Baymont by Wyndham New Buffalo

Was very disappointed in the hotel conditions, room smelled, breakfast was terrible, no body wash in shower, cable wasn’t working, all around terrible experience

The hot tub and the pool were both out of order. They had blankets over the windows on all floors so you couldn't see into that area. They had Vending machines were out of order also .

The pool was out of order, the vending machines were out of order except for one, the ice machine was so gross I will leave a pic if I can. Worst of all was there 4 months ago and everything was the same. Everything! I think the food in the out of order machine was the same. There seemed to be 1 guy running around trying to everything. The breakfast was runny gravy, watery eggs, very unsanitary bread and beagles and sausage links that looked steamed for a couple hours at 6am. The room was clean and the staff was friendly but the facility is horrible and nasty. Clean linen.

Area was great. A little hard to find at night due to no signage but I found it. Rooms were big and clean.

Front desk had terrible customer service, the pool was down & I would have gotten a cheaper room that didn’t have a pool had I known that, the side access door remained unlocked through the night , the tub spout is coming off of the wall , the face of the bathroom vanity was ripped off , and the walls were so paper thin and non insulated you could hear everyone in their rooms. Beds were comfy
