Always love staying in this location when visiting family, we stayed in room 219 out neighbors above us sounded like a heard of elephants throughout the night all weekend. Next visit I’ll request the floor with no-one above us! Because we will return 🎉 the staff are very friendly and accommodating

As a Hampton Inn client for over thirty years, I was VERY disappointed that they no longer offer fresh fruit in the morning. Just bananas and small apples, neither of which is cut up, falls well short of breakfast needs. This doesn't seem such a big ask. PLease restore this item at breakfast. Thank you kindly, Svbdl

In the remodel everything looked nice with the exception of them painting the wallpaper. That seemed a little ridiculous. But otherwise this stay was great

The front desk staff was not so friendly, and housekeeper never changed my towels and they did not empty my trash and never came to my room to check. The front desk evening clerk was snappy and he said for me to put the trash outside the door and I had to go get my own linen and towel. Although I spent over 600.00 dollars to stay there and I was ready to spend more days, but after I was treated poorly I went elsewhere. The kitchen staff was friendly. I won't go back to Hampton inn in Blue Springs again. Maybe it was because of my skin color, I don't know.i hope that was not the case. But. Whatever.
