The floor was filthy! what’s next? The bedspread had multiple holes in them cigarette burns and other things. The shower curtain rod had nearly been ripped out of the wall. There were holes in the bathroom door. The shower curtain was dirty when I tried to turn on the microwave set off the circuit breaker and turned off the lights and power in the room the air conditioner/heater turned on and off every 2 to 3 minutes the entire night the beds were almost 4 feet off the ground and since my wife is 5 foot one it was nearly impossible for her to get on the bed. They tried to put us on the third floor, and there is no elevator. They advertised a breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast at all. The room smelled terrible with some weird chemical smell and made my wife sick. oh, and the curtains were falling off the curtain rod in the window. The clerk was nice and got my wife a stool so she could climb up into the bed. We did appreciate that. The clerk was polite, but the room was an absolute and complete disaster. I would never recommend anybody go and stay in this place. I would give it a two out of a possible tin. The only thing that was clean in the room, probably were the sheets on the bed.

This was not a great super 8. There was no pool and the bedding was nasty. We did ask for clean pillows and were given them. There was not a breakfast and the coffee machine was broken. It was a place to sleep but that was the extent of it. I would not choose this place again. The first impression when the desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass. But what was done was done.

The comforter had a 1" diameter burn hole in it! There was no Gideon Bible. The spa tub was nice and big but the water pressure low, so it took a lonnnng time to fill. There was no coffee maker in the room. There were no facial tissues in the room. The doors to the outside at the ends of the hallways away from the lobby did not lock, poor security. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the desk to give me a printed receipt.

People climbing through windows, loud activity in parkinglot, smoke detector didn't work, tv didnt work well- constantly buffering& glitching, many dogs staying on property, rear entrance safety lock completed missing, smell of weed smoke in the stairway and halls. Just NASTY!

There was no towels in the room. Only one wash cloth and 2 hand towels. Luckily we brought our own. We had the jacuzzi room and the half the jets didnt work. The bathroom door is about to fall off the wall. And you cant even close it There was stains on the sheets and holes on the blanket. The outside door to get in the hotel wasnt lock. It says breakfast included and shows a picture of it. Well guess what no breakfast at all. The front is never up there. Limited on tv channels When i call expedia to get my refund they wouldnt refund me. hotel its horribl. THINK TWICE ABOUT BOOKING

It was incredibly difficult to secure a reasonably priced room for miles, and this hotel was where we landed. That being said, if I wanted a better rated hotel, I would have had to pay over $389 for a night and that didnt seem priority for a few hours. The hotel was a little tricky to get into, winding back into and behind a gas station, beyond several parked vehicles, then to the hotel front. There was a space directly in front of the entrance, which I chose. Smokers (about 5 or 6 people) were all in front, which is uninviting to nonsmokers. My son has a difficult time breathing in a smoky environment and this smell travels into the lobby. The gal checking us in was very sweet and the process was simple. I didnt need an elevator, though one is not available. We were up a cpuple flights of stairs and the stairways also were smelly and very worn down, noise traveling easily. Hallways were not very well lit. The light just inside the doorway wasnt working, so we used the bathroom light to get in and see. Beds were made nicely, no trash around. Room appeared cleaned up, just not updated. A dirty, musty smell filled the room until I cranked the air. Pillows were super duper small, though 2 per bed. My delayed planning and unwillingness to pay $$$$ for a few hours is what landed us here. That being said, the value of this hotel is more like the $69.99 rates you see advertised from the road.

I booked a jacuzzi room. Upon check in was told that the tub no longer works. I was not notified before hand that this was the case. I asked if there was another room available and was told no. After expressing my frustration they lowered the price but still put me in that room. It was a mess! Tub was torn apart including the tub wall. Stains all over the comforter and hair and dirt on the sheets. I had to go back to the front desk to say something and was then offered another room, even though I asked at check in. Second room was ok. Not the cleanest. Will never book here again.

