Only told after checking in that our floor was under construction. Terrible condition. Looked like third world numbers written on doors with masking tape Elevator broken/ out of order. Unbelievable to keep those rooms online in that condition. Deplorable and expensive.

Comfortable beds. Good continental breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Good food options near by.

It's seen better days but breakfast was always good, gym worked, and i stayed for about five nights.

Love the updated room decor and shower. The black out shade is very decorative and perfect to keep out light. A/c fan only did not work. The 1 elevator that did work had cardboard covering the walls with duct tape...scary.

Nice hotel. Quiet location. Great breakfast with LOTS of choices. Only issue was that the hot tub was more of a luke warm tub. Other then that friendly staff and centrally located.

Staff was really nice and breakfast was tasty! Rooms were comfortable, pool was fun, hot tub needed a new dial but loved our stay here!

Parking lot felt safe, staff were genuinely nice, despite all the construction and renovation my room was clean, quiet and served the purpose of my visit.

Our room was not very clean. Visible dust and we found numerous items on the floor near the bed. A child’s toy. A French fry and a water bottle.

We picked this hotel because of its convenient location and high rating. We felt the rating wasn’t accurate. The hotel is amidst renovation. The hallways stunk of something—adhesive, paint, . . . something unpleasant. There were no signs, door trim, etc. throughout the halls. In the lobby and meeting area, all the electrical switches were uncovered with wires exposed, which seemed like a safety hazard. The front desk area was wallpapered while we stayed there. All this work meant there was a film of dust on floors, etc. Our room was further along in reno, but there were no bars or hooks to hang towels or clothes, which was inconvenient. This hotel may be great when it’s finished, but there should have been notice before booking that we would have been staying in a work zone and/or offer a price discount.

Major hotel renovations being done. Orbitz should let you know if hotel is being renovated! Electrical wires hanging out. Not finished. Missing light fixtures. Construction dust everywhere. Elevator not finished, builder boards for walls. Unsure if safe to use? Note said to only press level button once what happens if multiple push?

Room was very clean, front desk staff incredibly friendly. Hitel is going through a remodel so a little rough in common areas but that is to be expected.

Very clean room! Housekeeper did a great job. Parking is limited and if you end up behind hotel it’s a bit intimidating. Staff at check in desk was neutral. My reservation request was one bed from booking app but I was given two beds instead. She said they didn’t have any left and it was first come. Hotel was under major construction. Including paper taped on door for room number, one elevator broke but they did have another one. When I arrived in room there was no tub just a shower. I called down to front desk to see if I could a room with a tub as I have stayed there before and knew they had one before. She said no and they won’t have any tubs anymore because of remodel. I told her that was very disappointing as I usually stay there but I only book rooms with a bathtub. She didn’t seem to care. No sorry or anything. May need to change hotel selections in the future. Good news is it will be remodeled bad news no bathtub.

The floor i was on was dirty and dusty with construction going on, the workers were noisy until after 8:30pm. I also got into my room and was trying to relax after a long work day when my door suddenly opened and a man stepped in and he apologized thinking this was his room. It was very unnerving that someone else was able to get into my room. I called the front desk and she apologized and said to bring my key cards down to have them replaced. Overall, the staff was friendly but i feel like i should have been partially credited for the noise and key mishap. This hotel is also located close to a busier road and i could easily hear outside road noise while trying to sleep.

The rooms at this hotel are extremely dated and dirty. The walls have stains, the carpeting is old and dirty, the bathtubs are small and outdated. The beds are absolutely rock hard.

Great little hotel store with a variety of snacks. Breakfast was great! Best of all coffee was hot and fresh. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable.

The only really disappointing thing at this hotel for us was the inability to use our Roku with any of the room tv's.

Hotel was really nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were nice. Really loved the long bathroom counter, for a family of 4 it was great. Only complaint was the thin walls. The room above us was really loud and creaky. Good neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was overall fine. Staff was very friendly. Only thing is it is a bit dated, old TVs and the bed was a bit lumpy. Breakfast was good!

