Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Brainerd-Baxter by IHG

Water temp was amazing and felt like you were always in a hot tub. The issue is that we booked our stay for my kids spring break and they shut down the water slides for those days. All they had was the red slide, play area (not even fully running), a semi hot tup with no bubbles, and the lazy river. They even shut down the grill.

Wonderful time with our 4 year old and 20 month old! All the staff were great and everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety! Both my kiddos loves the water park and didn't want to leave!

The pool staff were incompetent. 1 staff member was sleeping on duty. Guests had to forcibly take tubes from each other to make them give them up due to lack of availability & poor "traffic control" on slides. Otherwise, the hotel staff was friendly & hotel was clean. Breakfast ran out of some items midway through, but it was adequate considering it was complimentary.

Yes the stay was excellent! Roo. Clean stafff friend and concern! Our granddaughter comited and they were helpful in getting clean bedding. They all were amazing. Water park was excellent as well
