We were happy to find a place for a last minute funeral. The facility could use an update. The wall individual air conditioner was loud. The halls are dark. The breakfast was fine. It was clean and personnel were friendly.

Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Even though we are both ambulatory, there was not an elevator for those who are non-ambulatory. The room was clean but dated. Tried to plug in our chargers for our cellphones and several of the outlets did not work as the connections were too loose. The light bulb in the lamp above the coffee maker was out.

Stay was very nice & comfortable. Nice continental breakfast with hot & cold items, make your own waffles. Hot tub unfortunately out of order, made me very sad & disappointed. In town for David Crowder & Matt Maher concert in Duluth.

We didn't even go in... The outside looks like a dump! Paint peeling off the building, air conditioner covers all chipped and junky looking. Shame on you Hotels.com for even considering this dump on your site. AND...don't ask for a refund because you're screwed. This is the 2nd and last time we will be using Hotels.com. The first time was also a Wyndham property in Albequerque, NM. which was nothing more than a crack den. Really, we were offered drugs in their parking lot. The sheets had foot prints, the light fixtures were falling down. Stay away from Hotels.com AND any Wyndham property.

Luckily I had Orbitz rewards to save on this stay. However I was reminded at check in and check out how I used a third party and quite rudely at check out. We came for the hot tub which was not in use and seemed to be out for a while with no notice. The pool area was honestly kind of gross with stains all over I used it any way because I paid to stay there.

We were very impressed by the staff. Our TV didn't work, but we were given a discount. It sounded like a lot of new things were added to the hotel, but there were problems with the new additions. We were able to watch TV in the lobby. We enjoyed the pool.

A very nice property, located near restaurants, shopping, etc. Well appointed room, spacious with separated bath area. Comforable bed, excellent towels, comprehensive breakfast in a large area with adjacent sunny porch area for a windowed overview of the northern part of the city. Excellent staff and housekeeping made our stay very pleasant. I recommend this property.

When I got there they tried to tell me that the check in time wasn’t til 3 when I had proof of it showing it would be 2. They closed the Hot tub, if I knew that I would have stayed somewhere else. When I booked I picked a double queen but the front desk only had it as a queen room with two adults so I was upset about that. The blankets were very thing, even tho we had the ac running it barely got cold in the room, the bathroom light was flickering. Overall would not recommend staying here. Overpriced.

I would never stay here again. I was charged double for my stay. When I brought it to the hotels attention they told me there was a glitch in the system, blamed Expedia and told me I would receive a refund. It’s been 3 days and I still have not received my money back. I paid 1000 for a 2 night stay when it should have been 500.

Very convenient motel for attending the hockey game at the local arena. Desk clerk was one of the best I've encountered. Very friendly and helpful, gave us a terrific restaurant recommendation, and responded quickly to any requests.

The staff during our visit was exceptional!! Very helpful and accommodating. Fresh coffee was available at 3pm , which is unusual for hotels. Once again, I can't say enough good things about the staff.

We were happy to find a place for a last minute funeral. The facility could use an update. The wall individual air conditioner was loud. The halls are dark. The breakfast was fine. It was clean and personnel were friendly.

We stayed here to do some bike riding. Location was great. There free breakfast was perfect to get us going. Staff was nice and the place was clean. Would stay here again.

Stay was very nice & comfortable. Nice continental breakfast with hot & cold items, make your own waffles. Hot tub unfortunately out of order, made me very sad & disappointed. In town for David Crowder & Matt Maher concert in Duluth.

A very nice property, located near restaurants, shopping, etc. Well appointed room, spacious with separated bath area. Comforable bed, excellent towels, comprehensive breakfast in a large area with adjacent sunny porch area for a windowed overview of the northern part of the city. Excellent staff and housekeeping made our stay very pleasant. I recommend this property.

No coffee cups, no glasses. Plastic on the chair arms was almost completely worn off with the dirty foam showing. No card with info on wifi. When I tried the info I got from the front desk, I couldn't connect.

The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed before I got there. The toilet seat was wet for some reason. The shower looked like it hadn't been cleaned. The bathroom floor was filthy. The sink had trouble draining and was leaking underneath and there was a puddle under it on the floor when I first walked into the room. There were also bits of what looked like dry wall in the puddle under the sink. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was clearly not working because the bathroom was so humid the toilet paper was damp. There were also fruit flies all over the room. Thankfully the ONE clean thing was the bed.

The staff were excellent. The management has tried to upgrade and has done an okay job. However, due to lack of adequate lighting over the sink, I had to guess where my part should be when drying my hair. I had to take my hand mirror to the window in order to apply makeup. The area is dark! Also, better lighting is required in the hallway to rooms and in the central stairwell. We will never stay in that hotel again. Cloquet needs a good Holiday Inn Express!
