I really like the price for a room with a kitchenette.

Place was clean & updated. Arrived about 10 & front door was locked. Posted listed kitchenette, but it only had a toaster. Had planned to cook eggs, but no pan & stove didn't turn on. Disappointing as I didn't realize you would have to bring everything. Pointless when traveling. Room was very large, beds comfortable & nice hot shower.

Only 10 quick minutes away from Mystic Lake Event Center for our event. The room was Hot (mid July) when we 1st arrived and Quickly cooled off with the AC unit. Having a fridge with freezer was important to us... we had some difficulties with it not being truly COLD, but it was more chilled than our cooler until we got the settings right.

False advertising. Web site said free breakfast. The only free breakfast that i saw was pastries. To me that dosent constitute as free breakfast. The T.V in my room remote didnt work at first and everything on the tv was in spanish. Not everyone that stays in the hotel speaks/reads spanish.

I knew I was booking a budget hotel but this place had the highest rating of all the local hotels in the area. I have to admit I was skeptical but reserved it anyway. We got there and our nonsmoking room did not smell terrible with the air on but we had to walk through a smoke filled hallway to get there. The two bath towels were so thin they barely dried us after our shower. one of them was dirty. The shower curtain was also dorty. We had gone out and when we returned and were taking showers we didn’t want to have to get dressed and call the front desk. The room is uniquely furnished with a nice fridge and stove- however no ice bucket, nothing in the cabinets to use on the stove- no silverware, cookware- nothing to clean anything with. It really doesn’t make sense to have the amenities that you can’t use. The bed was not great- but again I wasn’t expecting super comfort. Overall I’d give it a 2 at best. I paid 120.00. The next night it was 49.00- go figure.

There was no elevator. No dishes or silverware or anything in kitchenette to use it. No paper towels. No hot water for a shower. Beds were so tight in the room that you couldn't get in on the side by the wall. The towels were very thin. Very disappointing stay.

The hotel sucked as services went. Internet didn’t work nor did the tv with NO local stations

Room was decent for the $ on NYE full size fridge two stove top burners lil kitchenette toaster oven ! Smart tv with apps n you tube ! Window opens for fresh air ! I really was impressed as I thought it’d be a dive but perfect location offsite from the casino and 24 hr McDonald’s in parking lot we didn’t go but we knew it was an option!! Will more then likely stay again

The room did not have working air conditioning, the water never got Hot, The Tv was very small, and you could not get a good channel. The bed was lumpy and small. The desk was way to tall compared to the chairs. The pillows on the bed were small couch pillows, Not a pleasant or comfortable stay. When we first walked into room it smelled like tobacco, and the side of the bed by the wall smelled like dog. We had booked and paid for two nights, but only stayed for one. Would like a refund for one night. Staff was very pleasant and tried to be helpful.

Suite was clean and spacious. Great size for a family group of 4-5 adults. But need to bring your own utensils.

This hotel smells incredibly bad. It’s not so terrible once you’re inside the room but be prepared to hold your breath while getting to your room

Upon entering our room, there is a strong unpleasant smell. The smell seem to be coming from the couch, I’m sure somebody urinated on it. The tile and the door trim in the bathroom needed paint and repair. As we were packing to leave, I noticed that there was a dead bug on the sheets. There were also ants crawling on our belongings. I immediately laundered all of our clothes and disinfected our bags when we got home. I wasn’t really comfortable with the group of men drinking beer right outside our window either

I’m trying to call the number that is listed on Expedia for the property. It is not accurate after being on hold for eight minutes it disconnects you at arriving at the property. The manager tells me that the proper number is on the card at the desk. I tell him that does mean no good when I live three hours away and cannot contact the property. The property is in desperate need of repair. We had other guests in other rooms. They did not even have a hairdryer so they had to dry their hair over the air conditioner in their room the counters in our room or very old stained and had horrible marks on them. The couch in our room had stains, tears, and paint on them. The coffee table if you want to call it that I think a five year-old could’ve put it together better and I don’t know that I would’ve even set a cup on it. The towels in the bathroom looks like they came from the dollar store. They did not match. We’re very thin and very small. The hallways smelled musty and old. I saw housekeeping’s mop bucket, and it look like the color of coffee and not the nice latte like espresso, black coffee, and she was continuing to floors in the room with it. The manager on properly, he is very rude. There is no staff at night so if your key does not work or you lose it, go sleep in your car. I had tried to call the number on the business card for the hotel in the middle of the night as there were people sleeping outside on the sidewalkand there was no answer and the front desk is locked up.

