We enjoyed our stay here! The apartment was lovely and in a pretty neighborhood. Parking onsite and well lit at night. Jill was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with lots of outdoor patio space. It was an easy walk downtown to have dinner and drinks. We would absolutely stay here again when the need arises.

We had one small issue that could not have been rectified quicker! It was a lovely stay. Love the back and front patio! We played corn hole. We felt very comfortable. Excellent location. Host is super friendly, and super nice! Will be back. Highly recommended!

Convenient, attractive downtown location for walking. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The floodlights were annoying. The rooms were broken up in an awkward manner. The furniture was totally wrong for us seniors: high table and chairs, a sofa that put us so far down that it was nearly impossible to get up. The "smart" television was too tricky to navigate. All we needed were the basic channels.

We came up here for a four day stay. The host was fantastic. She was very quick to reply, was responsive to questions and very helpful. The listing and photos of the inside were 100% accurate. Parking was very convenient and well lit. The apartment was very clean, well kept up, and well stocked with whatever you would need. The listing was very accurate. It had extra towels and sheets and blankets, shampoo and blow dryer in the bathroom. The kitchen had cooking supplies, including pans, utensils, and oil. Everything worked well. The barbecue was a bonus and we did use it. Time spent here was very quiet and relaxing. We didn’t have time to enjoy the private patio off the bedroom, but it was very clean and charming. Perfection! My 13 and 14 year olds and myself stayed for 4 nights. Loved the neighborhood. The adorable cottage is immaculate, spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. Our lovely host Jill was so helpful and responded to my questions promptly. Perfect location for us to visit Ocala National Forest and swim in the beautiful springs. Definitely would love to stay again!

I booked this for my wife and I while our son was at a nearby summer camp. The accommodations were perfect for us. The kitchen was clean and modern and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. We will return to this location and stay with them again in the future as it's only about 1.5 hours from us. Also, it's walking distance to a quaint downtown square where there were a few good restaurants.

This is a very lovely space, exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would recommend to family and friends and would stay here again. Thank you!

Jill was wonderful to work with. Somehow VRBO created my reservation for 2026 instead of 2025. I never noticed until the night before we were to check in.I messaged Jill right away and she figured it all out for us. The apartment is in the perfect location to get downtown. It's easy walking or driving. Magnolia had everything we could want inside. We've got family in town so we will be back again.

The barbecue was a bonus and we did use it. Time spent here was very quiet and relaxing. We didn’t have time to enjoy the private patio off the bedroom, but it was very clean and charming. I would definitely stay here again when we come back to Ocala next year or sooner hopefully. I definitely recommend this place and this owner.

Charming area. Safe and quiet, relaxed and restful. Wonderful neighborhood within walking distance to city square. Restaurants, unique stores and shops. Host was amazing, messages were answered in minutes. This was such a great find, so pleased with this home.

I booked this for my wife and I while our son was at a nearby summer camp. The accommodations were perfect for us. The kitchen was clean and modern and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very quiet. We will return to this location and stay with them again in the future as it's only about 1.5 hours from us. Also, it's walking distance to a quaint downtown square where there were a few good restaurants.

Jill was wonderful to work with. Somehow VRBO created my reservation for 2026 instead of 2025. I never noticed until the night before we were to check in.I messaged Jill right away and she figured it all out for us. The apartment is in the perfect location to get downtown. It's easy walking or driving. Magnolia had everything we could want inside. We've got family in town so we will be back again.

The place was absolutely amazing. The hosts were extremely nice. The location was nicely situated in the middle of Ocala in a wonderful neighborhood. Great place to stay. Plus the outdoor courtyard was very relaxing w cornhole boards as a nice extra!!!Absolutely recommend!

We first stayed at The Blue Heron three years ago and were very impressed. So, we have kept going back. JP and Jill are super hosts . Our needs are met immediately. The apt. Is clean with a fully functional kitchen and outdoor grill. There is a laundry for our use there also. This property is close to downtown in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. It is near to bike riding paths and golf courses. It also has a back deck and our dog is welcome too! We love it and will be going back. Mark and Kathy
