The fire alarm keep going off

This Motel 6 was under construction and had zero TV service the entire 5 days we were there. Only one ice machine worked (on the 3rd floor) and the vending machine worked very sporadicly. I’d recommend bring your own every thing. There were a lot of residents of the motel vs hotel guests. There’s a microwave in the lobby so that’s good to know.

Card key reader didn't work in 1st room assignment. Heater didn't work in first room assignment. 2nd room assignment was better but overall, this was one of the worst motel 6 properties we've stayed in. Exterior doors didn't close and lock proper. The presence of a security guard was slightly comforting but signified the condition of the property, its location, and its clientele. Staff was ok but would definitely not stay at this location again!!

Got stuck in the elevator

Bed side lights did not work. Left side did not turn on at all. Right side flickered constantly when turned on. No microwave in room. No fridge. 2nd night the fire alarm activated around 6-630pm for about 5 minutes. I seemed to be the only guest to actually evacuate. No explanation or all clear from staff. I had to approach a fire fighter that was deployed on site to ask if we should fully evacuate. He said not to worry. I do not recommend.

This Motel 6 is ok. Pros: Customer service was good - the front desk people were all helpful. They have an iron at the front desk There's a microwave as well as a hot and cold water dispenser in the common room. There were also a lot of plugs by the bathroom sink. Cons: Wifi kept dropping and you have to login in with the code every time. There were no hooks or hangers to hang up towels by the sink. Shower was slippy because there were no gripping things. Bed mattress was too soft for me. Laundry was expensive - 3 dollars for every load of washing and drying. No fridge in room or elsewhere. AC was pretty loud.

Room was clean, beds only had sheets no blankets, air conditioning & tv didn’t work the whole time in my room and staff didn’t seem to care to do anything about it until i seen management the 4th day into my stay where i was switched rooms. There’s no fridges rooms, Ice machines are far and ice only last about 20 minutes, everything in the vending machines are $3 and up, staff stayed with an attitude or smart response girl rolled her eyes every chance she got .

The only positive aspect of staying here was that pets stay free. It was an uncomfortable place for a solo female traveler. The hotel was very noisy – you could hear everything happening in the hallway and nearby rooms all night long. The fire alarm went off at 3 AM, and we all had to go into the parking lot while we waited for the fire department. The alarm then proceeded to go off for brief periods twice more during the night and early morning. While the bedding was fairly clean, there were cigarette burns on the linens. If you’re looking for the cheapest option in the area, then this is certainly it, but make sure to have noise canceling headphones and low expectations.

Elevators not working. Lack of pillows. When asked for these was advised no more to be had. VERY NOISY in the middle of the night from other guests young children. No mini fridges, coffee makers available in the room. When booking requested non smoking room, upon arrival was given a smoking room. This was changed as per our request. Would NOT recommend this motel.

Don't try to check in at 3pm, rooms aren't ready until 3:30. But don't worry, you won't be able to find a front desk agent to check in at that time anyway. Once one came to assist me, I was told that I'd get a discount on the security deposit for giving them a five star review before checking in, or seeing the room and mentioning Vam by name. I refused. Despite informing them of the two people in the room and needing two keys, I was only provided one, which wasn't programmed to be active my entire stay, only the first day. First room had a hole in the wall, fire damage to the box spring, candy wrappers under the bed, and two of the three light fixtures were missing light bulbs. The room also smelled of something spoiled. The second room I received after complaining had a greasy floor and a non working TV. The property has to have armed security guards in bullet proof body armor at night.

Yes. There was cockroaches in my room.

Rude guy at checkin. Room was dirty and had black mould. Bathroom door was falling apart, black mould in the shower and the shower head was broken. There were no towels in the room when we arrived. 2 other guests had the same complaints when I was checking out.

Rooms are not good very outdated.broken light fixtures,mold, dirty windows, curtains hanging off the rod.toilet and seat old and dirty paint all off seat bathtub gross stained dirty all the rooms need major updating, not worth 40.00 dollars but I'm out of the cold.mattress springs you can feel and old as hell,needs to be gutted and redone. But the hostess is very nice and they fix everything when you ask.

Everything in the room was atrocious. Stains on the sheets, floor felt like it was covered in syrup, smoke cigarette smoke filled the room. I had to leave. I want my money back!

