did not mention it. However, the day after Christmas I went to the front desk to ask for someone to come in and run a vacuum wipe down things. The management at that time was very rude about it and said I was not entitled to any housekeeping up until a certain time of my stay and what I mentioned about the dust everywhere from the construction that they created. She was rude and begrudgingly sent someone after. I really expressed my frustration about it. In my 50 years of travel, I have never encountered such a unpleasant person working at a hotel and that's all I'll say.

The Property needs to be Updated & remodeled, The Fire-alarm went off at 2:00am in the morning and when we went outside talking to some of the Other Residence they informed us that this happens often

It was a decent spot. Affordable, relatively clean, friendly staff. No gym and breakfast was just coffee and cereal bars

noisy people above us. clomping around until fire alarm went off. complained to staff about noise. Continued making noise until 3 am. bugs in bathroom and kitchen area

Place has not been maintained . Carpets are dirty stained and smell. Bed is aweful. Description says breakfast and its just a small table in the lobby with coffee and donuts. They lied. I made a big mistake by saving a few dollars and staying here.

In a rush, I booked a 2 week stay at this property for a training and upon arrival in the middle of the night, I immediately regretted it. I wish I had read the reviews! This place seriously needs to be cleaned, renovated and upgraded. The kitchens were a big reason for me to stay bc I prefer to cook/ordering out. I went to Walmart for bleach and a scrub brush to clean the frige & shower—> tan water was rinsed down the drain. 3 socks and a beanie were under our bed. The manager assured me upon my return that she she swept my floor while I was out training. Well, the socks and beanie hat were still underneath. Posted throughout the hotel was a 10 point cleanliness check system with ‘Manager check’ listed last. Believe me, that is not happening; well not in my rented room. A roach was under our counter. The electric stovetop was so worn down, I couldn’t read the settings of Hi, Lo, etc. I ended up wasting money and not staying 4 of my nights bc I just wanted to travel back home. I requested a tableware set from the front desk, and the 2 ice trays had some kind of gunk stuck throughout them. Seriously, many things need to change. On a (more) positive note, the Wi-Fi worked, the refrigerator and microwave worked but both were just dirty looking. The breakfast are grab and go granola bars, coffee, tea, and instant oatmeal packets. If this is all you require, be their guest! I need more and will plan better moving forward, especially if a family member will travel with me.

The breakfast was a joke, it was only muffins and coffee basically. The bathroom had roaches and it could be because people cook and leave food in the rooms but they can sanitize better and fumigate often.

We stayed Friday and Saturday night - Friday night around midnight we heard doors slamming with no regard for other guests, we called the front desk and they took care of the problem, the rest of the night was okay. The only problem we had with cleanliness was discovered when my wife went to clean up a small amount of coffee that got spilled and found the floor to be pretty dirty, like it was in need of mopping, this was not from the coffee spill. Everything else was great

The first room we checked into had dead roach-like bugs all by the door. Can’t believe housekeeping left the room like that. When we went to front desk to change room, they were accommodating but didn’t offer any kind of credit.

When we went into our first room (we reserved 2) and turned on the light, roaches ran everywhere. We went to the front desk and were given another room. Our adult daughter and her children told us in the morning, they experienced the same thing when they went into their room (our second reserved room). They were too tired to try to move to another room, since we all checked-in so late.

No one was at the front desk on multiple occasions to assist customers. The room was not clean nor completely safe. There was a jagged 18 inch rip on the shower floor where you would stand. I had to buy a shower mat and put towels down to protect my feet. The fridge door was jagged/broken. I had to tape it so I wouldn't get cut. The kitchen kit was missing items. There was hair around the room. Ants crawled on the beds.

Room had a smell that we could not be rid of despite air freshener spray. Long black hair in shower upon check in. Microwave started to spark and smoke 20 seconds in. You get what you pay for and next time, we will skip the deal and check into a nicer hotel.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I woke up to a Kitchen full of roaches. I will NEVER stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience at the Extended Stay Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchenette, which made it incredibly convenient for longer stays. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the space tidy, and I appreciated the quiet and comfortable atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, yet still peaceful. The front desk team was always ready to assist with a smile, and I truly felt at home during my stay. Whether you’re traveling for business, relocating, or just need a longer-term place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, value, and excellent service.

