Great stay and pool was very nice

Curteous but pool closed.

Nice clean room, but the pool was closed (we had our young grandchildren with) and the ice machine didn’t work (temp was in the mid 90s).

It was not let known that the pool was under construction prior to booking the room as the hotel pool system looks like it's been out of order for a while I feel that it should be on the website that the pool is unavailable until this date knowing that we are having a huge block of kids coming to their hotel so better communication would have been appreciative I would not recommend staying here The breakfast was okay

Pool was drained, hot tub not working either, did not tell us this at time we booked, no discount applied to bill. St add was very rude and disrespectful. Never again!

Checked in later than usual. Hotel was under construction and the front doors were cornered off with a sign directing us to a side door. My husband can't walk and the side entrance was very handicap un-friendly with obstacles blocking the doorway. Very difficult for a wheelchair. A rock was holding it open. Normally a key would be needed to open the door.

Overall, a nice property. Great breakfast. The pool area was ok, but needed better ventilation. And the hot tub was lukewarm at best.

Would stay here again. Just wish the pool was warmer.

The rooms probably could have used a facelift about 6 years ago, the staff were SO RUDE, the pool was shut down, and I can’t stress this enough- the staff were absolutely terrible.

This place has a very small parking lot! No parking left with 3 trucks with boats, taking up a total 9 parking spots!! Also the breakfast was * star. Usually cold and not restocked well.

So many things didn’t work - the refrigerator (and it smelled like rotten mayo) the microwave and too many cords attached to an extension cord to figure out how to plug in the coffee maker. The hotel had a strong smell of disinfectant combined with smoke. The shade did not block light and our room was bright at night. Overall the room was dingy, outdated, and could use a more thorough cleaning.

I stay in hotels most weeks and this by far was one of the worst as far as cleanliness. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. Request for additional washcloth and hand towel was fulfilled immediately. The bed was very comfortable, coverings were adequate. In-house breakfast was very good. But the room was not clean, and should not have been rented out. If an inspection had been done, the room should not have been approved. We cleaned what absolutely had to be done.

Our room smelled of smoke. That is such a deal killer. The windows were difficult to operate. Unfortunately, no housekeeping service was provided, despite the sign on our door.

Fairly quiet and very nice restaurant right next door. I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites and usually very nice. This one seemed run down. The bed was clean and comfortable. The main issue was the condition of the bathroom. The sink was clogged so drained very slow; there was a bad leak in the toilet tank, so it made a flushing sound every 2-3 minutes; and there was mold on the shower surround. We did complain to the desk staff with the hopes that these would be fixed. I'm guessing our complaint didn't get passed on because nothing was fixed. Oh yes, I think someone attempted to clean the shower?? Mold was still there though so I'm guessing the cleaner just rinsed out the bathtub and then left all of our towels on the floor which had been hanging on the shower rod to dry. Not impressed and will never stay there again of course nor would I recommend it to someone else.

Our room still had food left from prior stay and the bed sheet had what looked like a poop stain.

We checked in and went to the room and there were dirty towels in the bathroom. In addition, the entire room was filthy and obviously hadn’t been cleaned.

Front desk staff were both very helpful. Breakfast was good and person cooking and keeping food fresh was awesome! Hotel smelled pretty strong of chlorine. Beds comfortable. Elevator needs a deep cleaning - stains on walls. Rooms fine for cleanliness (few dust bunnies hanging from ceiling)

Staff were friendly and check-in went smooth. The room was clean however, I was outdated. Bathroom door didn’t want to close properly and then stuck when trying to open it. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable

We were assigned to a room next to a defective pool pump. Staff was aware. Very distracting- should have blocked room until repaired

The hotel is very dated, the room was nice but the mattress was awful, the pillows were as well.

everything was good except my room had sheets hanging on the window for drapes. I had to tie them together in the middle and still they didn't cover the whole window. The light coming in at night and the strong sun in the morning left me unable to sleep for most of the night. I was too tired to ask to be moved to another room. ???

Liked the 2 room option. Quiet and comfy.

The room is simple, but clean and neat. The bed was comfortable. The facility was overall quiet.

The beds were super saggy, our shower curtain rod was falling off, the window was cracked with possibly tape on it? It was okay clean but there was sirt snd grim in the bathroom on the mop boards which have never been wipped. The fan in the bsthtoom didnt work. And rhe pool and hot tub were both down for the weekend. Also the road boise was reall bad.

It was incredibly noisy. I could hear the neighbors. My room booking was a "double queen," but it was a very small room with one queen bed. The furniture was too big for the small room as well. My key cards barely worked. I paid way too much for a room this small and noisy. The breakfast was standard. The pool area smelled very strongly of chlorine. That means the chlorine was exhausted and needs to be replenished and shocked. That also means the pool is full of bacteria. A clean pool does not hurt your eyes.

It is confusing how to enter the property when coming off I-35. The bed was uncomfortable, and I could hear the people in the next room arguing and swearing. I could also hear a lot of thumping noises and doors closing. The breakfast in the morning was not ready until at least one hour past the time it was supposed to start. Many people had to leave before they got breakfast. My elderly parents sat for an hour waiting for scrambled eggs.