BED BUGS ALL OVER! They refuse refunds and Expedia can’t do anything about it.

Dirty syringes!!! Blood on sink faucet, tub faucet, wall, paper cups by sink, hairy used razor in towel holder, cat litter/dirty socks/blunt roaches under beds, loose cat food in drawers, used washcloth, very dirty, unswept.... Absolutely disgusting. Should be shut down.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke upon arrival. The bed was made with only two flat sheets with no blanket or comforter. When sheets were pulled back there was dirt found. The walls in main room and bathroom had hand prints and finger markings in black on the white paint. The floor was very sticky and the bathtub had burn marks on the outer edge from cigarettes or something of the sort.

The room was filthy.there were cockroaches .the heat did not work. The 3rd floor was loud all night.when i.booked the room the clerk told me I was only going to be paying $98 but charged my card $142 horrible place never again

This place should be condemned! It had a dirty towel handing behind the doors. The wood area by the sink was broken. The head board was completely off the bed. There was police officer trafficking the hallways. It had a “No drugs allowed sign on the door” The place looked like something out of horror movie. It smelled horrible. Black mold everywhere. The air in the place was horrible. Worst place I ever stayed in my life!

Really bad room. Absolutely nothing was good. Bed seemed like I slept on two box springs. AC had all the buttons broken or pushed in. Water was hard to control. There's no refrigerator anywhere in the hotel. Even TV was hard to operate. Crazy bad.

The stay was ok, the room had no microwave and no mini fridge, though there was plenty of room for them. My only real complaint was that I was there for 3 nights and I asked many times each day if they would fix the DirecTV so I could actually watch something other than HBO. That request never happened though the desk clerk clearly wrote my request down in some kind of log at the front desk.

The bed is long overdue for a new mattress. Only one of the two bedside lamps/outlets is working. The toilet needs a new fill valve, it runs constantly.

The bed should have been replaced at least a year ago. Electrical issues with one of the lamps. Front desk has a new person working at night, and he's not ready to work solo. Though he is very nice and very courteous.

The floor had lint balls and hair all over the place, my key worked less than half the time, I had to have the desk clerk let me in my room 4 different times. The other times I had to go to the front desk to have them reprogram my key. There was NO TV service my entire stay. Please shape up.

Shaneka at the front desk was very friendly and nice, but unless you absolutely just need a bare bones place to sleep for this price range, just skip it. The walls and floors are paper thin, there are no amenities, the clientele is noisy all night long, and even even though the room is made now be no smoking, the smell will never go away nor will the cigarette burns on the bathtub edges. if you are fussy, you would probably be happier somewhere else.

Noise from above unit is terrible. You need an insulated floor not what you have. You hear every footstep and thing going on above. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. No fridge in the room? AC is poor. It’s just bad

The first two rooms they assigned were not cleaned. The 3rd room, the key wouldn't work and the manager had to come up to let me in. When in the room, I discovered a damaged curtain rod, the AC did not work unless the fan speed was set to medium and taken off eco mode. The light at the desk didn't work and the light on the right of the bed flickered. The 2nd day, they claimed they wanted to fix the drywall and I said that I would be away most of the day for them to fix. When I came back, the drywall wasn't fixed, and they had thrown away anything I left in the room including a mostly full bottle of shampoo. The head board was missing from the room. The staff was nice and apologized but did not resolve any of the issues. The front end staff told me to call their GM to discuss my stay. It seemed that everyone just passed the buck instead of being accountable. I've stayed at motel 6 before but this was by far the worst experience. Everything seemed broken and they didn't work as a team.

Our stay never happened. We were refused our room because both of us didnt have IDs. Nowhere did it say we needed ID for both of us or we wouldn't have reserved the room. The staff claimed they were "collecting ID information", which seems really shady.

I did not check in. I did not stay. I was treated rudely by staff and then told that they would cancel my reservation. Will need to be turned around and have to fight to get my money back from my reservation.

Worst experience ever! The hotel was dirty, the smell in the hallway, the carpet were horrible. The area of the hotel isn’t safe. Occupant fighting in the room. They had ppl messing up with the fire alarm. Junkies wandering in the hotel, reception staff & security was unprofessional, and had attitude. Was checked me in to a room 2ce that was occupied, was turned away stating there was no room and after 2-3 hours saying there was rooms but wasn’t sure if they were clean and refused to check. Yet checking ppl into it. I spent 5hours at reception at mid night since about 1am sorting out checking in, without being later checked in and later kicked out by security at about 5am.