This stay was terrible! I stayed on the top floor. There were no elevators. The entire establishment wreaked of cigarette smoke regardless of the non smoking room I had. In my room, it smelled heavily of cigars. There were holes and stains on the sheets and bedspread. There were non covered screws the size of my thumb. The fire detector had no fascia so there were just wires hanging from the ceiling. The handles of drawers were just hanging off. The shower was okay until I was finished. There was one towel. When I unfolded it to use it, it was dirty and smelled heavily like cigarettes. I tried to dry off with the hair dryer, and it was the most unsafe and unusable thing I have seen in a long time. There was no WiFi even though it was advertised. There wasn’t many tv channels, just news and sports. There was even a dead cockroach in the window when I opened it. Please don’t stay there. It did not make me feel safe or uncomfortable.

Staff was polite. Facility is not in good shape. Carpet was not clean, paint was peeling, graffiti on the walls, rust on metal hardware. The surfaces looked dirty so i wiped them down, most of it was damage (dents, scratches and stains) not dirt. Strong marijuana odor. Apparently the parking lot outside my window is a smoking area. Wished that I didnt have to smell it in the room. Used a lot of Glade air freshener and kept the fan on.

The room was somewhat clean however the other guests were so disrespectful and belligerent that it made our stay intolerable. Partying in stomping and yelling with loud music until 4:30 AM. When I tried to call the front desk to complain there was no answer when I mentioned it in the morning I just got a dead look as if they had no knowledge of any disrespect or consideration to make it better. The Jets in the Jacuzzi tub did not work the toilet overflowed, and the bedspread had tons of holes in it. We will never stay at this place again.

We didn't even stay, we left. Not at all what the pictures showed or the reviews said. The whole hotel reaked of smoke, weed and body odor. In our room, there was white stains and Cigarette burns on the comforter, yellow stains on the sheets, the bathroom door was busted all up. Talked to the front desk, he sent housekeeping up to change the bed sheets. When house keeping came, they handed us sheets, and told us we could change the bed ourselves and to put the other sheets out on the floor. When I mentioned the comforter, they told me they didn't have any extras, there was only enough bedding for each room. When we stripped the bed, there was black specs all over it.

This place shouldn’t even be in business. Absolutely disgusting, stains on sheets, comforter, smoke alarm wires just hanging, nasty stains on walls and just filthy. If I wasn’t so tired and temps cold I would sleep in my car. You couldn’t get me to use the shower if you paid me. No wash cloths, no phone to call front desk.

There were large toenails visible in the carpet. The noise level was ridiculous. The smell was of pee in the hall and I asked if there was any quieter location on the hotel as i an only 1 guest to the many children and the front desk guy did not want to even talk to me. So im not sure if this is where I would stay again. I was safe but i stayed inside also.

Two TINY pillows. Stated it was a King, but it was only a Queen, and we only had 1 towel even thought there were 2 of us. It smelled like smoke, and was dirty.

There were holes in the bathroom door. The shower curtain was dirty when I tried to turn on the microwave set off the circuit breaker and turned off the lights and power in the room the air conditioner/heater turned on and off every 2 to 3 minutes the entire night the beds were almost 4 feet off the ground and since my wife is 5 foot one it was nearly impossible for her to get on the bed. They tried to put us on the third floor, and there is no elevator. They advertised a breakfast in the morning, but there was no breakfast at all. The room smelled terrible with some weird chemical smell and made my wife sick. oh, and the curtains were falling off the curtain rod in the window. The clerk was nice and got my wife a stool so she could climb up into the bed. We did appreciate that. The clerk was polite, but the room was an absolute and complete disaster. I would never recommend anybody go and stay in this place. I would give it a two out of a possible tin. The only thing that was clean in the room, probably were the sheets on the bed.

