Nous avons adoré cet hôtel! Le personnel est attentionné, c’est propre et les déjeuners à la carte sont très bons. Pour se rendre à la plage, il faut marcher environ 15 minutes. Le trottoir est étroit et irrégulier. Nous avons aimé prendre des belles marches sur la plage d’un côté comme de l’autre. Nous avons aussi essayé plusieurs restaurants à proximité de l’hôtel et tout était très bon! Les couchers de soleil son magnifiques! Nous avons utilisé deux fois les services de massages de l’hôtel et c’était très bien! C’est une magnifique expérience pour nous ! Merci

Extremely disappointing stay – construction, bed bugs and poor service Our 2-week stay was ruined by construction on 3 of 4 sides, with hammering, sawing and shouting from around 07:30–18:00. We were told 09:00–17:00, which was not true. The hotel claimed we had been informed. We checked our email, Hotels.com inbox and several previous emails with the hotel about sending packages—nothing mentioned construction. It apparently started around June. We asked to cancel and get a refund so we could find another hotel, but were refused. Our first room also had bed bugs. After moving rooms, there was still construction on another side plus a very loud water pump running through the night and morning. Other issues: strong sewer smell from the toilet, no blackout curtains, an open-ceiling bathroom with glass doors beside the bedroom, and old dust/spider webs. Staff were rude and dismissive, never apologised, and repeatedly claimed we had been informed. We repeatedly requested to speak with the manager, but he was always “unavailable”. We were even asked to sign a confidentiality agreement preventing us from sharing our experience. I refused. One receptionist was genuinely kind and understanding, but she was not always working. Had we been honestly informed, we could have chosen another hotel. Instead, we were denied that choice. It feels like keeping the booking was prioritised over being honest with guests. A very disappointing experience.

It was a great experience we stayed in the sky private pool suite and we loved it.

Hotel is great needs a little maintenance, staff are great and the location is good, short walk to the beach and some amazing sunsets. Breakfast is really good.
