We had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites. We stayed the night prior to leaving for vacation. We had a great experience & the lady at the front desk was super helpful. The shuttle driver was so great & quick to pick us up! We had a suite & the pull out couch was in rough shape, could use a mattress update.

Hotel needs some updating. Grout in bathroom missing and tiles loose. Hot tub didn’t work and was dirty. No towels at the pool area. Had to go to front desk to get some. Were given bath mats from employee who said it was his first night on the job,pretty sure he was the only employee there. Had to go to front desk for toilet paper. No extra roll in room. Tripped over a stump in the yard that wasn’t visible or marked at all. Bruised my toe.

The elevator is awful. Slams shut and open them like jiggles. One of the hot tubs was out of order. Staff at night would just disappear with the later guy going to sit in his car have to wait till he decided to come back inside.

Workers were rarely at the desk so had to wait a long time to get help, workers seemed like we were annoying them asking questions. The elevator is terrifying and the elevator permit that was posted was expired- thought for sure we were going to get stuck in there. The door to the pool area doesn’t lock and one of the hot tubs was empty. There was limited parking as there were many cars just parked there with the people not there to support them. I will not be back.

I called twice to ask if hot tub and pool were up and running and both people said yes. One hot tub was out of order and the other didn't have working jets. The only ice machine in the building wasn't working. Went to front desk multiple times to let them know pool didn't have towels, but nobody was at the front desk for over 40 minutes. Elevator was broken so had to carry all our luggage down four flights of stairs. Would not stay here again.

The stay was disgusting. The hotel was extremely dirty, the room, the pool and the carpeting was frightening. The front desk staff was less than helpful and despite asking for cleaning service we did not receive any. The location was fine and we were pretty much left alone. When we checked in and went to our room it smelled and when I started checking the room over I found mold in the corner! The bathroom was dirty, there were copper wires on the outside of the ac and no sitting chairs. The room seemed unfinished and unsafe. The staff on duty that not was helpful and kind and put is another room. That room was in better shape, but it still had a weird smell in the shower area. Just didn’t look clean. The showers have no ledges to put toiletries on and the sink area is very small. On the last day I was there. I went to ask for a clean set of towels and the lady said that there might not be any. The staff member on the very first night of our stay was friendly, but other than that, I can say the other staff or standoffish. The manager was not friendly at all and quite frankly, it was rude and never once checked with me on how my stay was even after being moved to a different room due to mold the staff member that first night came in the room and I showed him the mold so he saw it in person. It has been five days since we checked out and I have not received one phone call from the hotel about our stay.

No directions after handing me my room key (easy enough to find the elevator and room etc, but typically the attendant will let you know about breakfast hours, etc.) The room was disgusting though. Rings from the glassware, greasy handprints on bedside tables/tv stand, water/toothpaste/soap left on the bathroom sink/surrounding counter. The floors had not been vacuumed. I didn't use the shower but it looked ok.

It took over 10 minutes to get someone to check us in as the front desk staff was on her smoke break out front. Room had a drink left in it on the window sill from the previous guest, tape left on the walls and filthy vent in the bathroom.

Everything was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were the same as every other hotel you've ever stayed at. Upon checking in we discovered the room we booked, which i booked weeks prior and i called the day before and confirmed we had that room and informed the desk we would probably arrive around 7-8pm, was overbooked some how and now they didn't have. I have no idea how a hotel doesn't know how many rooms they have. But this is the world we live in. The very nice lady at the desk was apologetic and was able to get us into a room that was close to what we reserved. The mattress in our room needed to be replaced during the Obama administration. No cushion left and you could feel every single spring in that mattress. And finally the shower curtain in our room was about 6 inches too short for the shower so instead of the water draining into the shower it drained all over the floor. The heat/ ac worked well. Room was clean. Staff was friendly.

The staff here were great, especially with coordinating out shuttle to the airport early in the morning. The only complaint I had was the beds. We purposely got a room for 3 of us with a pull out bed. I don’t feel like it was safe to consider that a bed. It was just springs with a cover on them essentially.

Sayed for 7 days or so. Room was in good condition however lighting at the desk wasn't the best for paper work. You can definitely tell it's an older building. The walls are also pretty thin so I could here a lot of people above me, in the hallway, or next doors. Also had to call and talk to the front desk 3 times over 3 days to get room service for the first time which is unacceptable. Breakfast wasn't too bad though.

The lobby looked nice and clean but as I got toy floor, I noticed large stains on the carpet outside the elevator and in the hallway. When I got into my room I noticed a large stain on the red chair and the room looked very old and dated.

Nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. Convenient location to the airport and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was a blackout curtain for the window- just a sheer white curtain. There was a bright light outside which made it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise we really liked our stay.

The front desk staff was always very professional, friendly, and quick to help if I had any needs. Only one elevator, kind of slow, but didn't really have an issue with traffic. I think their maybe should have been an electrical outlet on the side of the room/bathroom where the ironing board was, so I didn't have to carry it over to the other side each day.

When I arrived there was a sign saying helping another guest will be right back but no indication on if that meant five or ten or thirty minutes. The wait was long enough that I chose to sit down. The staff member showed up but made no apology for not being there. She was not exactly unfriendly and it was near midnight . I had to say I want to check in when I expected to her to say may I help you. She was still fairly silent in the morning but did do a good job of checking lost and found for a sweatshirt I misplaced

My only complaint is that two individuals unlocked my hotel door, I immediately said this room was occupied and one of the gentleman announced that he was maintenance and they where just checking to see if the room was empty. I informed them that u was here until Monday and asked if they needed entry in which they replied no. Not even two seconds later they tried entering my room luckily the door had the safety locks in place so they could only open the door a few inches. It is absolutely ridiculous if the hotel dose not log which rooms are empty and which ones are booked, furthermore it is unacceptable that it was established that to room was occupied yet they still tried to enter my room.

