Quality Inn Lakeville North

I travel from out of state and will probably book here again, which doesn’t happen often with me. I appreciate the cleanliness the most and the respectful staff the second most. Much appreciated.

I would not recommend this place. Beware

Pool and hot tub need a good cleaning. No pool towels available and front desk clerk was annoyed when I asked for them. Parking for a truck and trailer is not an option, cramped lot. Lady at check-in was super helpful.

Staff was super rude. The hotel seemed like it never housed guests only employees. Had a football team of kids an the employee threatened to shoot them when they were being too loud in pool area

My wife and I drove over 2 hours to stay in this 4 star hotel. We travel multiple times a year and stay at choice hotels. The gentlemen at check in was great. The lady that took over in the evening was awful. I don’t think she truly knew the meaning of hospitality. Probably not the best job choice. She threatened to kick my wife and out because we were rubbing each other’s shoulders in the hot tub (hands above water and clearly visible). She said it was a family based hotel and that what we were doing was inappropriate. A shoulder rub? With only one other family even in the room? The hot tub was look warm at best and I had seen children blow more bubbles in a bathtub than what this hot tub kicked out. The vents were rusty, the welcome sign in the grass was knocked over, the exit signs were falling down, there were broken appliances a furniture at the end of the halls. While we were out of our room someone decided to use our toilet. Our refrigerator barely kept our drinks cool. We were so frustrated we almost checked out the very night we checked in but a 2 hour drive home in the dark also didn’t sound appealing. If this is 4 star hotel for that area I would hate to see what a lesser starred hotel looks like. Very very disappointing.
