We were warmly welcomed when we arrived late. We were staying two nights. The property is Old, but it was clean, but had that funny odor that comes with older properties. They have no Elevator and we were on the second floor and could not get a first floor. The stairs were horrible.. They leaned funny and they were not evenly spaced. Could not find anyone at the front desk or the breakfast area the next morning. I could not get any coffee in the breakfast area because they used coffee, carafes and it was empty, but thankfully I found some in the lobby by the front desk. The next morning again, no one at the front desk and could not see anyone in the breakfast area and the eggs were dry and Old. Talking about the stairs again, I found that the easiest and safest way to go up and down them was backwards. Overall, I think a four star is generous, but does not deserve really more than a three based on the two nights we were there. To me, a clean property means nothing if there’s no one there to help you and needed.

Very helpful staff. Accommodated a later check in. I appreciated having a first floor room in the back as a single traveler. My scoring has more to do with the room and the breakfast. I have stayed at your property several times before and the water has never been harder. The smell of the water coming out of the faucets is awful - not to mention the taste and the impact on my hair texture and color. Ugh. The bed was clean and comfortable but the chair and ottoman was not clean. Lastly, I eat a gluten free dier and the breakfast options are pretty limited. Will I say at your property again? Probably, based on location, but I'd truly appreciate better water.

It's a nice place for an affordable motel. Just be aware it's a motel, not a hotel. The only access to 2nd floor rooms is via stairs. It can be a bit noisy as your door faces the building exterior. But it's clean and well maintained with ample free parking.

Room was clean, beds comfortable, really nice full size pool, tasty breakfast, and friendly office staff. The only negative was that the water had a smell and taste of sulfer or metallic while showering.
