The room smelled like cigarette smoke. I had a dog and they put me on the 3rd floor. I came back from a long day of watching softball. I stopped at the desk because I left my key in the room, it took 5 minutes for the desk person to come out of the office to help. Then when I asked where the ice machine I was told they didn't have one and I had to make my own. The last thing I wanted to do was make my own ice. Went back out to my car where I had just purchase a bag of ice for the cooler. Not ideal but better than making my own.

I booked a week in advance. I got a call the day-of check in stating they were full and did not have a room for us any more. When I phoned the hotel back to inquire, they said the manager said to disregard and there would be a room when we arrived. I notified of a late check-in potential of midnight. When we were given room keys, the door turned green but wouldn’t open. Eventually it did, and there were other occupants already in the room. I was not given a call from the manager to discuss.

Very very run down. Stains on kitchen wall, unpainted drywall in bathroom, shower leaked over shower and onto floor leaving a huge puddle, staff told us we couldn’t get extra pillows. Vending machine was broken. Just seemed super run down. Won’t stay here again.

Tried to check in and staff said it was no rooms available. Someone came in right after and checked in with no problem. Room had a weird smell to it and towels was dirty. Didn’t feel clean during my stay. Countertop in bathroom had stains and toilet wasn’t clean.

the front desk step was completely disrespectful rude and unhinged the room was disgusting crossed all over the refrigerator handle and/or dust on everything cobwebs disgusting nasty place nasty people rude horrible breakfast just original flavored oatmeal regular sugar no milk very displeased nothing to drink but coffee no other selection and rude rude rude staff

Holy crap! The room wasn't ready at 9:30 pm when we arrived. After they made it "ready" it wasn't even remotely clean. I am not sure they own a vacuum.

Absolutely filthy! One of our party ended sleeping is his car as there were short curly hairs and what appeared to be mouse droppings in the bed. Every surface was sticky. Couldn’t wait to leave!

The elevator, halls and carpet floors were all dirty. Neighbors were loud at 2:00 am. I didn't sleeping until 3:00 am because of the noise.Banging on the wall. The room had a musty smell. Smelled like ammonia.

The cleaning lady when we arrived told us the sheets were clean because she uses clean sheets unlike others there. The whole place had a terrible smell and are carpet in the room was damp and gross. The vents were covered with dirt as well. Location was convenient for us but not likely to stay here again.

Well we checked in and the man was very nice. We got to the room and it wasn’t even clean. It was actually cleaned because the maid service tip envelope was neatly placed in the counter but about a foot away was salt and like used hamburger on the counter it was disgusting. Turned around walked out and refunded. Couldn’t take it and the smell was like pot in the halls gross.

Convenient and staff understands if an item is not as expected. The beds were quite small for double beds so my wife and I were cramped trying to sleep on one double bed, so we did not sleep well at all. Our daughter was sleeping in the other double bed. The bath seemed okay clean but not very shiny. But the price is good and adequate for persons that work in town during the week.

It's not a bad place to stay, but that has to be the MOST uncomfortable matress I have ever slept on. Like I have slept of floors that are more giving.

Not so good. When we got back from our concert we couldn’t get back into our room. The room keys were deactivated and when we got them reactivated the attendant was very rude. When we got back to the room our door would not open and was sealed shut and when we finally got in it was a concert from down below the whole night. There was a group of guys grilling and drinking beer and playing loud music from 12am until 740am when we left to return home. I understand it was the weekend but the attendant could have enforced noise ordinances for the rest of the tenants.

From the first step inside the building, it smelled like marijuana constantly. The floor in our room clearly hadn\'t been swept for some time. The bathroom shower faucet dropped. There was a crack in the bathroom sink and vanity. There was a bloodstain on the sheet. There was a barking dog, constant voices and knocking on doors in the middle of the night and the room above us you could hear every step the people took and it was nonstop throughout the night. The "free breakfast" was a sparse selection of oatmeal packets, coffee, and granola bars. Definitely not going back and not worth the price.