So if it wasn't for a couple of rather important issues, it wouldn't have been so bad. The place smelled like old smoke. All the doors had no smoking signs on them, but the halls and our room smelled of smoke. We got to our room and settled in. The beds were comfortable. The kids were asleep and my wife was watching them. I went out to gather our things. I came back to find a male worker had come into our room to change the TV since it wasn't working. He had knocked, announced himself and entered without getting permission, with my wife and kids alone. He had left to get something, and while he was gone, that's when I had come back to the room. I stayed until he and another man arrived. Neither of them appeared to be professionally dressed. There was no ID, not even a uniform or proper dress to signify they worked there. They knocked, I opened the door and we talked about it was not needed for them to fix the TV, especially after 9:00 PM. I handed them the TV and they left. In the morning my wife talked to the woman running the hotel. My wife left the conversation feeling her words didn't mean much to the staff member. We also had one shower towel. Now, on the plus side, the beds were comfortable and we needed a cheap place just to sleep and shower. This placed worked for that. No amenities, really other than that. I know problems happen, but these were big problems that did not get addressed. If you're a single guy on the road, this place is fine.

The comforter had a 1" diameter burn hole in it! There was no Gideon Bible. The spa tub was nice and big but the water pressure low, so it took a lonnnng time to fill. There was no coffee maker in the room. There were no facial tissues in the room. The doors to the outside at the ends of the hallways away from the lobby did not lock, poor security. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the desk to give me a printed receipt.

Too much noise and the police had to come in to stop room fights. When I got there my room was not even lock. I wanted a none smoke room and they gave me one that smelled like cigarettes.

I personally did not spend much time in the room. Although when I was there the TV never worked. There was no refrigerator. I didn't try the microwave. The beds were comfortable but rather tall. I would say my biggest complaint was that they offered free breakfast. I think I found the room where it was supposed to be between 7:00 and 9:00. But the door was locked.

I stood in their lobby for over 30 minutes, on crutches and NEVER was able to check in. I also have NOT been able to get a refund! I will NEVER use Super 8, or Expedia again!

Check-in was with a mumbler who was on his phone, on speaker, TV playing and a gas station style window system to pass ID thru. Hearing him was festive. Couldn't tell when I should pay attention because it was my turn to be mumbled at. Beds were clean but sheets needed mended or replaced. The stock photo of breakfast needs removed from the website. Coffee machine is all there is. Bathroom is small but clean and serviceable. Hotel stair carpet is gray but dirty black 6" from wall. Close to 131 is it's best feature.

We figured most of the other one star reviews were exaggerating and decided to brave it anyway. A bunch of people in the hotel including us got locked out of our rooms because the keys stopped working and there were literally no staff in the building. All of the phone numbers provided were either not real numbers or no one answered or the numbers were to a different hotel chain. It took a several hours to find someone, and then they seemed unconcerned. We were informed that this was a regular occurance by the work crews staying there. This was during the middle of the day during check out time so we couldn't leave. Clean rooms, bring your own towel. And earplugs.

Staff was helpful about needs. Nobody present during Check in.not answereing phone one Bell. Room smelled of cigarette smoke, blankets had several burn holes. Surface of some furniture had a greasy Film. No Towels or washcloths in bathroom.

/motel, but safety does factor into our stay. Doors were propped open, people wandering in off the street, fights in the parking lot and being asked for drugs while unloading our car were very undesirable traits at this hotel.

This area does not seem to be safe. When I checked in I didn't get the type of room I paid for. I paid for a king size bed and received 2 full size beds. Refrigerator needs to be deforsted and would not close properly. The hall ways are very dirty. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

This was not a great super 8. There was no pool and the bedding was nasty. We did ask for clean pillows and were given them. There was not a breakfast and the coffee machine was broken. It was a place to sleep but that was the extent of it. I would not choose this place again. The first impression when the desk clerk was behind bullet proof glass. But what was done was done.

I booked because they are pet friendly and because the description said breakfast included but it wasn't! Bad smell from the first two floors, the microwave was very dirty, the tub filled with water and didn't drain as it should, and outside the door there were smokers most of the time!