Not even two seconds later they tried entering my room luckily the door had the safety locks in place so they could only open the door a few inches. It is absolutely ridiculous if the hotel dose not log which rooms are empty and which ones are booked, furthermore it is unacceptable that it was established that to room was occupied yet they still tried to enter my room.

The check in process was awful. The front desk person had one person before us who had already started the check in process but she kept disappearing so it took us a half an hour to check in. Then we had another guest come into our room with their card key. He was able to get into the room next door with the same key. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they were unconcerned and said the computer had checked them into the same room. If true, then how did they get into their room with the same key. Nice hotel and good breakfast.

First, when I arrived, the staff was on a long smoke break and came back reeking of smoke—not the most welcoming start. I usually love Country Inns (I often stay at the Woodbury location and always have a great experience), but this location fell far below expectations. The cleanliness was unacceptable. The room had spiders and bugs by the window and in the corners. I requested room service before leaving for my birthday activities, but when I returned, the room had not been cleaned at all. My boyfriend and I had to spend another night in a dirty room. When I reported this to the evening front desk staff, he brushed it off with, “Oh, they didn’t come clean?”—and did nothing to resolve the issue. On checkout day, I spoke with the assistant manager (I believe her name was Ashley), and it was clear she didn’t know how to handle complaints. She had to ask other staff what to do, which is very unprofessional for someone in a management role. I was told I would receive Choice Points within a day, but I still haven’t received anything. Overall, the customer service was horrible, the cleanliness was poor, and management was completely unhelpful. I will not be returning to this location.

It took over 10 minutes to get someone to check us in as the front desk staff was on her smoke break out front. Room had a drink left in it on the window sill from the previous guest, tape left on the walls and filthy vent in the bathroom.

The stay was fine, but this hotel had two credit cards on file, and rather that just charging one of them, chose to bill both CCs for the same room. Very sneaky. Perhaps they thought it would go unnoticed since the CCs belonged to two different people. If a genuine mistake, I’d expect them to bring it to the customers’ attention and refund on their own, but they did not.

We were there when there was a large group of youth athletes, so perhaps our experience is different from the norm? I imagine they chose the property because of its close proximity to the MOA etc. The staff was kind, it was a busy weekend when we were there and difficult to enjoy the included breakfast options, but overall it worked for our needs. The hotel is a good central location for close proximity to the airport, the MOA and quick access to many different directions via several freeways or highways. The hotel served our needs.

Nice hotel with friendly, professional staff. Convenient location to the airport and reasonably priced. Bed was comfortable. I wish there was a blackout curtain for the window- just a sheer white curtain. There was a bright light outside which made it difficult to fall asleep. Otherwise we really liked our stay.

Although an easy on and easy off to the highway, this hotel is used for transient, short term housing. When checking in, the initial smell of illegal substances, short term cash exchanged for rooms made me in easy. Breakfast was average for a hotel. Photos are glorified for the website, but enough for what our family needed it for. Our first room, the bed was broken, but was able to move to another room rather quickly. There were other times I needed something, and the phone call to the front desk wasn’t answered, and had to go down and wait for someone to return to the desk over the course of 20-30 minutes.

So…… I will start with the pros. The beautiful woman with long lashes at check in. So nice and friendly. The breakfast lady was so nice too. The manager is nice as well and helped us solve some issues. The showers have really nice pressure. The beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was small but always had eggs and sausage or potatoes and also cold items. The cons….. the other guests that spoil the hotel. We had to move rooms because of smoke/pot smell. I mean it was baaadddd. Manager moved us to fourth floor. Much much better! If you are on the lower floors u will hear kids running and jumping and playing till late! I appreciate the low price, but it did come with a bigger price…..

Overall OK hotel. We had no breakfast due to staff not showing up, the hotel didn’t plow the parking lot until after 9am on a Saturday, creating everyone stuck in parking lot. Just not a great stay.

Great staff. Bed was comfortable. Hall floor was dirty but they said it was going to be replaced. Condition of room was old. Breakfast was good and staff was great. Lobby was clean. I have a problem sleeping and have to get up early between two and three in the morning. No place to sit in lobby. Washer room was dirty and the dryer was very noisy and ripped my shirt.

Not the cleanest hotel but it served it's purpose. Room had a cricket that was obnoxious night one, killed it for a more restful for night two. Staff was friendly enough, especially the lady who worked the breakfast, she was great.

We arrived around 8 PM and needed bedding for the pull-out couch, which was already very uncomfortable. We were repeatedly told to wait an hour, so we did, but after waiting, we were still being told the same thing. After talking with other guests, we found out that some beds didn’t even have bedding when guests arrived. Some people were still receiving their bedding as late as 10 PM. This was very frustrating, especially after a long day and expecting the room to be ready when we arrived.

I've stayed at this hotel for a night in 2024, 2025 and now 2026, and with each year the quality of stay is noticeably degrading. In 2024, it was a solid option for a decent place to stay close to Vikings training camp. In 2025, well - it wasn't as great, but still convenient. Now I would consider it a place to avoid. Unclean. Free breakfast has few items. The on-premise pantry has almost nothing to choose from. And the rooms felt kind of gross as the air conditioner struggled to keep up with demand and the carpets were damp. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and the price is certainly attractive, but there are better comparably priced options a couple miles away that offer much better quality.

For the price I paid ($180 per night), I could have stayed in a 4-star hotel. The property was very dirty, with stained carpets and horribly dusty/dirty vents in the bathrooms. The lone elevator was barely operable and the luggage racks are in need of replacement. You couldn't load or unload near the front door, because the hotel kept blocking the entrance with all of their courtesy vans. This place needs a total update and makeover.
