Ramada by Wyndham Saginaw Hotel & Suites

Not a great staff - not very friendly. Accommodations were moderate at best. Locked out of hotel room, and staff offered minimal assistance in helping solve the door reader being broken and not working on any room keys. Would not stay there again or recommend others to stay.

Older hotel, very clean, well maintained good value for the money.

Very old and dirty. Bed sheets were nasty I wouldn’t let my Dog stay there horrible

The staff was exceptional. I was able to get any questions answered just by sending a text, which was really helpful. The room was comfortable, and the continental breakfast was great.

Should have been discounted for the jetted tub. Unable to use cause it had hair floating in the water. Not clean at all. Room had stains on furniture. Under the bed was disgusting. Dirty, bottle with smoke burn, lots of dust and trash. When we walked into the hotel it smelled terribly of it making us very nauseous! Also it was very cold throughout the hotel and hallways. It was also cold outside! Unsure if the heaters were turned on.
