We had a late night check in due to our flight being delayed. The night desk lady was very helpful but being that we booked through Expedia, she had problems getting the computer to accept the price we were charged. At 1:00 a.m. this delayed our sleep even more. Our room was clean. The location was good. I would stay here again.

I took my family and left. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There’s mold everywhere; on the ceilings, window tracks. Spider webs in all the corners of the room. The baseboard heater in the room was covered in filth. All the corners of the room had dirt. And the smell wow don’t even get me started on the smell. They clearly have a huge issue with mold that they are trying to cover up with tons of very fragrant plug in air fresheners as well as odor eaters. We were in the room maybe 10 min and my jacket stunk like it. Gave me a headache. The property itself looks terrible. No one has mowed the grass in over a month. The landscaping is unkept. We asked for a refund 10 minutes after being there. We didn’t even bring our things in and we were told we couldn’t because they already charged our card and I’d have to wait to talk to the manager on Monday.

Breakfast was cold. Shower was cold. Smelled musty throughout the property. For the price paid, it seems unreasonable to have poor conditions. I picked this hotel specifically because it is a Wyndham hotel..but it is not up to Wyndham quality.

Stayed here for a quick one night stay on way to the UP. Hotel located conveniently off the highway and near many gas stations and eating establishments. We checked in late at night and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Perfect for a quick drop in.
