Our room was good and the breakfast was good. Could see that the staff was doing their best to keep all of the items available. Snack vending did not work and soda vending was out of stock on a number of items on the 2nd floor.

It was a nice a cozy hotel. The fitness center was very small but still was able to get my workout in that I needed. I don’t like the $50 “convenience” fee that they gave to me. They said it would be given back 3-5 business days after checkout and it’s been 5 business days and hasn’t been given back yet.

Convenient location near restaurants and mall ..walkable. Room was extremely tiny. Bathroom miniscule. There was a disgusting odor in the room…musty/urine smell. I would not recommend.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were very friendly. The bed was ultra comfortable. For people who want a firm bed, this is not it. It was like sinking in to a cloud. Best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was just average but hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Good experience overall, the only minor issue was the AC unit blowing up the air straight to the pillow in one bed (like, side by side, 2 foot apart). We ended up having to cover it to be able to sleep and not get our head froze. Aside from that, very clean, quiet and the location is great. I’d would definitely recommend it and I would stay again.

This is the perfect no-frills hotel for simple trips. The hotel is very well-maintained. The rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was in really good shape. The mattress was very comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The place was clean which is very important for me. The room itself is too small for the amount of furniture in it, but it did not change my overall liking of the place. The only thing that I did not like is that I could easily hear what was going on in the room next door. Other than that my stay was good.

This Quality Inn is very clean and well staffed with friendly people. The continental breakfast was better than I expected. The beds are super comfy but very high off the floor. My elderly mom needed a step stool, that staff provided, to get into and out of the bed. Once she had the stool she was ok with the high bed.

Got to the hotel to check in and was told I had no reservation. i showed my confirmation and waited 15-20 minutes while they checked. They found my reservation --- but it was for the next day. I was told they would discount my room the first night. They gave me a 2 queen room (not the king I reserved) because that is all they had available. Went to check out and in again the next day and was told to stay in room I was in. Not wanting to move all our things I said OK.

The tub would not drain in the shower and the water faucet would leak because it was loose. We let the front desk know but never got any one to come look at it. The hotel and surrounding hotels were booked full so we ended up putting a plastic fork in the drain so the tub wouldn't fill up with water while showering. The worst issue was you had the leave the toilet sheet down because feces would splash up into our toilet when someone else in the hotel would flush. It was the most disgusting thing I have ever had happen at a hotel.

The front desk receptionist didn’t know anything about tourist plans in Minneapolis. She told us that this hotel is for business people, but in Expedia the information about it describe the hotel ideal for families. The breakfast was ok but it doesn’t have variety. It wasn’t excellent but it was ok for our necessities.

Hotel was okay for what it is. Property is well accessible. Was enjoying our stay until the second day when house keeping came around. My wife thought she was doing them a favour and stripped both beds, leaving the linen in a pile on each bed.. House keeping came in, changed out the towels and emptied the garbages, and left . When asked "what about the beds?" , the house keeping lady said "front desk didnt tell you? Beds dont get changed until the 3rd day. But you can bring the linen to the 3rd floor guest laundry and wash them yourself" .. Like i really want to do your job for you... Thats why i chose to stay at a hotel, but I guess the times of fresh towels and linen each day , are gone.

Wonderful stay. Room is clean and comfortable, quiet and cozy. Room is a bit small but it has enough basics for the price. Location is convenient to major highway. Breakfast doesn’t have many choices but warm and nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my third time staying at this place so that’s why I like to come back here. This time around the staff was really bad. On my 2nd day of stay I left in the morning at 7 and returned back at 10pm. When I came back I noticed my door was propped open. The trash in my room was taken out and all my towels were taken and not replaced with new ones. Really bad service this time around.

This was my fifth time staying at this Quality Inn, and I like to be sure of my experience before leaving a review. Each stay has been consistently positive. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and they were accommodating with a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good and well maintained, making the mornings easy and enjoyable. What really stands out to me is that this Quality Inn truly lives up to its name — unlike many other Quality Inns I’ve stayed at, this location is well run and dependable. I am a bargain shopper who loves to find a good deal, and this hotel is great value for the money, making it one of the best affordable yet nice hotels in the Twin Cities. Second time staying here within the last few months. I can't say the area around the hotel is exciting, but there are a lot of dining and shopping options. And it's safe. Clean rooms, nice staff, and decent breakfast options.

Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff were very friendly. The bed was ultra comfortable. For people who want a firm bed, this is not it. It was like sinking in to a cloud. Best sleep I have ever gotten in a hotel. Check-out was easy. Breakfast was just average but hot. Would definitely stay there again.

Don't expect a lot of amenities. Just a clean and quiet place to rest your head and get a little breakfast before you head out. Very decent for that. Breakfast options weren't incredible, but decent. Not a lot of options and they need to work on heating up the hot stuff before they put it out though. Coffee was okay.

This was my fifth time staying at this Quality Inn, and I like to be sure of my experience before leaving a review. Each stay has been consistently positive. The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and helpful, and they were accommodating with a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The breakfast was good and well maintained, making the mornings easy and enjoyable. What really stands out to me is that this Quality Inn truly lives up to its name — unlike many other Quality Inns I’ve stayed at, this location is well run and dependable. I am a bargain shopper who loves to find a good deal, and this hotel is great value for the money, making it one of the best affordable yet nice hotels in the Twin Cities. I will continue to stay here and would definitely recommend it to others looking for quality at a fair price.

I made my reservation at this hotel because it had many positive reviews. I booked this hotel to stay in with my daughter the night before her wedding. It was absolutely horrible. When I entered the room (Room 126), there was a disgusting odor. The room appeared in good order so we could not immediately determine where the smell of body odor could be emanating from. Assuming it was just a foul odor in the air, we sprayed air sanitizer in the hopes that it would resolve the issue. It did help, briefly, but then the odor returned. My flight got in after 11:00 p.m. We talked and finally got in bed at 2:30. It was then immediately clear where the smell was coming from. The sheets, bedspread, and pillows all smelled of body odor, like someone had been sweating (and had never been introduced to a shower) in them. When I got in bed and put my head on the pillow, I smelled the bedding and it had not been cleaned from the previous guest (or guests - it smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks). We took everything off the bed - at 3:00 a.m. the night before my daughter's wedding - and took it all to the front office. The man was helpful and immediately gave us new bedding, but seemed strangely unsurprised and unmoved by the horribly smelling linens. Perhaps this is not infrequent. Also, the ironing board was disgusting. I don't know what was on it. Had to bring my dress to the venue and locate a makeshift spot to iron. Stay away; it's not even cheap!

The staff was helpful. When I arrived, I asked if I could change my reservation from a standard room to a handicapped accessible room. They were happy to do so. The handicapped rooms are not handicapped friendly. They do not have any turn radiuses for wheelchairs or rollators, no roll-in shower, and a mimmimum of grab bars. The breakfast was wonderful and the room was clean.