Room we stayed in had a noisy heater when it was operating; the refrigerator was noisy when cycling. Both were annoying, especially at night. The floor was not carpeted and rough and uneven, with a very noticeable sloping floor adjacent to the kitchen, bathroom and bed. There were several broken hinges on the kitchen cabinet doors.

The person checking us in acted like he didnt want to be there. The people in the room next to us had 2 screaming kids that sounded like they were wrestling. Hitting the walls. Banging, screaming until way late into the night. Not the hotels fault. But it happened.

I stayed just 2 nights. It was a nice enough place but it was the hardest and most uncomfortable bed and the front desk could not offer any help.

The staff at check in and check out were both nice and helpful. The room was very clean and just what I needed for my stay. Some of the furniture could be updated soon just from normal wear, but that’s to be expected. Everything was still useful and clean. I appreciate having an air conditioner that can be controlled in the room. Location is convenient. The three big name gas station/convenient stores are all within an half mile. Overall great stay. I would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very very nice asked how our event was and how we liked our dinner they remembered what we were talking about at check in makes us feel like they were listening I would return again for sure!! Thank you for a great stay!

The rooms weren’t that bad and the sleeping area was pretty good. I heard there was a roach issue from one of the employees but it wasn’t that bad for the room I had. I hated the fact the staff wouldn’t let me get a late checkout. I asked early for a late checkout preferably just an extra hour and the staff told me I’d have to ask in the morning as they couldn’t do that. So then I asked in the morning and the lady tells me that because of high volume I can’t do that. I wish it was just not different things being shared with me and i’m sure others run into this problem if I had this. It’s unacceptable that no other hotel i’ve been at has had this issue.

You charged us for two nights and we were only there one night we’re waiting for our refund for the first night. We were not there. Someone said they would call me back the next day and they have not.

Lisa, Alex, and June, are always very helpful in trying to accommodate specific needs. I hoped for a 2nd or 3rd floor room in the rear of building, due to my being a light sleeper. They most often are able to provide that. Always courteous and attentive.

Clean, well kept, nice service, and friendly staff!

I thought I booked a room with a recliner when I checked in I asked the clerk to confim that the room had a recliner and he said yes it did. So I completed check in but when I git to the room no recliner! So back to the front desk to find out that they did have a room with a recliner but had to pay another one night fee and he couldn’t refund my money on the other room. Would like to see if something could be done to get a refund on the first room.

The plac3 always seems to work out right. Right off highway, lots of food chains near for meals quiet area.

I DID A SHOW AT THE FAIRGROUNDS THIS MOTEL WAS 3 MILES FROM MY EVENT. IT WAS PURFECT. THE BREADFEST WAS A GRAB AND GO. NOT TO FOND OF THAT BUT I ATE OUT AT IHOP.

The best thing about the hotel os how quiet the area is. Everything is close by for convenience, however the hotel itself did not have any cookware, utensils, cups, plates, or silverware unless you request it from the front desk. Fresh towels were not available until after 4pm because they all had to be washed. The grab and go breakfast was an absolute joke, coffee and muffins (muffins were expired).

The shower was nice. That's all i can say about the nonsmoking room that smellled of smoke and had burn markings everywhere. The bed was not comfortable, lumpy. The room was not clean. The hotel When you enter you have to walk buy a guest in a lawn chair smoking a blunt directly infront of the no smoking within 100 feet sign, watching her "stories". She was super nice though. At one point, the employee was outside smoking a cigarette and another person (maybe a guest, who knows), comes out with a luggage cart and i watched him push it all the way up the hill past the rental space center next door. She said nothing. The breakfast It really is grab and go. Prepackaged granola bars and muffins (only blueberry). Coffee no tea and paclaged Oatmeal. 7-11 is across the street bit not much better. The showers were great, water pressure and heat for days
