It was good. But, card keys didnt work well on the door by handicapp parking. Had to use both cards several times. Upstairs ice machine not working so more stairs. Breakfast room is a bit cramped at to pass on the breakfast.

When I made our reservation over the phone to the hotel, I was told we would have a ground floor room which would’ve been wonderful as my husband has a problem with stairs-he needs a knee replacement. When we arrived we had a second floor room. Also there was no elevator which made it hard for him to haul luggage. The breakfast was very minimal-no hot food, no eggs, meat, potatoes and no batter to make waffles. Everything was full of sugar. No protein. Very bad. We went out for breakfast. The workout room was full of rolls of carpet and used just for storage. Not good. I ended up walking laps around the building in the dark. The room was clean and comfortable. You need to work on your amenities so people will come back. Next time we will try another hotel in the area.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The site does offer a good swimming pool and jacuzzi. The website I believe said a breakfast buffet but really it’s a continental breakfast with a waffle maker. Have to cook it extra as the allotted time does not cook it enough. It was quiet but it was also off season. The only real issue was the constant smell of cigarette use and marijuana use in the hallways, even thought it clearly states those are strictly prohibited within the building. Signs cannot force the rules…

The staff are excellent and friendly. But this hotel is run down, lock barely works on door at one point I thought I’d get stuck in room, horrible smell in hallways by entrances, shower faucet leaked all night, the shower it’s self was horrible shape, enamel coming off, carpets had not been cleaned in a long time. You are time warped to the 70’s-80’s and it seems they put no money into maintenance. Heat/AC super loud smelled so filter hadn't been change. Water stain on floor and the small fridge looked like it had insect legs and such in it. For the money there’s no way it should be this bad.

Reserved a king bed but upon entry, the room smelled of cigarette smoke. Was quickly reassigned a new room, but could only get a two-queen room. I have stayed here a half-dozen times, always with a king bed which was firm and comfortable. The queen beds were too soft. If you go here and need a firm bed, go for a king room.

It was okay, but just ok. They don’t have a printer (out of toner), the internet wouldn’t stay connected, the 2nd floor ice machine was broken, no elevator to 2nd floor just stairs, people were having trouble with the waffle maker at breakfast. Small things but we were really tired and it was inconvenient.

Everything was great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had is the beds were way too soft. You may want to consider replacing or adding firmer mattresses.

The breakfest was crap. 2nd day was vetter vut still no meat or eggs or even microwavable sandwiched... for that price and to say free breakfest was misleading...

Staff was wonderful that I spoke with. Room was clean when I walked in, but found hair on the beds pillows and sheets and in the bathroom. Was surprised that when we came back at the end of the day, the trash was changed and towels were changed, but surprised the bed wasn’t done up, and sheets weren’t changed. Breakfast was kinda disappointing. I was hoping for some protein options and just a few more options in general. Not to par with “warm breakfast buffet” as stated on the website.

The mattress was the worse mattress I ever TRIED to sleep on. The room for breakfast had cereal, some small cruddy muffins, and one waffle maker for a packed hotel. That's why I gave an overall score of 2 stars

The property was clean and looked recently updated. The pool was clean and bright. We spent one night and it was nice. It was a little noisy outside, at first, then it quieted down. I wish they had fruit for breakfast. Other than that the breakfast was fine l.

The place was nice but the bed was too high and soft for me. I had a hard time getting into it. My husband fell out during the night because he rolled over and the side was too soft and on the floor he went. We came down for breakfast and there wasn't any hot food. There was make your own waffles, small muffins, bagels, and cold hard boiled eggs. So we went to Powells Family Restaurant

No elevator and the breakfast had no protein/meat. Just pancakes, yogurt, muffins and bagels so not able to at something that wasn’t gluten or dairy-heavy

The front desk clerk was very friendly and quick to resolve issues to the best of her ability. We checked into the property and went to our room, the bedding had black stains all over it like it had not been changed. However, the clerk quickly came and changed the sheets herself. I did not like that her boyfriend/husband was kind of shadowing her. Traveling with my older mom and very young son, it made me uncomfortable. No offense to the gentleman himself, that’s just not normal in hotels. I’ve been a clerk myself for 10+ years. Anyway, the pool/hot tub was absolutely incredible and for the price we’d probably stay again if ever in the area. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast.

Staff was very good. The room was clean. Breakfast was nothing really just your basic foods. The pool was cold. Hot tub was nice. There was no coffee when you entered. I needed coffee. I would recommend this for overnight on the highway getting to your destination.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Outlets on lamps did not work to charge cell phones, bathroom door was very difficult to close, bathroom hair dryer was filthy so didnt use. Mini ironing board was old and filthy, beds were super comfortable but linens not the cleanest. Air conditioner made a noise that made it hard to fall asleep. Breakfast did not have many options.no bananas or any other fruit options, no eggs, no no sausage or bacon. Cereal was two plain options. Would love gluten free & high protein options.
