Nice location for walking Key Colony , park across the street . Quite neighborhood. Walking distance to Restaurants and Cabana Club

Great location! Host is very communicative and helpful. Check in and check out were easy. We walked to Havana Jack’s for dinner and enjoyed their coconut crusted mahi with mango salsa. Access to the Cabana Club and their pool is a nice bonus

No cable tv! Cabana club 1/4 mile walk was excellent!

Loved the location on KCB and it was a nice home, walking distance to Sunset Beach, Cabana Club and lovely surroundings. Host was great at communication and property was clean and well maintained. Definitely will be back.

Jessie , the property manager was wonderful. Quick responses when we reported things needing taken care of.The master must be an add on, sounded like a train coming thru the house when it rained, must have a metal roof in that section.The wall outside unit ac unit in the master vibrates the wall in the bedroom. Jessie did her job to try to find a resolution, the owners were not willing to correct the noise issue in the master! They did send two guys over that put rubber pieces under the unit outside, but it did not correct the issue. This was a nightly frustration with noise. BTW , the frame that unit sits on outside is totally rusted. Plastic glasses in the kitchen cracked on the bottom and leaked.Both doors in the house did not close tightly , leaving room for bugs to get in. This was fixed.The kitchen did get sprayed with. Roach spray while we were there. Mold on the ceiling vents .Would not stay again.The
