I would have given this property 5 stars if it was just about the staff!! The staff at this hotel are excellent. They always have a smile and a greeting and go above and beyond to help in whatever way you need. Stephen and Tanya are so welcoming every morning at breakfast and are so helpful and kind. Unfortunately, we dealt with a bit of a bug problem and found ourselves killing quit a few cockroaches and earwigs during our stay, which was not nice. The good at breakfast was more than adequate and the room was mostly comfortable. The pool area could have been better with lounge chairs and umbrellas. Overall, I would stay here again because the staff is so amazon.

I booked the kitchenette for a 4-night stay - The room was spacious, clean and the staff very friendly. It was also quiet and allowed for pets. I have stayed in many hotels over the last 20 years, and this was by far my favorite and very clean. I will book again for sure.

Location is close to restaurants, grocery store and mall. Not a very walkable area. The door closest to our exit had a broken lock and could not be opened with key card, and was a long way from the main entrance. People were propping the door which is not very secure. Initially we were provided with one pot, no coffee carafe, no fry pan. We asked for additional pots and fry pans (twice) and eventually received some. There was a tear in the LR carpet and the AC unit, located in the bedroom was as loud as a small aircraft. I expected better from Marriot.

I did not like all the pot holes on the property. The back door did not work, our room key did not work in it.We enjoyed our clean suite, large and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There was almost everything you could think of. The server at breakfast was very friendly and always eager to please and assist where necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly at every turn. Easy parking and a good location. The Residence Inn is lacking in maintenance however because the common areas had a funny smell. The carpet should be replaced, our bathroom sink had a slow drain and the toilet needed attention. The bedding was clean and very comfortable and the room was decent for an overnight stay but the hotel needs a lot more maintenance and attention to earn more stars.

Just OK. Was one of the cheaper options for this area at this time. Always love having a full kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. but the room definitely showed some wear and tear. The baseboard in the kitchen looked like it was just a piece of plastic landscaping border stapled in place. Pretty sure we saw dried blood spatter on the inside of the bathroom door. Housekeeping was very loud both mornings. The breakfast was just OK and the staff audibly swore in front of guests, including children. Even though it was in the 70s, the pool and hot tub were not open. They really need to have a way to indicate when listed amenities aren’t actually available. Would probably stay here again, but certainly wouldn’t be excited about it.

Run down and dirty. Photos of rooms were taken a long time ago and do not reflect current condition of the property. Our room had stains on the couch, stains on headboard, stains on lampshades, the mirrors were rusting so badly that the edges were corroded off. The hallways filled up with marijuana smoke at night and the room across the hall was having a domestic dispute so loudly that it woke us up several times in the night. Felt unsafe walking around after dark. Not a typical experience for this hotel chain. Would not recommend.

I was in a room for people with disabilities though not very disabled. The room would have been great for someone who was. Loved the lay-out and with children would have been nice. The only bad thing for me was the water in all areas about 9:30 A.M. was barely lukewarm. My husband barely stood in the shower a minute. I am hoping if you got up early it would have been better. Loved being able to set temp in the room at your exact preference. Felt like a foam mattress and we both got hot and a big reminder to put temp down at night. Mattress okay as long as we kept on our sides. The middle had a valley. The price at a level we could live with cold water for one morning. Desk people were very pleasant. If you don't expect luxury and can sleep with some noises it was a very convenient location for us with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Liked the nice fridge and room arrangement. If you take food,take paper plates etc. Also no hair dryer. Vanity sink in separate room. It felt safe and clean and nicely decorated. Also good parking and location.

We were celebrating our 26th Anniversary Tanya and Steve served an amazing breakfast!! THE BEST. Antwan at the front desk at check in was awesome!! We stay here often and will be back soon especially for the breakfast!!! The Hotel is #1

Just OK. Was one of the cheaper options for this area at this time. Always love having a full kitchen, fridge, microwave, etc. but the room definitely showed some wear and tear. The baseboard in the kitchen looked like it was just a piece of plastic landscaping border stapled in place. Pretty sure we saw dried blood spatter on the inside of the bathroom door. Housekeeping was very loud both mornings. The breakfast was just OK and the staff audibly swore in front of guests, including children. Even though it was in the 70s, the pool and hot tub were not open. They really need to have a way to indicate when listed amenities aren’t actually available. Would probably stay here again, but certainly wouldn’t be excited about it.

Great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. Also quite easy to get on local highways pretty quickly. Did not eat breakfast at all cause it’s your typical hotel breakfast with fake eggs. Rooms definitely show their age.

Location is close to restaurants, grocery store and mall. Not a very walkable area. The door closest to our exit had a broken lock and could not be opened with key card, and was a long way from the main entrance. People were propping the door which is not very secure. Initially we were provided with one pot, no coffee carafe, no fry pan. We asked for additional pots and fry pans (twice) and eventually received some. There was a tear in the LR carpet and the AC unit, located in the bedroom was as loud as a small aircraft. I expected better from Marriot.

Checked in on Monday afternoon and the lady at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Accommodated my friend and I to two rooms close to each other. Helpful with suggestions for eating dinner. We loved the small amenities such as free cookies. She gave us bottles of water and a small bag of treats. The hotel is outdated but felt clean. Rooms also provided more bottles of water. Very much appreciated! Hotel was convenient from the airport and areas restaurants.

Friendly service, great breakfast and quiet hotel. The only problem was that the air conditioner was a bit loud when it went on and off. Luckily, the hotel was cool enough that we were able to turn it off. I would stay there again!

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was a good verity. the only down side was we had issues with our bathroom door. the staff was right on it. However we were locked out of the bathroom in the middle of the night. So we had to use the lobby bathroom. I thought they might offer a discount of some kind on our room but they didn't

The night staff was very helpful, internet was down and she did what she could as far as checking us in but the following morning the staff started calling our room at 7:45 a.m to check us in for the following night. We had been up the night before due to a medical issue in our family, and felt the phone call could’ve waited until later? They then called us back at 8:45 and I asked them, “Do you really need to call this early?” and she completely ignored my comment. The hotel itself needs some updates, the room was clean, the bed was pretty hard though, the breakfast was great. The hotel is close to mall, restaurants…which is nice!
