Loved the heated indoor pool. Rooms are very large and clean and shops and dinning options are all within walking distance. Only suggestion is trim down trees by the outside pool. Its gotten so tall that it blocks out the sun and pool is in the shade as a result.

Room was excellent. Having an elevator would have been helpful since our room was on second floor so carrying luggage was a challenge. Next time would request a 1st floor room.

This property is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. The parking was easy and close to the building. The rooms are spacious and the pillows comfortable. The bathroom was nice and two sinks was a great plus. The add-ons when booking were nice too and wine was waiting for us as ordered. This hotel also also offered some indoor/outdoor amenities The pools were clean but there wasn't nearly enough sun chairs/lounges for the amount of guests it holds. Likewise, the hot tub was tiny and would not hold many people. The hut tub water was too low but it did have a nice temperature. The housecleaning is every third day which is NOT enough for extended stays. I had to call to ask for towels, toilet paper, etc. They don't bring it to you. You have to pick it up at the front desk. I had to call about trash and they explained I had to leave a sign on the door asking for things or trash pick-up. This should have been explained at check in and given to us along with the welcome packet. Lastly, the pictures on line of the beach and walking trails is deceiving as they are about a mile away and not in close proximity. It's a beautiful property but the stay was average.

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. The whole property was clean and comfortable and in a great location with loads of free parking. The on-site restaurant, Raspberri's was excellent. 10 out of 10 in all aspects.

Nicely designed room layout. Be aware there is no elevator to the 2nd floor, if you have trouble with stairs request a 1st floor room. Very small swimming pool in fenced in area feels a bit claustrophobic.

We have been to Ogunquit 7 yrs straight in September. We have had good to horror stays as we have never stayed the same place twice with the exception of one. Gorges Grant Hotel is the first stay we can give as Excellent!!! From the moment we walked into the lobby, we impressed. Everything was spotless and there were no funky odors. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was the next building over on the first floor. The room was awesome! No smells and the furnishings were like new. Bed was king size and so comfortable. The tv was great and the bathroom was perfect. Excellent water pressure and everything was well maintained. As a facilities career person I tried to find something wrong. I was blown away by the condition of this property. This is our new go to place when we stay in Ogunquit.

The hotel was immaculately clean, located convenient to downtown shopping, Marginal Way and Perkins Cove. Within the hotel is a lovely restaurant, Raspberries, which is delightful and reasonable. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pleasant staff and welcoming. Just perfect for our stay.

There needs to be more outdoor seating areas around the property, vending machine inside , longer hours of operation restaurant /bar, larger pool area. For the price charged , breakfast should be included as part of the standard rate. Also all guests whether newly arrivals or stale, should receive same quality of service . We had to remind front desk twice to have our room cleaned , initially we went out and advised the staff only to return and our room wasn’t cleaned and so we had to go out again and advised a second time. We were told staff focused on new arrivals as opposed to stale rooms.Also for some reason there was mildew on the shower curtain, we informed the staff at the front desk but nothing was done about it. We thought for sure it would have been changed when the room was cleaned. We paid a lot and so we expected much more.

The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the amenities in the room made us feel like valued guests. Bottles of water in the mini fridge, high quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, robes & slippers, etc. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The menu at the in- house restaurant was creative and the food was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every person we interacted with was friendly and just a joy to deal with, especially Chris, the wonderful bartender and restaurant server from Jamaica. This hotel truly felt luxurious without being pretentious and far more reasonably priced than other places offering such amenities. I highly recommend it and we are looking forward to our next visit!

Another wonderful stay at Gorges Grant! We have been staying here for many years now and it never disappoints. From the beautiful grounds to the lovely staff and extremely clean rooms we will always continue to stay here. This is one of the cleanest hotels if not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Thank you to the staff at Gorges Grant for always making our stay wonderful. 10 stars!!!

Clean, quiet, in excellent physical condition. Room was fairly large and well laid out, and the climate control was great.The staff was very helpful. The only downside for me was that the side of Rt 1 that the hotel was on does not have sidewalks so you need to cross the busy street to walk to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorge's Grant was fantastic. It is close e ough and far enough away. It is close enough to walk most of the places we needed to get to and there is a trolley for the places a little further or it is drivable. It is also far enough away from the crowds in the center of town. It was clean and beautiful. It was also quiet. The service was great, especially Brianna who checked us in. The restaurant was very good too. We loved it and will definitely be back. I highly recommend a stay here.

We had to remind front desk twice to have our room cleaned , initially we went out and advised the staff only to return and our room wasn’t cleaned and so we had to go out again and advised a second time. We were told staff focused on new arrivals as opposed to stale rooms.Also for some reason there was mildew on the shower curtain, we informed the staff at the front desk but nothing was done about it. We thought for sure it would have been changed when the room was cleaned. We paid a lot and so we expected much more.

Staff at Check in was not very friendly. Another person who worked there and didn’t help us actually welcomed us rather than the person helping us. We just didn’t feel as if she was very welcoming when we checked in.

We stayed for one night to see the Christmas tree lighting at the Kennebunkport Christmas Prelude with 2 other couples. The hotel was great, very clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful. We arrived prior to actual check-in time, and the desk clerk checked to ensure that each room was ready before checking us in, with almost no wait. Above and beyond in my book. Clearly she wanted to ensure that we had a great time at the hotel. She also provided insight into local restaurants for us.

The location was quiet, safe and yet convenient to eateries and to the heart of town. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable and we were well rested. Definitely would recommend anyone who wants to go to Ogunquit!

Clean, quiet, in excellent physical condition. Room was fairly large and well laid out, and the climate control was great.The staff was very helpful. The only downside for me was that the side of Rt 1 that the hotel was on does not have sidewalks so you need to cross the busy street to walk to town. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great 2 night stay at Gorges Grant. I spent a lot of time researching various hotels in Ogunquit, and I am glad I chose this hotel. All of the staff we encountered were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and it was only a 10 minute walk to downtown and the beach. It was a much further walk to Perkins Cove, but it was still manageable

The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable and the amenities in the room made us feel like valued guests. Bottles of water in the mini fridge, high quality shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bath salts, robes & slippers, etc. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. The menu at the in- house restaurant was creative and the food was delicious. Cannot say enough good things about the staff. Every person we interacted with was friendly and just a joy to deal with, especially Chris, the wonderful bartender and restaurant server from Jamaica. This hotel truly felt luxurious without being pretentious and far more reasonably priced than other places offering such amenities. I highly recommend it and we are looking forward to our next visit!

We were very happy with the staff. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant was not great. They only serve breakfast which is fine but I had the saltiest hollandaise sauce ever. Evening snack menu was worse. Not good. However, I can’t stress enough how wonderful the staff was.

The only complaint or suggestion was the lack of elevators. Even the lift from the parking garage to the reception was out of order. The staff were great especially the waiter in the dining room.

Our experience was great! Lovely place, helpful and courteous staff, and immaculate! The breakfast at Raspberries- their onsite restaurant was excellent too. Just be aware that the restaurant and bar was not open beyond breakfast due to staffing issues, but there are plenty of great restaurants in the area.
