I was very disappointed that the hotel is in the middle of a major renovation rendering the pool and hot tub inoperable. I specifically chose this hotel because I wanted a hotel with a hot tub. I am very disappointed your website made no mention of the renovations and your site misrepresented the available amenities. I feel I grossly overpaid for a night at a hotel with no functional pool or hot tub. I hold your company accountable for misrepresenting amenities which led me to making a poor decision. This Hotel is just off Interstate 494. You can be anywhere in the area to Twin Cities from 5-25 minutes via major roads. This hotel is in a business park area so no options for food or drink. Unless you use the Bistro in Hotel. Cross 494 south on Pilot Knob Rd for a convivence store/gas. Further South to find restaurants, shopping in Eagan. My room was newly remodeled with remodeling still going on in areas of Hotel. Pool is down because of this. Room was very clean with a huge shower with great water pressure. Parking lot is well lit.

This was the cleanest hotel i've been at. Very nice hotel location and will return again. The front desk person was new and confused so check in was very long. She was afraid to ask for help until 20 minutes of struggling. That was my only complaint.

I stay at this hotel every time I have training's that go over multiple days for work. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. When you stay several days, they do not even freshen your room. If you need clean towels, more coffee, and trash emptied, you need to go to the desk and do it yourself. I understand not having a full clean and change over in the room each day, but a freshen up would be nice.

We arrived at 1 am and was told they did not have a room available to us. They had to “clean” a room and it took an hour before we were able to get in. When we got in the room there were food crumbs on the chair and floor and dirty towels still in the room. We just accepted it due to the late hour. Staff was apologetic and I felt bad for them.

The location of Courtyard is perfect for those traveling by plane. My room was beautifully arranged with a very comfortable bed. Clean. Very clean. Pete, front desk staff, pleasantly assisted me when needed. Moe, who worked the breakfast, was also outstanding.

This is a very nice hotel convenient to the airport, it was very clean. The staff was friendly. I have a really bad neck and low back and the mattresses excellent for me. The condiments for For the coffee had not been restocked, but the front desk gave me what I needed. The one thing I will say is they don’t have microwaves in the room, but that was OK for me. The shuttle was convenient.

The rooms are updated and very clean. Clean is important. The staff is professional and shuttle is prompt. However, the Courtyard walls are always thin. I always hear my neighbors in the Courtyard hotels. My neighbor was coughing something awful and it was hard to sleep until he stopped.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating. They were able to pick me up from the airport and take me to the mall whenever I was ready. On my last day, they took me to the mall after I left my luggage at the hotel and when they picked me up they had my luggage so that they could take me directly to the airport. Would definitely stay there again.

When a hotel says "Free airport shuttle," you expect the shuttle to show. After waiting an hour at Terminal 2 and calling 4 times, being told the shuttle is "20 minutes away" every time, I took a Lyft. The rooms were tiny, the rooms were not insulated from the sound of the airline traffic, and the staff could not be bother to give a single whit.

Quite commercial/business area, right off the interstate and other major hwys for easy excess to the area, convenience store just south of the hotel on Pilot Knob Rd. for gas or items, other food options even further south. Have never had a problem when staying here.

I recently stayed one night at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mendota Heights to catch an early flight out of MSP Airport. The hotel was nice and clean, in a good quiet location, had friendly staff and shuttle services to the airport and back. My room was also nice and clean with a big screen TV. I now know where to stay to either catch an early flight or arrive late, Courtyard by Marriott.

I recently stayed one night at the Courtyard by Marriott in Mendota Heights to catch an early flight out of MSP Airport. The hotel was nice and clean, in a good quiet location, had friendly staff and shuttle services to the airport and back. My room was also nice and clean with a big screen TV. I would give it 5 stars, except, I paid for 2 breakfasts, called ahead to assure availabilty, spoke to an agent about it upon arrival, and then was huffed at in the morning. The young man at arrival assured me that it was on our account, and that he would leave a note for the "night audit" person to take care of. The woman in the morning was not very pleasant. An older black man was a gentleman, and much appreciated.

We stayed for 4 days, and our room has never been cleaned. I had to go look for the housekeeping staff to ask for clean towels. We used the provided coffee pods on day one, and they were never replaced. There were 2 facial tissues in the room when we checked in, and obviously we very quickly ran out of them. No new facial tissues were placed in our room. However, we did hear the housekeeping staff loudly arguing among themselves in the hallway about who's going to clean which room and how many. Will more than likely never stay at this hotel again. They get away with not taking care of the property or the clients because they're very close to the airport and a lot of airline crews stay there. Perhaps this explains the reason they don't really care about customer satisfaction as crews will stay there anyway.

Lovely lady checked me in at 2:30am after a very travel disrupted day and the room was great. Shower gets a 10/10, bed was super comfortable. AC was a bit noisy. Wanted to grab breakfast and coffee in am, but coffee machine was broken and the service waiting to to put an order in was so slow, we left. Will happily stay there again for the great room.

My go to place to stay when exploring the Cities. Easy on/off major hwys, convenient store just on the other side of the 494 bridge if driving and need gas. Many food options a couple miles to the south across that same bridge in Eagan. Easy parking with well lit lot.

Nice renovated but location is not the best one does need a car. Gym not all that well equipped. Staff super nice. All in all a good experience.