We received a call at 9:30AM the day of our booked stay from Holiday Inn Express to say that they did not have a room with two queens which we had booked a week prior. We needed two queens since our family is four including two preteens so a king only was not going to work. They said that when you book through Hotels.com that you get the last rooms they have left and that our booking came in after all rooms were rented. That makes no sense to me even now but the person I spoke to said they call other IHG hotels to find me a suitable replacement. I didn't hear anything and got worried so called back at 1PM to find out he had not done any checking as he stated. It was the same guy and dude just didn't care. I said I needed a room in MSP so I accepted the king only room if they included a roll in bed. The TV in our room would not allow us to connect our laptop to play kids movies and the TV that was provided to the room must have been over the air content because it was a poor mix of analog and digital and half the channels would not come on for us. The icemaker on the 4th floor was plugged in but not making ice. The wifi was very weak and we could only load a webpage from time to time with zero chance of streaming anything. Breakfast was terrific and is why we chose to stay with this chain in the first place. After an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement and pretty much zero tech throughout the night I would caution anyone else who wants to stay here in the future.

Hotel has been undergoing renovations for I guess l er ONE YEAR! That would have been great to know! Rooms were freshly renovated, new carpet and furniture maybe. Walls were scuffed, room was very musty smelling. There was something under the carpet right by my bed, when I would get out of bed you could feel a big lump. Hallways were all torn up, no room numbers just tape with written numbers. I couldn’t believe they thought this was okay. Staff was great, but don’t open to the public in that state!

Beautiful space. Quiet area. Water pressure wasn’t great. Bed was very comfortable and they had extra pillows and blankets.

We have stayed here many times but this time was not good. The air conditioning in our room didn't work. When we called down to the front desk, they told us that they knew that and we could have a fan. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved to a room with air. They said they were booked completely. I went up and pulled up the hotel app and it showed two rooms. When I went down to the front desk, they said the app was wrong and they were completely full. They couldn't move us so I asked what they would do for us. He said he would only charge us $120 for the room instead of $168. It was hot in the room and we barely slept. We got up early and left. After coming home and getting Expedia involved, we were only refunded $25 instead of $48. It's too bad because we have stayed here plenty of times and now, we won't.

Everything was good except the small toilets throughout the facility. The toilet in the lobby bathroom is supposed to be handicap accessible but with that small of a toilet it is too small and too low. Missing countertop in the room it was particle board.

The staff was outstanding, warm, and friendly. The location was convenient and quiet. The breakfast was very good so many options!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and had so many options from hot foods to cold foods. Day we were there, they had cookies at night, which was a nice touch! Room's we're comfortable and clean. Definitely will stay here again when in the area!

We have stayed at this property in the past and loved it - we previously had a 1 bedroom suite which was perfect for our family of 4 so we booked the same room for our recent trip. When we got to the room it was a regular room and not what we booked. I spoke with the man at the front desk and he said that the room we booked was messed up from the previous guests. I explained that I didn't like that he just downgraded us without saying anything and that's not what we paid for and asked for 2 rooms, which he finally agreed to. The property is undergoing renovations so I tried to keep that in mind when I rated the property because a lot of the mess isn't their fault. The pool was closed and it would've been nice if that was in the description of the property. Breakfast was good and most of the staff were nice. Our room was in terrible shape - carpet was coming up, bathtub leaked the whole time we were there, bathroom tiles were coming off the floor, etc., but I could tell our room was about to be re-done. Overall, I'd return because of location and what the property offers and I assume next time the hotel will be in much better shape! My only real complaint is when we were knowingly downgraded in rooms and we had to lug all of our stuff upstairs and then back down again to sort it out. Wish they would've mentioned it when we checked in instead of assuming we wouldn't notice.

Tucked into a convenient location. Nothing extravagant, just what you need and expect. Front desk person was exceptional.

There was a housekeeping error and our room was not ready until 9pm!! The staff was extremely kind and felt bad but this doesn’t change the fact we had to wait so long for our room. My daughter had a dance competition early the next morning and needed to be in bed early.

This property is currently under construction but it will look really great soon and everything is being updated. Super nice it had a great breakfast and super friendly staff

Nice little hotel in a good location.

This hotel is convenient to several major highways, but in a safe and quiet location (I used to live nearby, so I can vouch for the neighborhood). It's about 20 minutes from the airport. There are many dining options nearby - fast food and sit-down restaurants. Front desk staff is professional and friendly. My room was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure. The breakfast is very nice - lots of hot and cold options. I appreciated the inclusion of turkey sausage and gluten free muffins. I usually stay with friends or family when I'm in town, but if there's ever another occasion when I need a hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

Fast easy check in. Comfortable room, nice towels and amenities. Caribou coffee and several dining options within a block. Easy to get to. Keurig in the room, with pods so good coffee available.
