Pleasantly surprised, very comfortable especially at the price. Elevator would have been nice. I'm 75 so dragging luggage to second floor was a chore. Otherwise would have been all 5 stars.

Had a good stay here. The place was clean, affordable and easy to find. There is no elevator, just fyi. Free breakfast was appreciated but it had limited choices. That's not a complaint, just pointing it out. It was busy when I stayed here, parking spots around the entrance were occupied in the evening, but there was still plenty of parking behind the building.

Staff is always great, been staying here for many years. Plenty of boat/trailer parking. Breakfast is decent, room is clean and it's right on the main strip leading to the boarder or HWY 11.

We were extremely impressed with this value hotel. Our room was very clean as was the public areas. The breakfast options were fabulous with hot items such as Belgium waffles & bisquits & gravy. A great restaurant is a 5 minute walk. The desk employees were extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel itself was dated, the rooms were very outdated. The carnet wasn’t vacuumed along the bedsides. The room stunk and we had to leave the window open all night. It smelled like mold or like the carpet had been wet but didn’t dry. Very very musty smelling.

This is an older hotel with updates. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was the typical offerings, pretty good. But the walls are thin, and I could hear too much of other guests coming and going, in the hallways, and outside. It was sleep disruptive.

I came to Int’l Falls when my mother passed away. The staff was so kind and sweet to listen to my story. The breakfasts were great, saved me money on a very expensive trip. The staff was also very helpful and accommodating in every way. Elizabeth was so sweet when I broke down talking to her. I would stay again when I visit my remaining family members. Thank you.

General manager, Erika, was GREAT!! We arrived at 9 am after an early flight from a week of fishing. My partner is a disabled Veteran and she moved us to a ground floor room and let us check in 6 hours early. My buddy wouldn’t have survived sitting in the lobby until after 3 pm. Above and beyond!!

The 'free' breakfast was horrible. A number of things were out and the gravy for the biscuits was worse than wallpaper paste. The staff person was very unfriendly and really had no interest in making sure the food and coffee was available. Heard one person tell them that 'they did not need to talk to me like that'. Hotel was nice, clean, and staff were very friendly. Took a long time to get hot water at the far end, but minor issue. Honestly I booked the room because of the reviews saying it had a good hot breakfast included. Sadly it was very disappointing. “Hot” breakfast was a Tupperware container of frozen egg patties that you microwave yourself, along with a crockpot of gravy with small chunks of meat in it. Hotel was nice, clean, and staff were very friendly. Took a long time to get hot water at the far end, but minor issue. Honestly I booked the room because of the reviews saying it had a good hot breakfast included. Sadly it was very disappointing. “Hot” breakfast was a Tupperware container of frozen egg patties that you microwave yourself, along with a crockpot of gravy with small chunks of meat in it. Don’t expect sausages, patties, or bacon. No idea how that got so many positive comments in the reviews. Other than the disappointing breakfast, the stay was pleasant. The hotel was solid, comfy , and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location. The free continental breakfast in the morning was good. I particularly like the waffle maker. Good value.

Very basic accommodation. A lot of the metal fixtures in the room were rusted. The smoke detector kept chirping so I ended up having to remove it myself. The breakfast was very very limited and was not appealing I would say maybe they should consider not even putting it out at all because I imagine a lot of it would get wasted. Very poor choice of the continental part of the breakfast and they did have biscuits and gravy but the biscuits were stone cold and the gravy was nasty.

Breakfast was very basic, still got enough. Breakfast area needed some housekeeping, but we understand about expectations of young staff members. More coffee? ;-) We understood, but hope they can do better. Over all pleasant stay and quiet room.
