Paid 160.00 for a hot tub room. Was disappointed. First thing the room had a musty oder. When I want to use the tub the jets hardly worked. Decided to just go to the pool and try that one out. Only jalf the jets worked in there. The pool was nice. Breakfast sucked. The coffee was burnt and wasn't any eggs just cerial walfals and yogurt plus tiny muffins. The outsider looked nice for kids. Probably will not be staying there unless a last resort. The TV only has a few channels. Not much to watch and the wifi wasn't the best. Had a better signal on my phone.

This place needs serious cleaning!! The carpets are being changed, but that's not enough!! The bathroom/shower was dirty!! The room was stinking! The front desk staff were not available! The drinking water fountain in the lobby is dirty!

It wasn't very clean and my bathtub had a disgusting black ring around it. We checked in on a Saturday evening and Sunday morning at 8:00am we were woken up by extremely loud drilling and pounding. It seems they thought that was a good time to start replacing EVERY lock of the doors on my floor and when confronted were very very rude to us. They also had their tools and the locks set in front of each door so you had to walk around it to get out. We feel they could have at least waited until 10:00 am when people would be getting up to checkout by 11:00 am. I would never give them my business again or recommend that hotel to anyone.

Room was very dirty. The bathroom especially, dirty sink, bathtub was filthy and had hair and you could see the water lines from someone’s previous bath. Our alarm clock was caked with something gunky. The bed sheets had stains everywhere. The metal bed frames made so much noise everytime you shifted in bed you’d think the bed would collapse. I woke up every couple hours because I was either sweating so bad or shivering because the room could not regulate its temp. Overall not pleased

I hadn’t been to this hotel in years, I was surprised when I walked into a room and seen that nothing has been updated. The same wallpaper, carpet, etc that has been there for YEARS. I think it’s time for a well needed update.

Overall decent. Neighboring room used jetted tub at 11 pm-12 midnight which would have been ok if, it hadn’t sounded like a jet engine in our room. Quiet time is not going to happen if neighboring room(s) use the tub late at night. Hotel staff did address at our request.

This place deserved five stars not because it was like the Ritz-Carlton, but rather because it delivered what it promised. The room was spacious and clean; the staff was very friendly and helpful; the price was reasonable; the breakfast was good; and the place was in a convenient location. If I was in that area again, or driving through it, I would certainly stay again.

Had two queen beds. One was way too soft. The other was just right. All the pillows were way too soft. Could have had some that were more firm. Room was clean and quiet.

This hotel was a bit dingy and worn. The accommodations were adequate but it would be nice if an elevator was available. Very odd that a jacuzzi bathtub was located in the sleeping area.

Not an ideal first impression to walk into someone else in your room. We were assigned a new room which smelled of stale smoke. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast had a limited selection but was available, only until 9am so don’t sleep in.

The manager and his family are gems! They are so nice and truly care about your stay being enjoyable and convenient. He shared great advice, tips and went above and beyond to make our trip a 10/10. Refreshing to see such kind people who truly care about their customers!!

It was ok until the ice storm hit / asked if they had a generator , yes was the answear then the power went out they had no extra blankets no water no heat and then were rude when people started checking out demanding there money back then they were rude and obnoxious

We LOVED this hotel! Clean, near the highway, but without highway noise, large room, comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, fridge, microwave, snacks available in the lobby...even the indoor pool wasn't too cold! If we travel back to the area, THIS is where we'll stay! Thank you!

Very nice place, a little out of the way, not walkable. Looked like a nice size pool for kids.

Hotel was adequate for one night, but would not choose to stay here again. We were initially given a room key for a room that was already occupied. Not an ideal first impression to walk into someone else in your room. We were assigned a new room which smelled of stale smoke. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast had a limited selection but was available, only until 9am so don’t sleep in.

The beds were nice and soft. That’s a plus in my book. The continental breakfast was not that good . It could have been because it was the off season. Only hot items was the waffles. The pool was bigger them most hotels I stayed at. And I liked the hot tub because it was attached to the pool so I can relax while my kid was in the pool. Kinda felt like we were the only ones there I only seen the front desk person once in my 2 night stay. But again it was the off season

The breakfast was well stocked right up to 9am when breakfast ended. The new carpet throughout whole hotel was nice. Customer service was nice as well. Pool area was restocked with towels not long after running out. I would definitely stay here again.

This is an older motel that is being well cared for with things being replaced by the current owners and staff. Very attentive to visitors needs. Free breakfast was very good.

I had booked this hotel based on prior reviews, which makes me wonder if it has recently changed management or ownership, as we did not have a great experience. The room was clean, and the pool (although we did not use) looked nice. One major concern was that the door to the outside did not shut or latch properly; meaning anyone could walk into the hotel from that route. It was noted that staff did regular walk arounds the building though. Unfortunately, we were treated extremely rudely by a staff member who called threatening to call the police at 11 PM due to the way we were parked with a trailer. We had been parked that same way all night, witnessed the staff walk around by where we were parked, and also were not given any specific parking instructions upon arrival even when I said we had a boat and trailer. When I tried to explain on the phone that we were already in bed (my husband was sleeping) and that prior staff had no issue with the way we were parked, the threats began and I was called multiple times until we moved our vehicle at 11:30 PM. I have never ever been treated this way, and at this time at night, at any place we have stayed prior with our boat (and we travel a lot), so this is one place I will never ever return to and do not recommend. It has the feeling of a sinking family business.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I wish breakfast was served 6 - 10 instead of 6 - 9. Definitely will stay again next year.
