Not sufficiently clean; not regularly cleaned; appliances & plumbing not working well.

部屋が車いす障害者対応の部屋でした。私たちには必要がなかったので、バスタブのある部屋が良かったです。バリアフリーの部屋が標準と勘違いしていたので、他の方の部屋を見て気づきました。あと、生ごみ処理機も壊れていたようです。他は、シャワーの温度調整がうまくいきにくかったです。全体的に清潔感のある部屋ではありましたので、感謝いたします。困ったことがあったときはフロントの方に親切に対応していただきました。ありがとうございました。 Our room was a barrier-free, wheelchair-accessible unit. As it wasn't necessary for us, we would have preferred a room with a bathtub instead. I mistakenly thought all rooms were barrier-free until I saw the others. There were a few minor issues: the food waste disposer was out of order, and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. However, the room was overall very clean, and we really appreciated the hospitality. The front desk staff were wonderful and helped us kindly whenever we needed assistance. Thank you.

There were two maintenance issues in my bathroom. The ceiling fan was hanging from the ceiling making a loud noise. The sink faucet was not secured properly and spun from side to side. On the my first full day, housekeeping attempted to enter my room without knocking. I had the security latch enabled preventing the staff member from entering. The housekeeper quickly walked away from the room trying to avoid my questions. I am concerned that had I not been in the room, my belonging might have been compromised. I spoke with the front desk and manager on duty. I was promised a follow-up after they spoke with staff. When I returned to the hotel, the front desk worker informed me that the housekeeper entered the wrong room, stating it was a case of wrong floor. It is disappointing that the manager sent the front desk to respond instead of doing this themselves. The hotel is in a great location and mostly in good repair. There are starting to be some noticeable repair issues that will need to be addressed in the near future. There is a good amount of street noise that can be heard in the room, notable if you are a light sleeper.
