Started off rough. Our room smelled like perhaps it was an old smoking room and there were stains in the carpet. Then our TV was busted (as if it had been punched) so I went to say something to the staff. They knew about the broken TV and had reported it days prior and. She said she thought it had been taken care of before letting me know their new maintainence man is part time. After switching rooms though we were happy enough with our stay. The new room felt cleaner and everything worked. Breakfast was pretty decent but the orange juice was...off. The whole family commented that the orange juice not only tasted watered down but there was something not quite right about it. Otherwise everything else was pretty good. Bonus plus is that the pool felt like it was nearly 100 degrees. It felt like bath water and that was pretty great.

Room was ok. It’s an older property. Friendly staff. Our refrigerator didn’t work and no hot water in sink. But overall, it was fine as we were barely in the room.

We booked this hotel due to location and for the pool. We went to use the pool on a Sunday morning and the staff advised against it saying it was dirty from so many kids using it the day before. After our 4 year old got over that disappointment, we tried to splash around in the bathtub in our room but the water didn't get warm. My husband and I just waited until we got home to shower.

The water in the shower was barely warm. Bathroom door room #413 has a LOUD hinge squeak. No one at the desk when we left to talk too. Room was great otherwise. Clean and quiet.
