Beautiful 2 camere da Condo - piscina privata e spiaggia

The pool and beach were very nice. At the time we went there were only a few people around. There is no washer or dryer in unit so come prepared.

This was our second year at the Condo and we stayed 2 weeks this time. Love the pool and outdoor areas. The Condo is in a great location and the other residents and guests are so friendly. We will definitely be back.

The property is just as described- very cute- nicely decorated- very nice enclosed balcony- the condo was on 2nd floor- 3 flights upstairs- condo keys had to be obtained from at a local realtor- which was not to far from the condo- being unfamiliar w the area made it more difficult than it should of been- welcome packet left in a box for each customer- a statement w balance due was unsettling as all fees were paid thru VRBO- real estate agent stated it was just a “ face sheet” and not a bill- beautiful heated pool near the condo was very nice- beach not usable due to seaweed like material ( keys are not known for their beaches)- condo fully supplied- could use some updates like storage containers- teaspoons ( not tablespoons), liquid hand soap for the kitchen needed- salt and pepper shaker- a starter pack was provided w a couple garbage bags- a few dishwasher tabs- small laundry detergent- we did not use laundry facilities located in a separate building- we were only there for a week- the shower head was slimey-the remotes(3) for the living room- felt grimly as did the countertops- - we enjoyed our stay- the minor incidentals were just that “ minor” the location is great- the condo is very nice-

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The huge pool was great and being right on the beach was absolutely beautiful !

First time to Marathon. The condo was very clean and had lots of amenities. Very cute decor throughout. Only disappointment was the washer and dryer were not in the unit. Was a separate coin operated washer dryer area.

The condo was just as described and a great place for 4 adults. Kevin, the onsite manager, was so personable and helpful. The pool and outside areas are spotless. You can just get in the pool and look out at the ocean - there's also a little tiki hut where you can sit and watch the sunrise or just walk along the shoreline. Checking in, we received a lot of good information on what to do and where to eat while we were in town (all recommendations were 100% spot on!). Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Overall this condo was perfect for our needs. The beach was a huge disappointment but the pool was great, especially after a hot day having fun. We would go there again.

A nice, quiet spot to explore the Keys from. Especially for those who would rather be more self-sufficient and avoid the congestion, noise etc... that can come with staying at a hotel or motel. The pool was very nice and there is clean sand for kids when the seaweed is a deterrent on the beach. Only two recommendations: 1. Have umbrellas put in around the pool. The ones that come with the room do not do the trick very well. 2. Make sure the floor is well mopped before new guests check in. While it is possible it was due to our own use, bare feet became pretty dirty from walking on the floor not long after checking in.

Condo was nice, kitchen was appointed well. Pool was warm.

Beautifully decorated condo. Does not have ocean/ gulf view. Very relaxing setting. Quiet community conveniently located in Marathon. Well equipped unit inclusive of beach towels, linens and starter paper products. Very clean. 2 small flights of steps- no problem. Great large pool. Had a great time! Would stay there again!!!

The property was great. The managing company for the property did not have our packet ready to grab and go to the property. When we did receive the keys, the condo was not cleaned. The property manager did send people over within 30 minutes but we were tied up for a few hours while they did clean.

This condo is located well, and was a nice place to spend the week. The condo is comfortable and clean. The unit doesn't have a ocean view, but is a very short walk to the pool and beach. Everyone we met in the complex was very friendly. There were previous complaints about the TVs not working, but we were able to get them working after a little trouble shooting. All in all, a very enjoyable vacation.

Unfortunately, I have to rate this condo below average. While a bit dated, the unit itself could be ok but is lacking a caretaker who actually cares for the property.There were no basic essentials a guest would expect to be supplied in a vacation rental. There were no cleaning supplies, no hand soap, no sponge, no cooking trays for the oven, no garbage bags, no mop, no vacuum, no tissues, no batteries for remote, no light bulbs to change the ones that were out. There were not enough towels for a family of 4. The shower head in master bath was cheap & little pressure but it did have mold on it. The couch was stained and needed steam cleaning. With some care (like better mattresses and condo essentials) it could be fine. The owner uses Jessica Borraccino from Caldwell Banker to manage her property. She gets a 0 star rating. She will ignore your calls and texts. Not a great trait for a vacation rental manager. Notes: Check-in is a mess. It is off-site at a office which prides itself in keeping its doors locked and not answering. Condo says 3pm check-in. Agent says 4pm and ignores calls/texts/door knocks. / We asked for more towels, cleaning supplies & cooking sheets. It took 5 hrs to get answer & another 24 hrs to get 3 towels dropped off & nothing else. / The condo had a funky smell (musty) & was only surface clean. We all had black feet from the floor & had no cleaning supplies / Notes about not turning the AC below 72 or else.

There was mold growing on the coffee and inside the basket of grounds in the coffee maker. I also think the furniture is very very worn so maybe some basic updates are needed. We probably would not stay in this particular unit again.