There was a lot of things that were falling apart or broken/not well kept. But the front desk service was excellent

My partner & our dogs stayed here for a few weeks and it was an interesting stay to say the least. There was a few positives & I want to highlight them first. This is one of the only Motel 6s that have king rooms. The room I had was nice and clean. Most of the staff were friendly & helpful. Sandra on the day shift at the desk works really hard & you can tell she cares about the property. Shay was a night staff who was also very helpful & friendly. Pricing was great & they are pet friendly. On a less positive side, there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the room. The wifi tested out at about 4mbps, usable but really slow if you're using it for work. Oddly enough the building blocked most of the cell phone signal too slowing down the 5g as well. The last 4 days I was there the wifi was out all together, although it was a holiday weekend so it was probably just bad luck that it wasn't resolved. There was one staff that needs to be mentioned as he took what would have been a really good stay & made it into a bit of a downer. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, he seemed to work mid day.He was very surly, cursing where guests could see him & worse. One night in a rain storm the dogs walked too close to him when he was standing outside and we were coming in. He started shouting at me & scaring the dogs because he didn't like dogs. This wasn't the only time he raised his voice at guests & I'm not sure guest service is his calling. Overall 6.5/10. Easily 8 if he wasn't there.

Friendly staff

The desk lady was rude and just nasty to me. The first room key didn’t work. I went down and she gave me a second one without speaking or looking at me. Second key didn’t work and she just started getting upset. Her words were “oh no. One key maybe. But two keys? No way. What you doing wrong?” I said she could try it and she said “Obviously, I have to now” At that point I just stopped talking. It’s one am and I’m exhausted and just wanted to sleep. The AC didn’t work but I decided it’s better to sleep in a hot room than deal with that disrespect. I had just stayed the night before and the guy was really nice. I’m just going to start paying more and stay somewhere better. Worst person I dealt with in a long time.

I paid to reserve a room. My plane was delayed and I got to there in 2:30 Am. They give my room to someone else and told me no room available. they made me wait for 20 minutes then told me there is no room for me. Then I made more than 30 calls could not find a room. Endup I stayed in a compact car. The front desk checked and said there 11 rooms with either electricity or water or some problem.

Customer service was great !

This location is in the ghetto!! The hallway was filled with marijuana and loud people running around and talking load!

Mostly very sketchy, dirty and unsafe place. It needs a major reno, as all the furniture is in terrible shape, the sheets where not clean, the wall have stains that shows that the place is very poorly kept, and overall, felt uneasy stepping in the place not mentionning leaving my car in the parking lot where people look like they are scoping cars.

Homeless people and drug addicts hanging out everywhere. Not a good neighborhood!!!

People live there--white trash/ghetto; hang out in front door. Forced to call Front Desk due to couple in room above me that fought w/the profanties from 9: 00 pm-1:00; dropped large objects. Poor sleep for me. Whole place smelled like cigarettes; and even my non-smoking room reeked. poor ventialation. I was creeped-out. Almost left. Of all the Motel 6s I have stayed at this now can be considered the worst one( beatsone in Ohio).

The floor was filthy in the room. I wore clean white socks for about five steps and they were brown. Room smelled like weed and filth. Air conditioning blew slightly warm and humid air. Gunshots heard in the area. Might have been better off sleeping at the airport…

Lower your expectations! On the up side location is right on highway. The hallways and doorways smell of cigarettes and dope! Thegrounds are littered withgarbage

I did not feel safe at this motel. Other guests were rude and loud. There was damage just about everywhere. However, the front desk clerk was polite, the room, though lacking in amenities, was clean and pretty quiet.

It was ghetto. Homeless and druggies everywhere. I didn’t feel comfortable walking and sleeping during my stay. Even front office window was broken on my first night.

the staff was friendly the area and the rooms were clean but they had no coffee they ran out and they had a limited supply of snacks to offer more snack machines would be nice but for the area it was ok

ok for good night's rest. could have been alittle cleaner. no extras microwave ,refrigerator, hair dryer,breakfast. Alot of people on property wander around parking lot
