Lets start with the positives, very clean, good location for exploring lower keys.Negatives...the dock area was closed off with fencing , which made walking the property impossible and took away from the ambience of the over all experience . It was stated that no boats allowed because of damage to the seawall (OK for us) but no mention of the fence .It was quiet but noisy. Let me explain, back bedroom could hear road and marina noise in the early AM. The master was quiet. Otherwise very laid back and not busy at this time of year.

We enjoyed our stay. We found the property to be as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The pool area is very nice, too, and well maintained.