Our stay was great. The pool was warm and never crowded. Most of the time I was the only there. Met some friendly people. It was fun to be at a property that was right on the ocean. The condo was well equipped and clean. We have already booked for 2 weeks next January!

The location, pool and private beach were great. Primary bedroom mattress was very comfortable. The condo itself could use some updating and minor fixes. It was also not very clean at all (crumbs, sand, hair, etc. found everywhere). Every other vacation rental we’ve stayed in has been well appointed and had everything we’ve needed during our stay, but this one didn’t. There weren’t nearly enough towels or wash cloths and NO beach towels. For a condo on the beach, I would expect beach towels to be provided. BEWARE: there is no in-unit washer and dryer. This was a huge disappointment to us, so I think the listing needs to be clear about this. For a busy vacation packed with activities, we didn’t have time to sit around and watch/change over our laundry in the community laundry room… which by the way is $5 per load. We all ran out of clean clothes and towels midway through the week. Overall, location was great, condo was not… but could easily be improved.

Third time staying at Royal Plum, but this was our first time at this property. Loved the condo. Enough room for the four of us and beautiful views of the garden from the patio. Had everything we needed for our stay.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Es gibt bis auf das WIFI nichts zu bemängeln. Dieses brachte zu wenig Leistung, aber das sind wir von den Motels gewohnt. Die Ausrüstung der Wohnung war hervorragend, super Küche gediegenes Wohnambiente, sehr gute Lage, schöner grosser Pool. Viel Privatsphäre auch am Strand, sehr ruhig. Für die leidige Algengeschichte kann der Vermieter nichts. Wir haben auf ein Bad im Meer verzichtet. Uns hat gestört, dass keinerlei persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter stattfand. Aber, das liegt vermutlich an unserem Alter. Grundsätzlich rundum zufrieden. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub.

What an easy breezy place to stay! The access to the water for kayaking was great! The pool was a great size for playing & swimming laps! Great balcony for enjoying the cooler evenings! Super spacious rooms for the 4 of us to spend the week! The local restaurants near by were delicious & the service was fantastic: Herbies, Fish Tales, Keys Steak & Lobster, Marathon Bagel Co., Brutus Seafood, Cracked Conch Cafe. & many more! Definitely enjoy your time @ Coco Plum & @ the Aquarium Encounters!

This condo was amazingly stocked. Full kitchen with blender, crockpot, 2 coffee makers! Our last rental didn’t even have a cookie sheet. Very comfortable with lots of extras. Great location also. Off the main drag so we had the beach to ourselves all week, but we were only 15 minutes from beautiful Sombrero Beach and an hour from Key West.

This property was in a perfect location! Right on the beach which was perfect for a sunset walk. There was so much to do in marathon that we only went to key west 4 times in our two week stay! The only negative thing about this property was the beds. The bed frames were extremely poor/squeaky even when just sitting on the bed. Other than that we had everything we needed and more at this property! Absolutely loved the pool floats and tons of books to read!

Great facilities to stay at. Would stay again. Check in was horrible however. Did not have my information at time of info. Blamed it on the owner, however had received an email from the check-in location. Absolutely was not the condo owners fault. Then.... On Friday the cleaning crew can to clean our unit. a day early. The lady who handled this check in and check out was terrible. No clue what was going on. But yet had my name and email to send me things. Hmmm. Makes no sense to me. I give Maureen the condo owner a 10 as she did her job, Jessica her condo handler I give a 0 for absolutely not knowing what was going on and sent people to clean our condo a day prior to our actual leaving. This is terrible. Maureen in my opinion should find someone who can do a great job for her. This was absolutely not acceptable.

If steps don’t bother you, then this second floor condo will make a comfortable home away from home while you explore the Keys. We had great communication with the manager on site and the realty company. We would love to stay here again.

Smell of chum kept in freezer and one set of keys not working. Call manager and a young lady who only spoke Spanish arrived. Attempted to “clean” odor out of house and did not believe the key did not work until she gave up trying after 5 minutes. Kitchen oven and supplies needed replaced.

This vacation was supposed to be a scuba diving trip with my son. However, high winds prevented us from diving until our last day. Maureen’s condo ended up being the perfect spot for our adventures. The central location allowed us to make easy day trips to Key West, Key Largo and all the local beaches. When we returned in the late afternoons we grabbed our fishing gear to fish the beach. One night we encountered three manatees swim 5 feet from us as we waded in the water with our fishing poles. If you’re looking for a laid back, relaxing spot this is it. We’re looking forward to returning again.

The condo is on the north side of Marathon so plan on a car to get to all the dinner spots that are 6ish miles south. Condo is on the beach but this specific unit does not face the beach. Beach is a little rocky and water shoes would be ideal. Condo was fine - nothing special but it did the job. You spend most of your time at the beach and at the pool so to me, as long as the beds are soft (they are!) then who cares.

Good launching spot for a relaxing week. Activities we were interested in doing were close by. The sun even stayed out for us on our last day so we could enjoy the pool.
