Way too overpriced. Iphone garbage from another stay when we checked in. I did not bring it up to the front desk.Because they already made me feel uncomfortable. The hot tub and pool were closed, and I paid almost two hundred dollars a night for this c***** hotel room

The room was nice. Liked that the bathroom light and fan were separate switches. HOWEVER... we used the pool. It had not been cared for in quite awhile. It would be best to close it than encourage anyone to use it. Do you have a person checking QA? They have not been doing their job.

I do like an elevator when bring in your suitcase up and Ironwood location does not have that. Also, when traveling with another person, I would like to be able to split the room bill between 2 credit cards.

The rooms were decent. I selected this property for a quick weekend get away. The pool/hot tub area needs to be resurfaced and reconstructed!!! Pieces of tile missing, discolored, looked dirty and unsanitary. You might as well lock the door to the pool area and close it down that’s how bad it appeared & how unkept it looks.

The wifi speeds were super poor. Random things like the bathroom seat cover wasnt on properly so sitting was awkward. Other things like i could hear my neighbor while sleeping wasnt quite the expectation.

The gentleman that checked us in was extremely friendly. Made it difficult to be upset that our heater was on high almost cooking us out of our room. The buttons were missing so there was no ability to control the temperature or the output level. Had to unplug it and open a window to cool down. The “hot” water was like warm at best. The girl that checked us out was very clearly sick or completely out of it. But the room was clean minus the 1960’s style heater in the room.

The breakfast food was kind of bland but not bad especially since we didn’t have to go out to a restaurant. The checking in lady was a little snappy and looked to not be happy about the amount of kids I had. But the guy at checkout was super nice and friendly. The maids and breakfast lady were all nice. It was pretty clean but there was some things that looks old and worn and that need changing/fixing. But overall pretty good.

The woman who checked us in,was lacking in personality! Also, when our key card would no let us in the building or our room the last night we were there, she never said anything, just made us new keys! No apology, explanation or anything! Also there was a lot of trash outside and the flower gardens needed weeding and watering.

Staff was very friendly Marci was excellent, she needs a RAISE A MAJOR ONE. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest I think the drink machine needs to be cleaned it had some kind of crumbs in it that was dispensed in my apple juice. The guest left the outside absolutely trashed beer cans everywhere a bag of Doritos on a bench no respect for the property or staff. The pool needs to be updated as it is rust around it. I’m happy my room was Excellently cleaned by Meghan .

Breakfast was microwaved, powdered, mushy, "eggs" and microwaved, rubbery, sausages. There was one waffle iron, with inconsistently mixed instant waffle batter. If having an included breakfast is part of deciding whether or not to stay here, know that it\'s very low quality and not worth the increased cost of the room compared to properties that don\'t include breakfast.

Two story hotel with no elevator (could be a problem for the disabled). We carried our suitcases up the stairs to room 235. A/C didn't work at first. Though set on 68, cool, auto fan; it was not working. If you press the "comfort fan" button it starts working (I figured this out myself, desk was no help). The secure door at the bottom of the stairs was broken, open to anyone, not secure at all.

Two story hotel with no elevator (could be a problem for the disabled). We carried our suitcases up the stairs to room 235. A/C didn't work at first. Though set on 68, cool, auto fan; it was not working. If you press the "comfort fan" button it starts working (I figured this out myself, desk was no help). Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Our room was clean and fresh, however there was a lingering smell of tobacco smoke. We mentioned this to the front desk staff. It’s apparent that they are making upgrades to the hotel; newer bathroom fixtures etc. we would stay there again when in the area.

The interior of the hotel and grounds were very well maintained. Our room was clean and quiet during the night. The staff were very accommodating. Lots of choices for breakfast.