We arrived very late - 2am. I called on the phone and the staff let us in. First impression was BAD. Lobby was dirty and the entire floor smelled like pot and a very strong perfume that maybe was used to try to cover up the pot smell. Also, 3 police cars were in the parking lot when I arrived. The room appeared clean but bathroom door and paint were worn & rusty. The smoke detector was covered with what looked like dried wet paper towels or something . I'm not sure if that meets fire code. I'm assuming it was that way because of the pot smoking but it was a no smoking room. I was kind of grossed out by the initial problems- police, terrible smell, dirt, rust & broken bathroom door, that I never really felt comfortable. But we didn't have any other issues with our stay.

I am a traveling poker dealer. I am in a new city every month. I am originally from Flint, MI, I have stayed in some bad hotels. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There are bugs in my room (mostly fruit flies but I also saw a roach run underneath my refigerator). The floors are disgusting, I dared to step off the bed without my socks on and my feet literally stuck to the carpet. I ordered a pizza last night and tried to heat up the leftovers in the microwave, but they came out smelling very weird, like the microwave is dirty. When people in the other room use the toilet, I can smell it in my room. I went down to the desk to ask for another room, but I checked in at 9:50 pm and the desk closed at 10. I have already cut my losses. I’m just hoping my review will save someone else the inconvenience of staying in this absolutely disgusting hotel. They need a health inspector here ASAP!!!

Stinky, tvs are trash, missing side table rooms smell horrible

Our room smell modly, found mold and wet spot on the back of tv stand/clothes drawers,i felt sick once walking into the room. 2nd day someone came in to clean the tv stand but the moldy smell getting worse.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Loud tv from other guests in middle of the night

A fairly good value. Get a top floor unit because sound from room above was distracting.

Hotel was clean, however it was noisy. You could here people in their phones on facetime and/or speaker phone, lots of parking lot noise, can hear all kinds of sounds from inside the room even with the fan going.

Pillow were just horrible...small, hard and sucked

I was not a fan of the bed, as it was quite uncomfortable. Thankfully, I brought my own pillow because there were only two pillows on each bed and they were flat. I woke up in a fair amount of pain. Other than that everything seemed clean and in working order. We had plenty of towels, and the air conditioning worked.

Obviously, the front entrance area appears to be going through a remodel phase. There was no one at the counter, we were lucky to get our keys the first night. After 10 PM; the counter area has a garage door style roll down door that stays down. We left this morning at 8 am and it was still down.

Easy check-in and check-out. However, I never recieved a receipt even though I asked for one. She said it would be emailed and never was. Easy stay otherwise. Everything was great.

Fruit flies, took 10mims for door to room to open was locked out of my room at one point.

It says the front desk is open 24/7. We got to the hotel at 2am, and the doors were locked. There’s a phone sitting there to call for front desk help, and I used that multiple times with no prevail. Thankfully another guest had let us into the lobby so we could wait and avoid the cold. Thankfully it was booked through Expedia. After an hour of waiting, somebody finally showed up to check us in. The room we got was dirty, freezing, and the door looked like somebody had kicked it in recently. After telling them that we will not be staying in that room due to safety concerns, the front desk ‘upgraded’ us to a ‘suite’ for the inconveniences. The suit was definitely not my definition of a suite. The next morning we left at 9 and there was still nobody at the front desk to check people in.

The door would not lock, you could walk right in to the room. They did not get someone to fix it until 9:00 at night and did not finish until 10:30. Mouse trap in the kitchen. Smelled like marijuana and the front desk was only open during check in.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the kitchenette and set up of the room. Will definitely stay again.

Good stay. Was a good time. Easy access to event and restaurants. All in all. If your looking for a place to sleep, while your at a event all day. Great affordable place.

Clean and quiet. Easy access to major transportation networks.

The property was an excellent value in a safe area with some great food offerings. It was very close to the Expo arena which was my reason for traveling there.

Good, basic, clean room for 1 night stay. Had a fridge, microwave, stovetop & kitchen sink- that we did not use. Great price. Location was great for a Mystic Lake Casino event. 4 miles from casino & $200 cheaper per night.

It's setup for affordable long stays ( no breakfast), but it's fine. A biit worn, but real clean... so fine for the price. I stayed for 1 night and it was good.

When we arrived in our room the toilet paper roll holder was falling off the wall, we found blood on our duvet the breakfast was non existant just packaged sweets!

I am a tea drinker; they had only coffee in the room. It isn't a deal breaker, but it would be nice.

My room and the hotel smelled a little funky. I didn’t eat breakfast any of the days I was there. The hotel is old but I just needed a place to sleep. There is no way my wife would have stayed with me at the hotel, but it was 1/2 the price as others. It was still worth it for me and the money I saved. It had great access to the highway and was easy on and off.

Not the worst place that we have stayed at but definitely could use some updating. Amenities were non existent and I'm pretty sure pets can stay in all the rooms since my allergies kicked off as soon as I walked in the door. We did not request a room for a pet. Shower curtain blows on your body in shower so quite annoying and complimentary coffee and donuts don't start until 8:00. Really, most people are gone by 8:00. Pretty Lame overall.
