My husband and teen daughter arrived to stay after a long drive and found that one of the beds had been slept in and unchanged, and the bathroom was not cleaned (soap unwrapped, washcloth used). It was evident the room was not cleaned and they immediately brought it to the front desk's attention. They were offered another room, which had inadequate sleeping arrangements and stunk. My husband changed the bed himself and was told to reach out to the Genereal Manager the next day. The GM, Raz, offered NO COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER, seemingly because they had offered him one room alternative, despite him telling the staff it was not appropriate for their sleeping situation and it stank. This was our second time staying there, will not be returning, and would highly advise against it for others. Front desk staff was pleasant and reasonably apologetic. Breakfast was also less than adequate and disappointing, and the general building is run down and showing age, something we were able to see past until this event. This was a really disgusting situation and veryfrustrating (non)resolution.

Overall the room was clean, however there was mildew in the caulking in the shower, and the carpet under the air conditioner was very wet. Also, the sofa cushions in the entrance lounge area all had stains on them. Coffee? Soda? Urine? I couldn’t find one I wanted to sit on! The breakfast was minimal. Staff was friendly and helpful, location very convenient for me and reasonably priced.

Great deal , but it was filthy and pretty ghetto. We didn't even stay . Walked in and right back out . Don't let the Rochester location fool you . Would not recommend
