Seedy… found a man sitting on steps in stairwell zoning out on drugs of some sort… Toilet not working… rack falling off wall… these issues mended but not fixed… cards kept demagnetizing… couldn’t open door to room.. Mattress shot…broken cracked windows…kitchenette not supplied… you had to ask for everything… no stopper in sinks…auto door to enter motel not working… doors heavy of course and push back against you as you are trying to navigate large cases… just a lot little stuff that kept mounting and made it a not so pleasant stay… there nine days. Spend a bit more and stay at better place…. You constantly smell pot or something… ugh

The bed was very uncomfortable, but it was clean. The carpet was very dirty, room had lingering cigarette smell. Staff at the front desk was friendly, but she had to ask for permission to give us more towels. Two night stay with two adults, and we were only given two wash clothes, one hand towel, and two bath towels. No extra pillows could be given out, so we each got one pillow- very flat. While there is a kitchenette, they do not supply anything for cooking or utensils. Wasnt the worst hotel Ive seen, but we wont book there again.

After staying in multiple rooms over many visits in the last month (I’m a traveling health worker), some of the rooms smell pretty smoky, some of the fridges are getting old and leaky, and the room cards never work on the side entrance. The breakfast they provide is only coffee and muffins or granola bars. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for a decent price.

The staff in the lobby were great. The bathroom tub faucet had a constant drip = waste of water. The dresser drawers were non-functioning and in dire need of replacing. There were absolutely no dishes, cups, silverware, paper plates, etc though a kitchen for cooking and storing food was there. Not sure why a kitchen is provided.

The hotel does not have dishes upon request like advertised my 1st term smelled like cigarettes had to move to another room then had to be moved again because the toilet wasn't working had to wait A-day for dishes

Had to checkin late at night while travelling by car and the checkin took longer than usual, even though I booked online, maybe because I was enrolled in a membership program, since I received an email about it. Parking was fine, room was good and like a studio apartment style with stove, large fridge, a sink and the Furniture need updating.

My room was good, except refrigerator, stove top needs updates. There are no USB plug in, no where. Its 2024 going on 2025, wall outlets could have USB plug-in as well. Needs to have plugs for technical devices. Room was comfortable my entire stay, just needs update.

The check in and check out were smooth and the ladies at the desk both times were nice, but the room was okay until the bugs popped up on the counter, the bed was almost to the ground and carpet seemed nasty. The restroom wasn’t bad and the fridge was clean. There are people living there so there are a variety of smells in the hallway but that didn’t really affect my room.

It was just not good. I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly before I got there. The floors were very dirty. It smelled of smoke and the windows were even opened when I first walked in (I assume an honest attempt to air out the room and. The front desk is left empty often and you're waiting a long to be helped. I feel bad leaving a poor review only because when I finally was able to check out a nice older gentleman kindly asked me how my stay was. He might have been a manager or owner...and I hated to say that it wasn't very good. He was great, but he might need a new staff...or at least firmly address the service and cleanliness with them.

If I could give this a zero, I would. Came to a bathroom with no toilet paper readily available, there was a hair on the bedding, the last person in the room left dipping sauces near the microwave AND a pair of underwear near the chair. There was no trash can for the kitchen, the fridge looked dirty on the outside with stains, and the TV was wobbly and could easily fall apart. Lastly, the pillows were severely flat. Not fluffed up at all. This type of preparation for a room is unacceptable. An Extended Stay in this condition? Take this into consideration and upgrade your furniture and facilities PRONTO. CLEAN YOUR ROOMS. Will not be coming back.

Booked 3 rooms for 3 couples. My room’s garbage can was left full with rotten food in it. The other room has a water puddle in the kitchen area and the bedside lamp not working. Manager at least give me a full refund for my room, but it took a follow up call and 1o days to get it.

The rooms are nasty and dirty. The dirty room I was in the desk chair was so nasty I picked up my bag and went straight to the front desk. The second room wasn’t any better because the refrigerator was covered in mold. I just gave up at that point. Breakfast was a joke also. I made the mistake of thinking they were all alike and boy was I wrong.

They double booked our room, we ordered 2 beds. They upgrade us to a suite but I think it was a downgrade. One bed with a sofa bed that was 5’& old for a 6’ person! Could hear the neighbor talking on the phone plus the person on the phone he was talking to, thin walls.

Staff was great! Our room was clean. The room was comfortable and convenient but if noise overhead is something that will bother you or if you’re a light sleeper you will want to ask for a room on the upper level. We experienced a lot of noise overhead until late but the manager tried her best to make the situation better. We will stay again but next we will ask for an upper level.

