Room was really great and the bed was pretty comfortable. The pillows were also great. The fro t desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The workout room could use a couple of machines repaired, but it was reasonable for a hotel. Overall happy with our stay.

The room smelled like mildew or something funky; during my shower I realized the shampoo and conditioner containers hanging inside the shower were empty, had to get out, dripping and find some in my suitcase. No garbage container in bathroom area. The pool was very nice, warm and clean;

The bathroom had no countertops even though the pictures did. The elevator was down almost all of our stay. The parking lot was not plowed or salted. A member of my group slipped and fell (no injuries) in the parking lot. There were not enough parking spaces for all the guests. There was no fire escape plan on our room door. There was feces on our curtain.

The pool and the gym really need a facelift, but we weren't there for that. TNT breakfast was just ok and was like every other hotel I've been to. The front desk host, Pam, was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Rooms were clean. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the shower, but I still bought my own. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't use any of the additional amenities, other than breakfast which did include warm offerings like scrambled eggs, but it is a nice bonus to have a pool and fitness room available. Check in was smooth and there was plenty of parking. The stand out for us was the friendliness of the staff, especially Pam who was there when we checked in late for our stay. She is wonderful and we plan on returning to this property largely based on the quality of her customer service and warmth of her personality.

Over priced, pool was down for "maintenance" though the many times we checked no one was working on it. The room smelled alot like bleach and the bedding made us itch. We did not sleep well and we were really bummed cause I paid extra and drove further for use of the pool with the kids to have it down and no one knew when it would be up. We left before the breakfast sleeping about 3 hours. Will not be back.

We arrived at 4:30pm the room was on the 3rd floor, it was not clean, the bedding had been removed, there was a chair on one of the beds, dried ketchup on the entry floor. Told the staff the room was not ready, was given the only other room available, it was on the first floor. We were there for a convention and only had time to drop off our luggage and go setup. Got back late, when getting in bed, noticed toe nail clippings next to one of the beds. This showed the room had not been properly cleaned!!! Also, it was a bit chilly, tried to turn up the heat and it didn’t work. Will not stay here again nor would I recommend it. Very discussed!

The hotel was definitely a motel. The staff and lobby amazing, fools you. The rooms are very run down. For the price listed definitely not up to standards. The room was smelly, old and had trash everywhere. From crumbs, to q-tips and dust galore. I don’t think the room had been cleaned at all. Save your money this was not worth the price.

This hotel was really run down and gross. There was legit sludge in the shower and the sink. Weeds everywhere all over the property and my entire face has broken out from sleeping on the bed. Don’t walk barefoot- your feet will be black from the carpet in your room.

The customer service upon arrival/checkin was awesome. The more matured lady was extremely nice and had amazing customer service. However, once we were in our room, I realized I needed to not only disinfect the room with lysol BUT also clean the shower head and thorougly wipe down the shower corners as they were dirty as well. The walls in the bathroom were discolored which indicated that these rooms were extremely old. The inside of the toilet was dirty. The bathroom floor needed to be swept as well. The plumbing had its challenges too, as we couldn't run the water to long while brushing our teeth because it backed up very quickly. My daughter slept on top of the cover because she felt like the bedding was not as clean. The lighting in the room was dark, the light shades were dirty, the window seal was dirty, the microwave was broke :-/. The bed provided a few comfortable nights of rest, so I'm thankful for that, however the overall experience just wasn't up to par at all. I was extremely disappointed.

The only thing that we did not like about the property, is that because the windows are not double insulated, there is considerable noise from the highway.

We did a two-night stay with friends and kids for a sports camp. Upon check-in the area around the hotel is poorly maintained and overrun with grass and weeds. Pamela was VERY kind and check in was great. The rooms were very old and could use an upgrade, my room 309, the outlets on the wall under the thermostat did not work nor did the outlets on the nightstand, which was very inconvenient for charging my phone and electronics. The shower had poor drainage as well. The area by the microwave and fridge were very dusty. Overall the hotel could use an overhaul and the gentleman at the front desk when i asked about a late check out for my friend and I was not very accommodating and I know this hotel will never be at full capacity so to allow one extra hour for two rooms did not seem like a big ask.

We stayed on the first floor. We found that with the curtains, the sheers closed completely, but the heavier ones did not. This made visibility from the outside to see occupants inside at night. We had to use a hanger with clips to close the heavier curtains so no one can see inside. Don’t know if this was a design error, but we were uncomfortable with having people in the parking lot able to see us inside during the evening.

