Totally unacceptable!! Dirty sheets and hair all over the bathroom and in the tub. It was also garbage left in the trash can. I asked at the desk about changing my room and he was so oblivious to what was going on so I packed my stuff, got in my car and left!!!

Upon entering the room, my friend to the bathroom (just #1). The paper just did that slow spin and never went down and the water level was very close to overflowing. After awhile it went down. Same thing happened the next time. I called the desk and he suggested I come get a plunger and work on it. He said he was not coming up to the room and the cleaning crew could work on it the next day. I asked what if it overflowed and went down to the room below us. Same reply. I pondered this and called back to tell him I was recording the conversation so I would have it on record that I had reported this problem twice in case of it overflowing. He suggested we go use the toilet in the lobby, instead of our room. We were on the second floor in the furthest room away from the lobby, but that was his solution for a middle of the night potty run. I placed a call to the Days Inn customer service to lodge a complaint and they said they would contact him. He called back to our room about midnight to offer us a different room. Do yourself a favor. Find somewhere else to stay.
