Nice clean room with hardwood floors. The property is dated, there were several screw holes in the walls. The tub was clean but had some black scuff marks. Good water pressure and temperature. Comfy bed. Mini fridge and small microwave. The hotel is close to shopping and dining. I was in an end room on the back side and had good WIFI reception. All in all it was a very good room for the price. I'll keep them in mind for the future.

Clean and quiet, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. When I was there, hallway carpeting was being replaced -- nice to see that the owners are investing in maintenance and/or improvements (i.e., they're not letting the inn deteriorate).

Important to note. There was no elevator. The shampoo provided was a very small combo on conditioner and shampoo. Very small soap. The towels were clean and provided daily and the room appeared ok until we looked more closely and it was just dirty. Upon leaving and checking drawers for our things, we found two empty wine bottles and empty trays of food and garbage! Disgusting!!!

Carpets were a bit rough. Ceilings in lobby looked like they got ripped out, not sure if they were working on them or what. Bathroom faucet spat out some rusty water for a bit but cleared up. Other than that, fine, no issues.

I was surprised that this moderately priced room with one queen bed had so many of the amenities of a higher priced room: microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, fairly new bathroom fixtures and vinyl flooring throughout. The A/C unit was reasonably quiet and I was there in the summer so I did not need the baseboard heating. Down the hall I found an ice machine and vending machines. I always was able to park close to my entrance because the hotel was not crowded due to my Sunday through Wednesday timeframe. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

It’s a little shabby, and you can’t turn on a light in the bathroom without simultaneously turning on a fan. So you have to shower in almost complete darkness, or while a fan blowing. But it had a very good bed and clean rooms.

So I've really no idea, but I got the impression that this was a family run hotel. Whatever, the folks running the place were incredibly gracious and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate our requests, and make us feel welcomed and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but the room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, and very affordably priced. Clean sheets and towels, and great refrigerator and microwave in the room, excellent air conditioning... My family of 4 were on an exhausting and fast paced trip for a funeral of a relative, and we and when the time came to hit the hay, we all slept soundly for 11-12 hours!!! Which is really unheard of. I couldn't recommend this hotel more highly. Very, very satisfied.

1 of 3 rooms had bedbugs in bed and shower we found after first night. They switched rooms, second room had mold in fridge. TVs kept loosing reception. Asked for refund on bedbug room. Was only given back my deposit. Was there with family for funeral/memorial.

Didn’t stay. Went up to the room through clouds of smoke in the hall. Room next door had door hanging open with someone that looked like they were a hoarder living there. Full time foreign residents. Scum on the walls, bath tub dirty, turned on the water and it was rust colored at first. Absolute dump. Had to book another hotel last minute. Gross roach hotel.

Sticky splatters on multiple surfaces, ash in a drawer, garbage and stuff in drawers. It’s obvious the room wasn’t cleaned before we got there. There was hair that’s not from a head in the bed sheets. Absolutely disgusting room.

The sign said comfortable, quiet, and clean, and that's what I got. Very reasonable for the price. The bed was unexpectedly comfortable--so often hotels will have me sleeping on what feel like hard boxes, but this soft without compromising support. I also like that there was a larger couch and a larger refrigerator than I normally see for hotel rooms. Convenient location near I-35W made it easy to access the rest of the Mpls-St Paul area. I'd stay here again.

Bathroom and sink areas were way too small. It was hard to get around in the bathroom because of the size. Also there weren’t enough pillows. On the bed they also put a flat sheet on the mattress instead of a fitted sheet and it wasn’t long enough.

The desk person was not very friendly! There was a big shield up and has very hard to hear! And I have to say that a smile and a nice greeting would have went along way! Also the lobby color is kinda weird! Ohhhh and the carpet going up stairs is kind of psychedelic! Watch your step!!!!!

The people were very pleasant and very accommodating with any requests at the front desk. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. They are doing remodeling so at times was a bit loud but that is easy to overlook. The workers were all very nice. Would definitely visit again if the need arises.

I was surprised that this moderately priced room with one queen bed had so many of the amenities of a higher priced room: microwave, fridge, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, fairly new bathroom fixtures and vinyl flooring throughout. The A/C unit was reasonably quiet and I was there in the summer so I did not need the baseboard heating. Down the hall I found an ice machine and vending machines. I always was able to park close to my entrance because the hotel was not crowded due to my Sunday through Wednesday timeframe. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

I loved the lovely available accommodations they had. I was offered a unique coffee and dinner, along with some popcorn that was unbelievable, from the local surroundings. Water was hot and the rest was plentiful. I believe my employer FabCon Precast made the recommendations. I loved it and felt warm and welcomed there.

Clean room for a decent price. Air conditioner had some mold, and not enough parking, but all in all a good experience for what you’re paying.

Room wasnt ready. Gave us a room with boxes filling part of the room. Pillow cases had appeared to be blood stains on them. Breakfast was never open during the 4 days we were there. Room was dirty. Lots of bad things going on here. Would not recommend

For requiring a deposit the rooms were in horrible shape, holes in the doors, random scuffs and paint marks on the walls, rusted heater cover. The rooms weren’t even ready by check in time, we had to wait and had a schedule to keep, was very frustrating. There was no continental breakfast, just coffee and juice. Wouldn’t recommend unless you are just looking for a cheap bed to sleep in.
