I did the pre-check in but they still did not have my paper work printed and still had to show my ID and credit card. Check in took longer than it should have. Then the pool was freezing cold. We got back to our room to turn on the TV but it did not work. Called the front desk, they could not get it to work. There appeared to be a camera attached to the front of the TV. That was disturbing. The tub leaked and flooded the floor. The thermostat did not work, and there was clear jelly stuff stuck to the shower wall. The serve and amenities were AWEFUL!!!! I will not go back and I am pushing forward to request reimbursement.
