Portland Sheraton at Sable Oaks

Breakfast was great and staffs were so kind.

it was a great stay in conjunction with the New Year’s Eve event!

The room was great and the event held there was fantastic. However, the bartender in the lounge was completely overwhelmed and started to get very rude with customers. Also paid for breakfast with the room but never received the free breakfast - we were charged. The hotel itself was absolutely great which is why I am not giving 1 star - but when having a large event the planning of staffing and the breakfast deal should have been planned out better.

Room was great . Bar tender was rude to our whole party . The bar was understaffed on NYE of all nights .

The rooms are thoughtfully appointed and very comfortable. The hotel offers an outstanding restaurant and bar. Little touches, like complimentary coffee station in the morning and free water in the gym all add up to a make for a great stay.
