Some of the staff was OK, but there is an older guy at the reception who is sour to the point of rudeness. They allow pets and the noise is a problem. Rooms only have the thick curtains and is not possible to allow sunlight to come in as everybody sees you. It should be called Roof Roof Minus and not Red Roof Plus. I would understand $40/night but $80 (with taxes) is a rip-off. If you can't afford more, this is it, but if you have some self respect avoid it or don't travel.

The location was good for my needs. When checking in the gentleman at the front desk seem to be in a rush. I explained the number of nights had changed and he wouldn't adjust the time frame and I had to pay for an extra day. When putting clothing away we found two large dirty plastic cups from Star Bucks in the drawer. About an hour later my daughter fell ill, seeing we were from out of town I went to the office for assistance. When I asked where the closest Urgent care was he reply "I don't now call 911 or Goggle it. He turned and hurried off with out any assistance. I will never use this facility again.