Well when we get there we had 2 king rooms reserved and paid for they were overbooked and we were told we would get switched to two queens room and I was not happy at all about them an than they told me they can give me one king and one queen which is not what I paid for but it is what it is. I asked about compensation they told me they could not compensate me since I ordered my rooms from a 3rd party. I contact the third party they tell me to deal with the hotel. Well this was strike one! Second we went to the front about 5 times asking for new towels and each time even till our check out and today so we had to take towels from our sons room in order to shower since we had no towels in our room. So we had no towels so that is strike 2. Than my son was locked out of his room at 2 am and he went to the front since the key didn’t work for his room they would not assist him even though the room was in his name they told him he had two keys of which I had one in my room so he had to call me in order to get in his room. That morning I went to get new keys and they gave me a fit bc the room was in his name and would not give me two keys which is what I was told we would get new ones if we took the old ones back. Strike 3.. We had issues with upping the bandwidth on the internet we were told we had to call a customer service number for the it department of which we called 6 times with no luck. This was our third and final stay at this hotel. We will not stay here again..

Disorganized, given room with other occupant in it and then given key that didn’t work. Property cancelled our rooms even though we called and confirmed they would hold rooms.

Jason the front desk receptionist was more than pleasant during my stay. Also housekeeping was more than helpful, I cannot remember her name but she has purple streaks in her hair, she’s very sweet.

Called by hotel at 11 AM to tell me no room available. Was on the road to destination. They moved us to a different Extended Stay in another city. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I received my money back as the new hotel was run down. We moved to another hotel nearby.

We arrived at 6:30 after waiting for our rental car at the airport. They said they cancel any reservations after 3 if you are not there or call to let them know. I did not see that anywhere in the reservations. Very rude! Fortunate Fortunately there were many places close by. Won’t be coming back there.

The room was perfect for relaxing and hanging out for a day. It's a mile away from Oakland Mall and within walking distance of Twin Peaks and McDonalds. I didn't see any bugs or spiderwebs, so the hotel is well maintained. There was a full size fridge and freezer that looked brand new; never used. I also appreciated how there were plenty of towels and rags in the bathroom.

After staying in multiple rooms over many visits in the last month (I’m a traveling health worker), some of the rooms smell pretty smoky, some of the fridges are getting old and leaky, and the room cards never work on the side entrance. The breakfast they provide is only coffee and muffins or granola bars. Otherwise, it’s a decent place for a decent price.

This one was a rough one. There was a spatter on the wall, a ceiling light fixture had been, there was a mysterious brown gunk on the fridge, and the room smelled. The manager said I'd be getting a full refund, but nothing has happened yet. Oh, and breakfast? Grab and go muffin. 0 out of 5 stars.

The rooms are nasty and dirty. The dirty room I was in the desk chair was so nasty I picked up my bag and went straight to the front desk. The second room wasn’t any better because the refrigerator was covered in mold. I just gave up at that point. Breakfast was a joke also. I made the mistake of thinking they were all alike and boy was I wrong.

I stayed in a neighboring hotel previously and wrongly assumed all hotels in the area are similar. When I checked in, I was told I didn’t have a reservation and they were fully booked. They were ready to turn me away but I asked them to call a manager. Turns out someone on their staff had previously checked me in, even though I hadn’t spoken with anyone. Our room appeared clean enough, but upon closer inspection, the floor was really dirty and there was a greasy mess left on the nightstand. We called for an extra towel at night and were told housekeeping wasn’t there, so we couldn’t get any delivered. Ok. We went down and asked for one the next morning and were told me couldn’t get a new one until we exchanged an old one. Luckily he still gave us one. We were told they had grab and go breakfast until 9:30. I wasn’t expecting much. We stopped by at 9am and were told it ended at 9. I said I thought it was 9:30? The response was “oh you’re right, it’s 9:30, we have some muffins and snacks on that table”. There were in fact no muffins, just granola bars and some tea bags. Super disappointing, even though my expectations were already low. Overall we weren’t very comfortable but it was safe enough. Luckily the bed had no issues.

When I arrived at the hotel I was told you guys canceled my room! And they said nothing else was available! I felt that was rude! And she was very rude! I think I will start using another booking service. If this is how it’s going to work! I drove 4 hours to that hotel just to get turned away.

First time here for me. Grounds and parking well maintained and good lighting. Lobby very inviting and clean. Room was very nice and bigger than expected. Will stay again when in the area!

Thankfully, the linen was clean because the floors weren’t. There was dust and lint all around the furniture, inside the AC unit and next to the nightstand. The wall lamp above the nightstand wasn’t working. Huge inconvenience because at night time to get up to the restroom we needed our phone light to get to the hallway/kitchen light switch. Also, the breakfast included was deceiving. They only had coffee/tea, instant oatmeal and granola bars and this was around 8am. Only reason I give it a 3 star was because the place is nice and quiet. Plus, the additional parking around the back.

We have been staying there for the last 5 years for the car show. I booked and paid for a room lasr November. 8 months ago. They called me the morning of arrival to tell me my reservation was being canceled. Said no rooms available. I called later and was told they had rooms. I feel they canceled becase i got a good rate months ago now could get lots more. Will Never never go back . The place was not great before but convenient
