This property needs serious work, elevators extremely slow, one was not functioning properly and sometimes you would have to walk up the stairs to catch it to the upper floors. Wi-fi spotty at best. Some areasof hotel smelled like Marijuana and the other hslf smelled like cigarette smoke. Rooms had no guide channels. Cleaning staff left a 1/25 roll of toilet paper instead of replacing the roll. The one good thing I did like was it was close to the area I had to be at.They need more luggage carriers and replace tires on the 2 that they do have.

The elevator was broke. Had to keep walking up and down four flights of stairs. The water in the room kept running in the bathtub. Bathroom fan was hanging on a string from the ceiling. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The furniture was chipped so bad in large areas of the furniture. The smell of weed was on the floor. I was glad to leave and I will not spend my money to stay here ever again

Check in was decent. Plenty of places to eat, stores not too far and downtown easy access. It was hot when I traveled with my family so everything was under maintenance (pool). The hallways had no AC. The elevator was hot as well, doors opened before it stopped and it felt like it wasn’t moving (didn’t know what floor you were on). No Internet (Had a sign saying No Refund because Internet was out) so use up Hotspot within 24 hours. Ice Machine is on second floor (Not one staff member told me found it because another patron told me). Bathroom door was swollen and needed to be replaced doesn’t shut have to lift or slam it shut.

Property could definitely use some updating, carpets and furniture in the common areas looked a bit worn. Staff wasn't really friendly (didn't speak except to ask for ID and tell me room number); but it was 11:30PM when I checked in. One elevator doesn't work at all, and to use the other elevator you need to take the stairs to the second floor and then call for the elevator. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable, however the bathroom could use some work - peeling paint and wallpaper, mainly because the bathroom fan is worthless. Didn't get to try the free breakfast as it ended at 9:30AM - even on a Sunday, which seems too early for the weekend. Fortunately Dunkin and McDonald's less than 1 mile away to get some breakfast. Overall the place was in decent shape and I would stay here again if I needed a room for the night because it served the purpose I needed - a clean room to get a good night's sleep and a hot shower.

My first night was terrible around 9pm i seen mice and roaches in my room . So i went to the front desk they was very hesitant on a refund so the hotel changed my room to a different floor. Still mean while people out front was selling drugs and drinking. So when i moved to my new room around 1130 i seen roaches then there wasn't a phone in my room to call the front ..when i went back to the front desk the lobby was filled with people who was drunk or high fighting...then there is homeless people out front who will follow you to your car. Mean while the people at the front desk is rude ... i asked for my room to be clean ..linen changed everything both days they took 8 to 9 hours to change the linen ..even 1 day I did it myself...both elevators need to be shut down a maintenance because its passed inspection date which was up in February of this year...never again i will stay there the hotel went COMPLETELY DOWN HERE.

This hotel was disgusting. Our room was so dirty. The sheets and towels had visable dark makeup all over them and the comforter was covered in black spots. The fridge and shower had mold on it. The carpets had large stains all over. The entire hotel had a smell to it. The pool area was overgrown with weeds and trash and the pool water had a thick film on the top and was full of leaves, trash and bugs. We were in town for a wedding so thankfully we didn’t have to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The Towson area was the saving grace because it had fabulous restaurants and shops and we really enjoyed the downtown area.

Poorly maintained facility. No sanity at all. Grey spots on toilet seat when checked in to the room. Had to wipe it clean myself. Bed cover was dirty (could see the traces of objects like luggage placed on bed, dirt from wheels was left on bed). Not the worst yet. Found *BED BUGS* on bed next morning!! Together with several bug bites on my legs. Took videos of the bed bugs caught red-handed. Check-in at lobby was ridiculous too. The staff handed me my room key without verifying my ID. No security sense. It was the most terrible experience of hotel stay. The brand name was ruined. Would have given NEGATIVE score if there was one. where to send the videos of bed bugs caught on scene? *REQUEST FOR REFUND*.