This hotel was not at all as pictured in the photo. The people were very sketchy and the place was filthy. The front desk person sits behind a barrier and you have to slide your idea through a hole, if that gives you a sense. We were given our keys for two rooms, both of which had not been cleaned. One of the rooms had old bedding piled on the beds. We left and found a different hotel even though it cost us more. My husband was concerned his truck would be vandalized if we stayed there. If I could give zero starts I would.

It was incredibly difficult to secure a reasonably priced room for miles, and this hotel was where we landed. That being said, if I wanted a better rated hotel, I would have had to pay over $389 for a night and that didnt seem priority for a few hours. The hotel was a little tricky to get into, winding back into and behind a gas station, beyond several parked vehicles, then to the hotel front. There was a space directly in front of the entrance, which I chose. Smokers (about 5 or 6 people) were all in front, which is uninviting to nonsmokers. My son has a difficult time breathing in a smoky environment and this smell travels into the lobby. The gal checking us in was very sweet and the process was simple. I didnt need an elevator, though one is not available. We were up a cpuple flights of stairs and the stairways also were smelly and very worn down, noise traveling easily. Hallways were not very well lit. The light just inside the doorway wasnt working, so we used the bathroom light to get in and see. Beds were made nicely, no trash around. Room appeared cleaned up, just not updated. A dirty, musty smell filled the room until I cranked the air. Pillows were super duper small, though 2 per bed. My delayed planning and unwillingness to pay $$$$ for a few hours is what landed us here. That being said, the value of this hotel is more like the $69.99 rates you see advertised from the road.

It's fine to just sleep. Don't expect any hospitality...or coffee. The coffee was empty. Just poured water....I saw no breakfast. Room was dirty. Tv was terrible. We didn't even shower there. Slept and left.

I liked the check-in efficiency and the price. I did not like the smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways and the cigarette burn holes on the bedding. No breakfast, and the coffee was bad. But otherwise, it was ok.

They advertised breakfast, they dont offer that. When I showed the front desk whats on Expedia she laughed and said "we haven't made updates to the website". Our first room had a stain that looked like blood on the bedding, so we switched rooms. I wouldn't stay here again.

No Refrigerator, AC made terrible noise, no tv remote, sheets were stained and blanket had holes, no breakfast available. Constantly asked for cigarettes from other guests. Extremely dirty carpet in hallway, back of toilet was leaking. No coffee available. Tv constantly lost channels. Never again will I stay at a super 8 nothing super about it.

I stayed for two weeks paid $1.35 per night extra for breakfast lol, coffee, and not one time did anyone freshen my room or empty my trash. The staff however were great, super friendly!!

We booked this last minute due to our flight being cancelled. It was listed at free breakfast but there was none. The man at the desk said they don’t offer breakfast. Our room had 1 towel. We asked for more he said they would send it up. After we came back from dinner still no towels. We asked the front desk and he reluctantly gave us 1 more. No hand towels no wash cloths. Hallway carpet was filthy. Waited at the front desk to check out. No one there. Rang bell called the phone. Finally found a maid who took my key.

Found roaches in our room when we got in at 11pm couldnt refund money until manager comes in still waiting at this moment for management not sure if I'll get money back or not

Holes in walls, bathtub deteriorating. Wall baseboards coming apart. Sticky carpets, splatters in the artwork, stains on bed spread, weird red stains on curtains and bathroom door. The chair and tables were disgusting, dirty and sticky. The tv had a big red line running down it. Fridge wouldn't shut

The room did not look like the pictures online. The bathroom needs to be redone. There's a lot of maintenance that needed to be done in that room. You could not use any of the plugs because the chargers would just fall out. And when used in the hot tub the Jets barely worked and it took forever for the water to fill because they had a faucet on there that made the water come out very slowly. Very disappointed in this room
