Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Only drawback to room om second floor was no elevator, as my wife has a very difficult time with stairs.

We were in town for a race at the local university. We booked months in advance and requested adjoining rooms only to be told at check in, they have no record of the request. She was very kind and tried to find us rooms close together. We made it work. Otherwise, very outdated hotel. All common spaces need a good vacuum and dusting. Lighting is all dim. Water is hard and tastes horrible. Beds very uncomfortable. Lacking extra pillows and blankets. Floors were all sticky. Breakfast was picked over. And heads up, there’s no elevator.

Nice location but the bathroom was dirty, the toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall, the bathroom light blinked/strobed the entire time I was in the shower and the washer and dryer were super loud.

The staff member that checked me in was amazing. He was friendly, considerate, and helpful. The property inside was clean, however the side door was broken and the furniture , including the bed, was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Rooms 221 and 223 had bed bugs. I traveled 2 half hours to get rest for my daughters state wrestling tournament in spring field. With a total of 5 with me. Clerk on the night shift was sweet and understanding. The first room 221 had one bed bug on the baseboard, which I immediately went back down stairs to let her know. Her being sweet I’ve ask for a different room which, in fact, she granted me. I was able to go to the second room which was 223. Also, in there was bed Bugs. I had to leave the night of. I could not stay there knowing had I stayed, I would have taken some home. Very clean rooms, but I could not stay the 2 nights I paid for. You guys definitely need to be inspected around the entire building.

We have stayed here a several times and the working staff is great. We were pleased until the last visit. My daughter woke up with over 250 bites from bedbugs and I had over 40. She is miserable. I showed pictures of the bedbugs to the front desk and they said they would pass them along. I wrote to the corporate office and they said it needed to be handled by the franchise owner, and that they have told him to make it right. I have heard nothing. I am doubting whether anything has been done to fix the problem.

The room was great for the price, for the most part. Biggest complaint is the air conditioner couldn't keep the room cool and man do they need some dehumidifiers. It was warm and humid all night. The breakfast is lackluster, but at least there's something. Just waffles, cereal, or microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Lastly the was a crack in the room window that ran the whole length of the window that was just taped over.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly, surprisingly decent breakfast (waffles, yogurt, apples, jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches, granola bars etc.), but man the beds….. the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable (hard as hard bed & I prefer hard beds but this was next level, pillows were mush) we did not sleep like at all. So overall was a great deal and was clean for one nights stay.

The service at check-in was terrible, she was very rude, and i was going to just going to leave, but I'll never stay at that Super 8 again. The slamming of the doors, i had the very last room on the 2nd floor, was horrid. The 1st time was great, so i booked a 2nd time, never again.

Convenient location, room was very clean, however stairs and common areas could use some attention. no elevator was a negative as well.

Group of 6 guys blaring music around a car close to the entrance of the hotel when we arrived. Breakfast was a lot of bagged processed food, nothing like what is shown in the hotel photo. An alarm on a car in the parking lot went off at least 4 times, including at 4:30 am. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave.

This is okay if you need a reasonable place to stay for just 1 night. Rooms were clean but older and dated. Beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was very basic but staff were helpful.

Overnight trip for a college function. Young man at check-in was extremely polite and friendly. Mattress was rather firm for me. At reservation, requested rooms adjoining and near each other; unfortunately this was not honored. Breakfast selection was very minimal and in a very tight nook area. The staff tried very hard to accommodate everyone there wanting breakfast but there was just not enough room for more than 2 people to be in the kitchen area. Pleasant staff!

The staff has always been very nice and professional. The place is clean and as is the rooms, and they have a good breakfast spread with lots of options for everyone.

Walls are thin. Couple next door argued until 2am and we heard evey grievance uttered. Asked the front desk to address the issue at midnight but no action seems to have been taken.

We really just needed the room for the night to sleep. Everything seemed clean enough and check-in was a breeze. Nothing super fancy, but it worked for us!

We’ve stayed here several times but this time it was terrible. The first room we were given smelled and was damp. We changed rooms just across the hall it was better but not by much. As I turned down the bed the sheet was disgustingly dirty stained and had some sort of raised dry substance on it. It was late so I pulled the sheet off and slept on the mattress pad. There were cobwebs hanging from the ceiling. There was a dehumidifier running out in the hall right by our door and the bathroom fan was on when we got there so we left it on to try to get rid of some of the dampness and that made it quite noisy. The only good thing was the breakfast which was good and we appreciated that.

So the property sprayed a few days prior to a busy school weekend. We got checked in late and took a shower and when she pulled a towel off the rack there was a very much alive adult brown recluse spider. I killed it and the staff was kind enough to swap us rooms but it was very difficult to sleep that night.