Room 212 is above the automatic front door, when it opens and closes all day and night the rumble is very loud in room 212. The door is thin and all noise from the hallway is audible through the door. The bathroom toilet seat is delaminating and should have been replaced, also, the bathroom sink drains very slowly. That being said, the breakfast buffet was fully stocked right until closing at 10, the room was incredibly clean, more so than any other hotel we've been in recently. The room smelled clean, with a pine aroma. The room was spacious, with both a fridge and microwave.The staff person at the front desk was friendly. We would stay here again, just not in that room.

When I arrived, with my reservation from Hotels.com, they had me in the system, but with no dates attached, and refused to honor the reservation. The clerk was not empowered to do anything about it, and told me it was my fault for using hotels.com. The clerk was truly unhelpful. I walked away and booked another hotel for the same night.

Horrible visit. Checked in and was placed in a room that was already occupied. Yes we walked in on another guest. Went back down to the desk and representative apologized and “upgraded “ us to another room. Went to the room and it was infested with bed bugs. Left the room at 2am. Upon check out we were told we wouldn’t be charged and two days later we were charged for the room. Called numerous times to speak with a manager and/or general manager and a week later have still not been contacted.

We needed a handicapped room which was lovely and especially appreciated the bench for the shower. Also, loved it that our room was right next to the pool. Pam, the receptionist who checked us in, was delightful. Only difficulty was finding the hotel!! We suggest a sign on the highway. Thanks! Bob and Sue

Had an emergency come up and asked desk to checkout day early, they told me no problem they would refund me for the next day. I checked out before noon. I checked on refund and Expedia said they refused now. Called Expedia again and they said there is nothing they can do. What a bunch of garbage, was given permission by the manager, even called Expedia BEFORE I left everyone said no problem. Still have not gotten anything, spoke with manager once again said no problem have Expedia call us to take care of it. Once again Expedia contacts them and they said they would not. Either the Manager is Lying directly to me or Expedia is, they have both lost my business it seems and neither care.

The only thing that we did not like about the property, is that because the windows are not double insulated, there is considerable noise from the highway.

We needed a handicapped room which was lovely and especially appreciated the bench for the shower. Also, loved it that our room was right next to the pool. Pam, the receptionist who checked us in, was delightful. Only difficulty was finding the hotel!! We suggest a sign on the highway. Thanks! Bob and Sue

The hotel was very clean, and the staff was amazing. It is also located right across the road from where I needed to be for the 3 days.

We stayed one night on our way back home. The property was nicely appointed and convenient to highway. The breakfast did not look appetizing so we eat elsewhere. Free bottled water was nice.

Almost everything was great.The turkey sausage patties at breakfast were like slices of a hockey puck,the coffee was barely warm, and the pool water was a smidge too cold.But there were enough other selections for breakfast it didn\'t really matter.The pool heater was on the next morning and much warmer.But it sucks when the coffee is cold and all the cups distinctly say "Do Not Microwave"Everything else was top notch.Overall,very happy with our stay.

The pool and the gym really need a facelift, but we weren't there for that. TNT breakfast was just ok and was like every other hotel I've been to. The front desk host, Pam, was amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. Coffee and tea available throughout the day. Rooms were clean. shampoo, conditioner, and body wash already in the shower, but I still bought my own. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We didn't use any of the additional amenities, other than breakfast which did include warm offerings like scrambled eggs, but it is a nice bonus to have a pool and fitness room available. Check in was smooth and there was plenty of parking. The stand out for us was the friendliness of the staff, especially Pam who was there when we checked in late for our stay. She is wonderful and we plan on returning to this property largely based on the quality of her customer service and warmth of her personality.

The computer system was down so they couldn’t provide us key cards which was irritating but not the end of the world. However the hotel was not in great condition, with carpets coming up, the gym out of order, and other facilities in poor repair.

It started out good, the woman that checked us in upon arrival was nice and helpful. She had us in a 1st floor room. We inquired about a room on another floor and she informed us the hotel was sold out due to a tournament. No problem, we understood. Our rooms carpeting was disgusting. When we walked on it in our bare feet it felt damp and dirty. After showering and walking across the carpet our feet were filthy.

The room we stayed in was clean. However the bathtub drain was so clogged you couldn't take a shower without the tub filling up. The bathroom vent fan is also falling out of the drywall ceiling. There is dead bugs in all the window sills in the stair wells. There is also plastic tacked to the wall with actual thumb tacks from water damage. The exercise room was closed down. There was also other guests who were complaining about how dirty the room they got was while I was checking in and they were refusing to stay as well.

Pam checked us in and was so friendly. When we saw her periodically throughout our stay she would acknowledge us. We had leftovers from going out to eat and being able to pick up silverware and napkins on our way to our room was convenient. Plenty of lighted parking. We will stay here again.

Very outdated and didn’t appear clean in rooms, especially the shower. Pool was not well maintained and the ceiling in the pool area was falling apart. Breakfast was ok. Complimentary water bottles provided. Would not stay again
