We had an amazing time at this house. It was big, open and spacious. The big decks had lovely views out to the water. The house was well stocked with games and things to amuse the children (and the adults too!). The wi fi is good and foxtel as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We were 2x families staying for 2 nights. Plenty of room for everyone. Kids were entertained downstairs playing air hockey and playstation. Parents were upstairs by the fire. Stunning views out the dining and kitchens windows. Would definitely book this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay at 270 degrees. It was a great location to Rye township and both Hot Springs. It was very cosy with the wood fire and also split systems. The views from the kitchen and lounge/dining and decking were spectacular. Our only complaint was the squeaky bunk bed in one of the downstairs bedrooms.

The house had everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable (everyone commented on how well they slept), the kids loved the air hockey table and games room and we all had fun sharing stories by the fire. The local beaches and the vegan cafe a short drive away were highlights. Being able to bring our dogs was also amazing - highly recommend for a family getaway!

We had a wonderful stay. Recommended for anyone needing extra space. There is even a separate lounge area! Lovely spot and views to die for. Watch the sun go down while you do the dishes. Extra comfy beds are a bonus.

We recently stayed at this very spacious and comfortable property located only minutes from the Rye foreshore and shopping precinct with family and friends and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property had everything we needed from a large spacious living area upstairs which led out to the large covered deck with amazing views along with a teenagers retreat downstairs and plenty of off street parking for all of us. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any additional requests. I could not recommend this property highly enough and would be more than happy to come back and stay again

Great accommodation especially for families. The house was very welcoming, bright and so well appointed. Close to many sites. Back beach was great especially exploring with the children. The views were just fabulous!This is a lovely property with high ceilings, large kitchen and windows, and all you need to make the stay comfortable.With the back beaches close by, we enjoyed the spaces on both levels and communal areas to come together after days out and about.Communication with host timely and effective.Thanks for the opportunity for a beautiful time away with friends.

The property had everything we needed from a large spacious living area upstairs which led out to the large covered deck with amazing views along with a teenagers retreat downstairs and plenty of off street parking for all of us. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any additional requests. I could not recommend this property highly enough and would be more than happy to come back and stay again

We recently stayed at this very spacious and comfortable property located only minutes from the Rye foreshore and shopping precinct with family and friends and there was more than enough room for all of us. The property had everything we needed from a large spacious living area upstairs which led out to the large covered deck with amazing views along with a teenagers retreat downstairs and plenty of off street parking for all of us. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating and quick to respond to any additional requests. Lovely views, large, spacious home with generous-sized rooms and living space.Heaps of parking and a large, secure backyard. The kitchen had an excellent supply of pots, pans, and cutlery. Bathrooms and toilets were well stocked. Close proximity to shops, beaches, and hot springs. The host was helpful, friendly, and accommodating.

We loved happy hour on the deck with the stunning views across the tea-trees to the ocean. Location to wineries great as was the walk to the beach. Games were a bonus and we enjoyed some of these.

Spacious house with 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and a big deck with a lovely outlook over trees to the distant ocean. Quiet, comfortable and clean with good beds and good heating. Handy kitchen supplies such as oil and paper towels. We had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay and found the house suited us perfectly. It was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the fireplace added a cozy touch—we especially appreciated the supply of wood.While we had significant trouble processing the payment through Stayz and received very little help from their support team, we are grateful that Tarni our host was such a great communicator throughout the process.Thank you again for everything Tarni