I booked my room a week in advance, everything was confirmed. The day of travelling to the hotel they called me and said they had no rooms for me, the man said he would call another hotel and see if they can accommodate me. After an hour he called me back and told me they made a mistake and they still have a room for me. We drove 13hrs to get there, once we arrived the front staff informed me they no longer have a room AGAIN. In my 47 years on this planet I don’t think I have ever encountered such incompetence from a hotel, I will never choose this chain of hotels ever again, very disappointed. They didn’t even try to make it right with a voucher or anything. Terrible customer service.

I had an amazing stay! Staff were very sweet and so helpful. They have mini kitchens in the rooms and provided me with dishes, pots/pans and so much more. Definitely gives a homely feeling staying here! And again thank you to the staff here truly a blessing❤️

Hotels.com was a horrible & miserable experience. Took our money.. gave us a confirmation number.. arrived at 2am and no rooms available. Then we had to spend 40 minutes on the phone trying to receive a refund which they said 8-10 business days but never received a confirmation email of their refund process.. we were left to figure out a new hotel on our own while they still had $194 of our money tied up. Still haven't received our refund yet.. fk you Hotels.com!

I booked a room around 1pm on 26 Jul. We needed to be at a friend’s house (surprise party) by 3:30 and were not able to check in before our event, so we had to wait until the event was over. Unfortunately, it was past midnight (was 2am). We tried to check in, but the person at the front desk told me they sold the room and added even if they had the room available, they would not be able to check us in since it was past the date of my reservation. I showed her my email confirmation, the booking, and asked how could she sell the room if I already paid for it? She said again she couldn’t check me in since it was no longer the 26th, it was the 27th. (I have checked in at other hotels past midnight so I don’t understand the issue.) Anyway, she suggested I check out another extended stay down the street (not that she offered to call or anything). It was clear she wasn't really going to be helpful. Since she could not check us in, I requested a refund. She asked if I booked directly through them or through a third party. If it’s a third party you need to take it up with them she said and walked away. It was about 2:15am by that time, NOT the time to be looking for another hotel room! This issue was not only extremely inconvenient, it could have potentially been dangerous to be out looking for other hotel accommodations at that time. I called my friend and we were able to sleep on the floor at their house.

Anyway, she suggested I check out another extended stay down the street (not that she offered to call or anything). It was clear she wasn't really going to be helpful. Since she could not check us in, I requested a refund. She asked if I booked directly through them or through a third party. If it’s a third party you need to take it up with them she said and walked away. It was about 2:15am by that time, NOT the time to be looking for another hotel room! This issue was not only extremely inconvenient, it could have potentially been dangerous to be out looking for other hotel accommodations at that time. I called my friend and we were able to sleep on the floor at their house.

I booked this hotel on a Tuesday night for the upcoming Friday & Saturday nights. When I showed up to check in on Friday night I was told they had no rooms available. I explained that I booked a room on Tuesday for Friday & Saturday already, but I got the same answer that there were no rooms available. I asked how this could be and the guy behind the desk just gave me a number to call for a refund as he clearly did not care whatsoever. Then another couple walked in right behind us to check in and there was a room for them no problem. I was very angry & confused by what was happening. I had to book a hotel 30 minutes in the other direction from where we were going as that was the closest place I could find that had a room available. I will never book this crooked hotel ever again!

Not so good. When we got back from our concert we couldn’t get back into our room. The room keys were deactivated and when we got them reactivated the attendant was very rude. When we got back to the room our door would not open and was sealed shut and when we finally got in it was a concert from down below the whole night. There was a group of guys grilling and drinking beer and playing loud music from 12am until 740am when we left to return home. I understand it was the weekend but the attendant could have enforced noise ordinances for the rest of the tenants.

The staff here is AMAZING to say the least... They will do their best to help you out in any way possible... It's very convenient location for any kind of shopping or food choices... My only negative thing to say, would be that the police are here allot, but they also come through often so it's very safe

Convenient location. Front desk staff were great for check-in/check-out. No problems with the room itself. Sadly, they suffer a lack of proper security. My stay wasn’t good after twice being forced out into the parking lot. 1st time late at night after a man showed up looking for a woman no longer at the hotel. He decided to pull the fire alarm & was outside roaming the grounds when police arrived. The next day I’m put out in the parking lot again for the same fire alarm pull nonsense. No thanks.