No greeting upon entering the hotel. The first night we stayed on the 2nd floor. The ceilings look like it’s craving in when you walk off elevator. The room had a half of roll of toilet paper and was not cleaned properly. That night we thought we saw a mouse but didn’t confirm until the next morning. They didn’t acknowledge the mouse just changed rooms. The next room had a loud water noise, which we ignored at first due to the thunderstorm outside. When it continued into the morning, I went down first thing because it was indeed the air conditioning. Also saw roaches. The front desk clerk stated we should have notified him right away. We had a 6 month old and that was up all night. He stated there was no compensation or anything that could have been done due to us checking out that day. I hated my entire experience and it’s not worth the money. The hotel appears to be filled with homeless people and/or travelers.

Roaches and fruit flies infested the room. Had to get a new room key almost every time I needed to unlock the room. Very sketchy area and clientele. You get what you pay for. Surprisingly quiet though. The employee behind the desk was very nice and helpful. They sprayed the room for roaches when I requested.

Everything looks fine but it's not. There's plexiglass as a very permanent fixture. It's used to communicate that they will not have internet & there are no refunds for the lack of this service. The breakfast area is acceptable but the options are very limited & are to be consumed inside this area. Apparently, everyone drinks coffee or we just don't drink. The elevator is relatively large but the hallway once you get off the elevator is not nice. My daughter made a comment about how she felt it was a little creepy with the lack of upkeep. A basic paint job would go a long way. Once we entered our room & turned on the light, she definitely felt like there was a killer waiting for us. The light was flickering like in most horror movies that you watch. Yikes!! We turned off the light switch as soon as we were able to turn on a lamp. The beds appeared to be clean but the bathroom was not what we were accustomed to. The showerhead covering was pulled off the wall so you could see possible mold. Definitely mold on the upper portion of the sink & when was the last time you had to bring your own hairdryer to a hotel?? We were only there to sleep & that is all I might recommend this place for. This was a perfect example of why timeshare rooms are so much better than hotel rooms.

The bed was okay, but- the heater was broken only on high or off, the filters were broken and stuck half out and the door to the thermostat was broke off. The bathroom had a broken toilet seat, the outlet hung off the wall and the towels were thin and they didn’t replace them for a two night stay . The carpet was soaking wet because something must be leaking behind the wall. The front desk did not seem surprised or care about this issue and there were no other rooms to move to. The entire hotel smells like mildew and an ash tray. The ptac unit couldn’t keep the warm cool and was extremely old probably original to the hotel. The window seal is broken so the room is extremely humid. The clientele appears to include people likely staying by the hour and they all smoke inside the hotel. I’ve stayed at plenty of comfort inns in the past and this one needs to be razed for a new one and hire more staff to enforce non-smoking and loitering rules.

Housekeeping only cleans rooms once every 3 days, they didn’t even want to give us new towels and wash cloths, I had to call the front desk and go downstairs several times before they would give us clean items. I questioned the reason for cleaning a room every 3 days if a guest checked out within those 3 days, I was told they would refresh for new guest but not clean clean until the 3rd day

Safety lock broke on bedroom door, didn't have a king room available besides the broken door room, wanted to down grade me, found stains on the back of the toilet, dried white paper stick to the counter, and open condom wrapper in left side night stand draw. Would bring out more food when still had 45 mins left to breakfast. Front desk don't greet customer, to busy on phone. And a night unsavory characters hanging in the parking lot, smoking marijuana, and playing loud music!

Going to room heavy smell of weed, tried to call for wake up, phone cord was cut, next day went for breakfast, nothing closed until Monday, wife needs a hair dryer, had to ask house keeping, hall still smells of weed. Had to go out and find something to eat, no clue where we are but found a 7 eleven.. room had two towels, one washcloth, just a big mess. Save you time, stay somewhere else.....

Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean and we appreciated the room service which we did not expect since we were only there two nights. Finding the entrance to the hotel was tricky the first time, but once we knew where to turn in we had no problem. Would stay here again as it is convenient to our family.