Overall pretty nice, the air conditioner was very loud which made it hard to sleep.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful,great cookies and coffee in the lobby.Rooms were clean,and some maybe need a little updating.Had a couple problems with key cards to rooms,and the complimentary breakfast was fair with the waffles being the best part.But because of the staff and Keys Cafe (good food and reasonable prices)being just a short walk,I will stay there again.

Staff were accommodating and helpful especially since we had a very late arrival. Room was exactly as described. We will stay there again in the future.

Check in started with getting keys to a room that was already occupied. Once that was straightened out everything has been good.

We arrived and no one was at the front desk. I called the hotel from the lobby for over 15 minutes and finally a young man showed up to check us in.

My coworker had a very scary experience. Abt 11.45pm they received a phone call. As they'd been sleeping, the call was missed. Moments later they heard the door fob chime, the door unlock, and someone trying to enter their room. Thankfully the slider lock was on that stopped the person from fully going in. The person yelled out, "oh sorry, front desk", and then ran down the hall. They tried calling the front desk to find out what had just happened and no one ever answered the phone. They came to my room for the rest of the stay. Later in the morning we tried to check out, rang the bell at the desk as a sign said to, but another said to call a number for assistance. No one ever answered or came back to the desk to help. We've stayed in questionable hotels in the past and this stay is easily one on the worst list. We just cannot recommend the hotel at all. The walls were scuffed and patched in a lot of places, the shower leaked, the linens were stained; it was extremely run down and DIRTY.

There was no one at the front desk to check in. Our key to our room never worked. Luckily the door wasn’t shut so we could get in the room. Would not stay here again.

Multiple areas to eat within walking distance. Multiple areas to eat within a half mile drive. Located right off interstate. Driving a large dump truck and had no problem with parking at this location. Hotel was clean. Breakfast got us off to a good start. Waffles eggs and sausage.

A little hard to find the access road, but worth the effort. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable.

This property was good for an overnight stay. A bit dated but the sign at the front said they are working on renovating. The gym was great and offered a few options. I didn't use the pool or spa. The breakfast was typical hotel hot breakfast. The staff was kind. Area around the hotel offered plenty of options and you can walk across the parking lot to the taco johns or jimmy johns. I booked this through expedia but upon reconciling my expense report realized i was also charged by the hotel. They are reserving the charge, quick and easy fix. I'll stay here again if needed in the area for business again.

Convenient location. Easy access to Interstate, eateries. Lakes and tourist activities close by. My second stay, will return when visiting family in the area. Staff on desk and housekeeping, superb.

Property is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, efficient and welcoming. Drawbacks: difficult to get into the property and parking is pretty tight.

Great place to stay! Located close to the freeway, eateries. Great customer service when checking in. Even had warm cookies! Breakfast included in the stay was well prepared & nice variety. The beds were comfortable & the room was nice & clean.

Perhaps they are or will be renovating soon, but the condition of the rooms and the furniture in the rooms is not good. A bit “seedy”. Also the breakfast was not good because it wasn’t ready on time. It was still being put together over a half hour after it was supposed to be ready. The hot food was cold during the week when I was there, unfortunately.

We reserved a handicap room for the hose attachment in the shower and the hose attachment was disconnected. We would have needed tools to attach it. Breakfast was not great. The eggs tasted like they were powdered with water added. Very noisy at night, especially with our room being close to the pool and elevator. Staff was pleasant.

Staff at the front desk and in the breakfast room were all friendly and quick to assist. While this is a Radisson, it's an older building and definitely not luxurious but comfortable and clean. It was a good location for our trip. The water was hot, the beds were comfortable and the pillows came in various firmness to ensure comfort. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they appeared well maintained. There was a chair lift available for anyone with mobility issues. Despite visiting in March, there was a recent snowfall. Joyfully, the parking lot was clear with ample parking. The fitness center had 1 recumbent bike, 1 treadmill and 1 elliptical. There was also a cable weight lifting rack as well as free weights, a bench and floor mats. The elliptical and treadmill both worked as expected. They provided fresh towels, disinfectant wipes and there was also a water cooler. The breakfast room was always clean and stocked with someone continuing to clean and restock throughout the breakfast hours. Options our 1st AM were "fried" eggs, sausage patties and homefries. Our 2nd AM scrambled eggs and buiscuts and gravy. Our 3rd AM cheese omlets, sausage patties and biscuits. I loved the string cheese and pineapple juice offered in the refrigerator. Also liked the addition of tomato and v8 juices as well as the traditional OJ apple and cranberry. Waffles, assorted instant oatmeal, cold cereal as well as breakfast pastries and breads for toasting were offered daily

Great location, clean room, plenty of towels, and great breakfast.

The property needs updated, pool needs attendance, wasn’t open, towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. Breakfast wasn’t hot, coffee needed refilled.

I didn’t like that they aren’t serving hot breakfast in the morning that’s one of the main reasons I chose this place otherwise I wouldn’t have spent that much money
