This was the second time we rented this house for a get together of 8 college friends. The house is beautiful and well kept with everything you could need. Location is great - there's only one house between this one and the beach. Great to relax on the top deck, watch the sunset and feel and hear the ocean. The owner is very nice and extremely organized. Always ready to help with anything you need, but also stays out of the way when you're there to enjoy the property. I HIGHLY recommend this house and host!!

This house was perfect for an infant, two pre-schoolers and 7 adults. Plenty of room to spread out and the three levels allowed for privacy. While not 'on' the ocean, it was so close that the kids went back and forth numerous times per day and, with no roads to cross, it was simple.The house is beautifully equipped from the kitchen to beach equipment. It is an easy walk to the bakery, numerous eating places and the boardwalk. All in all, I would give it an A

Everything in the house worked, end of street (minimal car traffic), large lawn area on other side of road for our dogs to walk, so close (private entrance) to beach.

The location of this house was perfect with quick and easy access to the beach allowing family members to go back and forth to the house as needed. The house was clean and comfortable. Large kitchen that was well stocked made it easy to prepare meals for a big group. The landlord, Steve, was very accommodating and helped make or stay wonderful.

Our immediate family and spouses, 4 generations all gathered for a week at the Jersey Shore. Clean and functional home, with ideal beach location with direct beach access just over the dunes and 2 min drive or 20 min walk to the boardwalk, which was great exercise after boardwalk eats. The boardwalk has a lot of kids rides for the little ones and our grand daughters had a blast at night on the rides. There are fireworks on Thursday (which the owner reminded us not to miss). The floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one level and another level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were great for giving each groups their own space. Nice back deck, perfect for morning coffee and games at night and a big open living room and kitchen with plenty of room for big family meals. Outdoor shower next to the back door was spot on, and 2 car garage, meant we could park 5-6 cars on the property, if you have mostly SUVs/Trucks it will be more like 4-5 vehicles, which is good as street parking is limited. We would definitely return for another family gathering. Thank you.

This house was perfect for our extended family visit. Easy 2 minute walk to beach. Plenty of bedroom and bed options. Kitchen was huge and well stocked with everything we needed. I recommend without reservation.

I spent a week with my family - Children, grandchildren and 3 dogs plus my husband and muself. The bed/bath setup provided pleanty of room for our 9 adults and one 17 year old girl. The house is spacious, close to the beach and has a roomy kitchen. There is also plenty of seating in the living room and a lovely deck. Everything is provided! We grilled once, walked to 4 different restaurants and walked to the boardwalk for ice cream and arcades every evening. It is also a short from from a beach that is not overcrowded. We had a great week in Point Pleasant!

We stayed at Steve’s property and had a fantastic family vacation! His property was described perfectly, so clean and his communication was excellent. The location was ideal for everyone in our family and so close to the boardwalk and lots of good restaurants. Worth the walk to Mueller’s Bakery! So delicious! Not to mention the fenced in backyard to hang out with the furry family members! Thanks so much for everything!

Lots of space for our extended family of 12 - including 4 small children. Good layout for bedrooms/baths, large well equipped kitchen, dining area and spacious living room. Much enjoyed by all. Host is nearby and very attentive! We’ve returned here for several years and hope to do so again.

The home was perfect. The house was extremely clean. We had some little kids so having the beach right outside the home was a nice easy walk. The beach was clean and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The host was just the best. We had forgot 2 bags in the closet and he is shipping home for us. I just cant say enough about the host, house, and location. This was one of the best vacations our family has had and we have been renting and going to the Jersey shore for last 8 years.

Spent Christmas at this beautiful house with extended family. Stephen was very attentive to our questions and requests. The location can't be beat, no matter the season. Clean house with plenty of room for all 10 of us and our 2 dogs. We were all in agreement that we would stay here again!

We had a great visit. Right near the beach. We walk a lot, so it was a close distance to stores and cafe’s going toward Bay Head, and if we felt like taking longer walk, about a mile walk to Jenkinson’s in Point Beach. Accommodations were wonderful, clean, and quiet at night.

This was our first of many family reunions. The setup of the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the house had everything that we needed.....the kitchen accommodations, back porch, backyard, it was the perfect place to for a small family gathering. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The open floor plan upstairs was delightful and we loved having the bedrooms on the 2 floors. The property manager was wonderful! He was very informative and was always available. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it.

I rented the house with my four grown children and their spouses. The house was clean, comfortable, roomy, well set up and one house off the beach. We had a wonderful time. My kids had friends come to visit and the house never felt congested. In addition the owner of the property was very helpful and pleasant to work with. Would definitely rent again.

Stayed at Stephen’s lovely home for a fishing trip with the guys, unfortunately the fishing was cancelled early morning due to bad weather. Stephen was extremely accommodating to us and even extended an early checkin time under those circumstances. Had a large group but everyone slept comfortably in their own beds, which isn’t always the norm. 10/10 stay and would recommend Stephen’s great home to anyone. Thanks again man.

