The toilet was not very clean. The towels were changed every day, but the bed linens were not, and the bed was not even made. I was expecting more from a Marriott hotel. I'm not staying here again.

Room was clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

Room was Clean and readily available!

We stayed at this property for one night and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When we arrived late in the evening, we were tired from traveling and went straight to bed. The next morning we noticed the toilet had not been properly cleaned before our arrival (photo attached). I showed the photo to the front desk the next morning and was told the manager would be informed when he arrived later that morning and would call me. The staff member also offered to send housekeeping, but I asked them to wait about an hour because my daughter was still in the room getting ready. A few minutes later, a man entered the room despite my daughter calling out that the room was occupied. This was very concerning. I was told the manager would follow up, but I never received a call. I also sent an email to the hotel after our stay and have not received a response. I hope the property reviews its housekeeping procedures and guest communication so situations like this can be handled more appropriately in the future.
