This was the most uncomfortable hotel stay that I have ever experienced. Although the foyer, food area, fitness center and pool were presentable the hallways smelled of dampness with an odor. The first room I was given, had dog hair on the desk chair, there were coffee/tea-like stains on the bed spread. The furniture was dusty and the room had no circulation. Unfortunately because of the condition of the room, it pushed me into a full blown asthma and allergy attack with shortness of breath and swollen eyes! I reached out to the front desk and expressed my concerns, but was also told that “this is a pet friendly hotel”. That I understand but I stated that “I’m sure you have rooms that are not pet friendly”. However still very annoyed I was moved to another room that was of better quality than the first. There were still noticeable stains on the bedding and there were long strands of hair in the bathroom shower, sink, and on the bedding. Due to the cleanliness of the hotel or lack of, I wasn’t even interested in the free breakfast offered. I stayed here for two nights for college move-in. The neighborhood seems very convenient, but the hotel is clearly prostitute friendly as well. Loud music was played outside like it was a club from 1-3am one night. Strange people just sitting in the parking lot. Although not scared for my safety, I did think my vehicle would be broken in to. This is my first and last time staying at a Best Western!

We have stayed at this hotel location numerous times when in town visiting family. We reserved a regular room with a queen bed. The room was relatively clean, but in need of some upgrades

This best western is really good. The room was very quiet. A employee told me it’s because the building cinderblock so it’s very solid. There are convenient access points, which is great because this is a big hotel . It’s convenient to the highway, and felt safe to walk my dog at night. There is a beautiful swimming pool in an atrium and a big exercise room just off that. So anyone coming in the winter can definitely work out. Kids must love this. I’ll always come back to this hotel when I’m in the area. And I’m gonna strongly recommend it to other people.