We pulled up and the parking lot had trash near the front door. As I was walking to the door the area smelled of weed. I went into the lobby I noticed the check in desk had bullet proof glass and the smell of weed was stronger. I waited for about 15 minutes and no helped me. So, I left the property. I called the property an hour later and no one answered the phone for almost two hours. When I finally got the manager on the phone I asked for a refund. He told me that I need to go through Expedia to get the refund. So, I called Expedia, and they told me they would call the manger. Expedia told me my request was denied from the property manager. If I saw the pictures of the lobby with the bullet proof glass, I would have never booked this property.

Roaches and fruit flies infested the room. Had to get a new room key almost every time I needed to unlock the room. Very sketchy area and clientele. You get what you pay for. Surprisingly quiet though. The employee behind the desk was very nice and helpful. They sprayed the room for roaches when I requested.

GFI in bathroom non-functioning. No hair dryer. Outlet by bed has electrical short and was not replaced. A/C unit struggled to cool room. Two-hour delay in check in with no apologizes. Location, ingress and egress access was terrible. Could not turn left from parking lot. Had to perform a U turn on a multiple lane road, while dodging heavy traffic. Poor planning and safety consideration. Will not return ever!!!

Check in was decent. Plenty of places to eat, stores not too far and downtown easy access. It was hot when I traveled with my family so everything was under maintenance (pool). The hallways had no AC. The elevator was hot as well, doors opened before it stopped and it felt like it wasn’t moving (didn’t know what floor you were on). No Internet (Had a sign saying No Refund because Internet was out) so use up Hotspot within 24 hours. Ice Machine is on second floor (Not one staff member told me found it because another patron told me). Bathroom door was swollen and needed to be replaced doesn’t shut have to lift or slam it shut.

The hotel was not like the picture. The bathtubs were nasty, there were roaches crawling around, the key fobs didn't work well. The staff seems to be trying to fix the place up, perhaps it will eventually be a nicer place. However, breakfast was nice a nd it was a peaceful place to sleep.

When I checked in i found out the bathtub faucet was dripping and the toilet was blocked. I called for help, luckily the maintenance was able to fix the toilet with a plunger but not the faucet leak. He said he will call plumber to fix it next day but never did. They didn’t change the bedsheets, towels and clean the room either. And when I complained about the room was not cleaned, the front desk guy said I had to request it to have the room cleaned. On top of that it smells smoke everywhere. The elevator was cranky and the carpet was not clean. There appears to be only one person at front desk and they don’t have good attitude. The breakfast was reasonably good. The lady worked there appear hard working and doing a good job.

Hotel is DIRTY, not anything like the pictures shown. Customer Service POOR. Be careful of showers, water was way too hot for ANYONE to take a shower. way hotter than 120 degrees. We were unable to shower both days because of the temperature of the water. Asked for extra pillows 7 times and on the second night, we finally got them at 9:00pm . Had to get key cards redone 8 times during a two day period. We ended up going to get breakfast because the eating are was VERY dirty for the FREE BREAKFAST. Someone had the door to the outside propped open, resulting in flies getting in. By the entrance to the backdoor (hot secure) was 7 bags of trash piled up, both days while we were there. Again... FLIES. SURPISED??? TRASH and OPEN DOORS????

We were there 8 days and they only made our bed once. Never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. They gave us 2 towels and no wash clothes The breakfast was outstanding. The woman that took care of the food was always busy cleaning and keeping the food filled and clean. She had a very positive attitude

There was nothing comfortable about Comfort Inn. We saw a mouse run across our hotel room and disappear towards the AC unit. Upon confronting the front desk, the staff just laughed and proceeded to tell us that the hotel is fully booked due a concert so they can’t switch rooms. They didn’t even come to help us at least check if the coast has cleared. It was just my sister and I fending for our lives. We didn’t have a choice but to stay because there was no place to go in the middle of the night. Neither of us could sleep afraid the mouse would come back. We are furious with the way the staff handled the situation!