Our family from New York, New Jersey and Virginia met up for a small family reunion. We had from 6 months to 95years old all together in this home. The home is so generous in space, plenty of beds to accommodate our group and the home was graciously stocked. This owner went the extra mile with complimentary items and was always quick to respond to any questions. The location is great! So close to the beach and right on the line of Bay Head and Point Pleasant. There was more to do there than we had time to do. I I would definitely love to plan another vacation in this home in the near future. We just had such a wonderful time it it was too short !

Lovely house & location. We had a great time visiting Point Pleasant Beach, this was walkable to some restaurants, easy beach access, and the house had everything we needed for hanging out and cooking at home. If we’re ever back in the area, I will definitely try to book with Steve - he made the process easy & was great with communication! 10/10

We stayed at Steve’s property and had a fantastic family vacation! His property was described perfectly, so clean and his communication was excellent. The location was ideal for everyone in our family and so close to the boardwalk and lots of good restaurants. Worth the walk to Mueller’s Bakery! So delicious! Not to mention the fenced in backyard to hang out with the furry family members! Thanks so much for everything!

Stephen was a great host. He sent detailed instructions and house info well in advance as well as communicated on our day of arrival to let us know when we could get in. He was onsite to ensure the house was ready and replied immediately to any requests or questions once we arrived. Any issues were resolved immediately. The house itself is great for extended family and the beach was easily accessed from the backyard. Hope to return!

This was the second time we rented this house for a get together of 8 college friends. The house is beautiful and well kept with everything you could need. Location is great - there's only one house between this one and the beach. Great to relax on the top deck, watch the sunset and feel and hear the ocean. The owner is very nice and extremely organized. Always ready to help with anything you need, but also stays out of the way when you're there to enjoy the property. I HIGHLY recommend this house and host!!

This house was perfect for an infant, two pre-schoolers and 7 adults. Plenty of room to spread out and the three levels allowed for privacy. While not 'on' the ocean, it was so close that the kids went back and forth numerous times per day and, with no roads to cross, it was simple.The house is beautifully equipped from the kitchen to beach equipment. It is an easy walk to the bakery, numerous eating places and the boardwalk. All in all, I would give it an A

Our immediate family and spouses, 4 generations all gathered for a week at the Jersey Shore. Clean and functional home, with ideal beach location with direct beach access just over the dunes and 2 min drive or 20 min walk to the boardwalk, which was great exercise after boardwalk eats. The boardwalk has a lot of kids rides for the little ones and our grand daughters had a blast at night on the rides. There are fireworks on Thursday (which the owner reminded us not to miss). The floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a bath on one level and another level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths were great for giving each groups their own space. Nice back deck, perfect for morning coffee and games at night and a big open living room and kitchen with plenty of room for big family meals. Outdoor shower next to the back door was spot on, and 2 car garage, meant we could park 5-6 cars on the property, if you have mostly SUVs/Trucks it will be more like 4-5 vehicles, which is good as street parking is limited. We would definitely return for another family gathering. Thank you.

We had a great visit. Right near the beach. We walk a lot, so it was a close distance to stores and cafe’s going toward Bay Head, and if we felt like taking longer walk, about a mile walk to Jenkinson’s in Point Beach. Accommodations were wonderful, clean, and quiet at night.

I spent a week with my family - Children, grandchildren and 3 dogs plus my husband and muself. The bed/bath setup provided pleanty of room for our 9 adults and one 17 year old girl. The house is spacious, close to the beach and has a roomy kitchen. There is also plenty of seating in the living room and a lovely deck. Everything is provided! We grilled once, walked to 4 different restaurants and walked to the boardwalk for ice cream and arcades every evening. It is also a short from from a beach that is not overcrowded. We had a great week in Point Pleasant!

Our extended family of 13 overnight and day visits from family and friends in NY/ NJ was so much fun in this spacious and well equipped house with short walk to Beach. Highly recommend for house, location and close proximity to Boardwalk, mini golf, Aquarium, amusements, restaurants and shops!!!

This was our first of many family reunions. The setup of the house was perfect for us. It was very clean, the house had everything that we needed.....the kitchen accommodations, back porch, backyard, it was the perfect place to for a small family gathering. Steps away from the beach and boardwalk. The open floor plan upstairs was delightful and we loved having the bedrooms on the 2 floors. The property manager was wonderful! He was very informative and was always available. We would rent this house again and highly recommend it.

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location with the beach steps away. We rented this house for Christmas week while we were moving out of state and it was wonderful! The house is bright, clean has everything you need and plenty of room and beds! The owner checked in on us and was attentive to the weather and our needs during our stay. Great house!

The house and property were very clean. The description of the area and beach access are as described. Steve (host) was easy to communicate with and very informative. Our whole family enjoyed our stay and the dogs had lots of exercise at the beach.