I've stayed at Extended stay various locations 20 out of the last 30 days - this property is an embarrassment to the brand. First of all states free breakfast?? There is never even a dry muffin available - lucky if coffee is ever brewed- then the reason I stay is for the kitchen - I asked for utensils etc to cook a meal I had already purchased- the only items they had to offer were 2 butter knives - nothing else not even a kitchen towel - they ran out of toilet paper - I had to run to the store to have a roll in my room - my ladt dtay the first morning early - staff walked right into my room no knocking no nothing saying they thought it was a vacant room but I had judt been to the fromt desk to extend my stay, then the last 2 hours before checkout were ruined by a false fire alarm - u can wait at the front desk for sometime before being helped or seeing anyone- the second morning we were awakened by a knock on the door needing to do a room inspection?? For what ? I had stayed two nights and was checking out in an hour and a half - do inspections on those rooms staying a week or longer first then do the vacant rooms after checkout - service is terrible never any clean towels available - my stay was uncomfortable and felt as if staff were entering my room when I was gone ,- Again an embarrassment to the brand - will not stay here again and possibly not at an Extended stay property . Waste of my time n money

the front desk step was completely disrespectful rude and unhinged the room was disgusting crossed all over the refrigerator handle and/or dust on everything cobwebs disgusting nasty place nasty people rude horrible breakfast just original flavored oatmeal regular sugar no milk very displeased nothing to drink but coffee no other selection and rude rude rude staff

Went because they had free breakfast. No shuttle service to/from nearest transportation makes for a 1hr 20min walk from the gold line. Showed up and was informed I had the last clean room because of staffing issues. Only 3 of 7 rooms required to fulfill reservations for the day got cleaned that day so 4 people had to get called after I showed up to be informed about not having a room. Despite their admission of being short staffed when I inquired about if they were hiring I was told no. Odd Fast forward to the next morning, I wake up for breakfast and I'm told by the front desk it didn't show up today. I was eventually given a tiny frozen muffin and told to microwave it. Asked for a late check out and was given 1 hour even though they had at least 4 rooms from the previous day before they could start that days room.

First room we were given smelled of pot really bad. It was bad! Called front desk and they switched us to another room which was fine. The complimentary Breakfast consisted of just 3 prepackaged muffins. And they ran out of coffee by at 7:30.

Overall, the stay was ok but it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. The room was clean and the staff friendly, but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The grab and go breakfast was definitely grab and go as in there weren't many options.

The hotel is old and smells a lot like mold. The wall paper/paint is bubbling off the wall. The sheets don't fit the beds. No breakfast of any kind. The room smelled like it had been closed forever right after getting very wet.

The room was large enough. My parents were staying. My mom is disabled. The staff saw they have mobility issues. Made a point to get them down to a 1st floor room on day 2 when 1 was ready. Helpful for sure. Yes the hotel is a bit used. but over all its in decent cond. for its price range.

Checked in on Wednesday July 15th around 8pm. Sticky note with room number on it. Tried to key into room. Door flashed red and green, after numerous times it finally let us in. When we got into room, we heard water running. Looked into bathroom and tun facut was leaking. Tried to turn it off could not. Called the front desk they said they would send someone the next day, no maintenance person available. So had to listen to leaking water all night. One of the drawers handles were hanging off, the carpet was pealing away from the wall. The mattress was so dented in I was sleeping on an angle. July 16th morning I went to front desk to talk to them again and tell them everything that was wrong with room 306. They assured me that the maintenance guy would be in at 430 and he would fix the water leak. That they had no rooms to move into till the next morning (friday July 17th) we continued our day and coming back to the hotel at 11pm. Tried to key into our room and the dope wouldn't open. It was locked. Tried several times before I went to front desk. The gentleman there grabbed the universeral key and went back with us up stairs. His key wouldn't work the first couple of times because the battery on the key reader was dying. Finally we were Able to open the door. He said he was leaving for the night and couldn't change out the battery. It would have to be done the next day. I asked him what we were supposed to do and he said don't leave the room.
