Appreciated choice between downstairs room not quite ready (door needed work) and hauling luggage upstairs. Did not appreciate hostess vaping as seen from window while eating breakfast. Young people at breakfast, and I don’t personally think that is a good example.

Courtney, the hotel concierge was terrific. No elevator which made getting our bags to the second floor. NO HOT WATER. Instead of letting people know, we all found out the hard way, cold and wet at 7 am, waiting and waiting for the water to turn hot. Need more cleaning in the rooms, specifically around the furniture and the threshold of the door. The waffles were good in the morning. The staff was friendly and that meant a lot. Made be feel bad that such good staff had to bear the brundt of no hot water.

The room 109 was actually smoking designated, smelled awful. There was some brown substance smeared on the headboard and flung on the ceiling, plus other yuckiness on walls and carpet needs replacing, there's no way it will come clean anymore. Mattress had a big brown stain (looked like either vomit or blood) down the side right where people's face goes. Bathroom ceiling had bulging water damage with mold from the floor above, and the curtain rod was about to fall out of the wall. Charged a pet fee upon checking in, after we booked the room on Orbitz and no fee was posted. Security card readers at entrances were broken, literally smashed. The guy at the front desk spoke very little English, making communication difficult. I felt bad for him, as he was also clearly not knowledgeable about the computer system either. Some people are quite mean to employees in this predicament. Housekeeping did a decent job, but complete lack in maintenance makes it feel disgusting.

The online picture of the hotel is no longer correct. The picture shows a very clean hotel on the outside. It was not. Side door was not a secure door and people were clustered there smoking. People had large dogs at the side door and times I came thru, it was unsure if the doors were safe or not. The room was clean. Carpet felt damp and the bathroom floor appears dirty. Toilet was wobbly. Noise level was bad. You can constantly hear people walking upstairs. Floors creaking. It's an old Motel and the quality reflects. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of towels and the water pressure was great.

The key didn't work, went back to the desk, the key didn't work again, so they changed our room number, went back up to the new room, finally got in. Unpacked the car, napped, the sheets were soft but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The shower was broken, only the tap worked. The drain was stopped up. It was so frustrating that we didn't stay, it was well before midnight and we left.

Reg'n hostess superb ... trying to work 5 guests with screwed up rsvns including mine at same time ... took 45 minutes. Vacuuming and Cleaning Room once a month isn't working $40 room for $100 .. pathetic except bed .. sink faucet literally falling off and clearly had been for months. Filth at every corner -- table between beds broken off the wall ... HEALTH INSPECTOR SHOULD SHUT THIS FILTHY DISEASE TRAP DOWN ... This place is alright but nothing special. The whole room felt a little damp and smelled weird. But everything in it worked and was not visibly dirty. The front staff was nice enough. VERY LIMITED breakfast. Mostly male labor workers staying here. Not necessarily unsafe or wrong.You get what you pay for.

Staff was very friendly, however the property was run down, the room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. It looked nothing like the pictures, and the location itself felt unsafe. We didn't stay after seeing the room, even knowing it was too late for a refund.

Horrible. I was out on a business trip and the only reason I stayed here is because I had my dog and it was pet friendly. I was first woke up at 11pm by someone vacuuming outside my door. The shower curtain was broke so it wouldn't shut. The tv didn't work. People were running around above me all hours of the night. Breakfast was cereal and toast. Then i got charged twice for the nights I stayed.... I would never go back.

We had a mixup with our room, the TV was not working, and the door to our room was very unsturdy. Like the frame must have broken at some point and it was never properly fixed. It was just a single night, and I wasn’t alone thankfully. But I wouldn’t stay there again.

The window shade was broken in the down position. The tv did not work and staff unable to fix. Room change to East side off building. Woken up at midnight by a super loud gush of water and overloaded washer agitating like a broken machine.an hour of this then some metal or snaps cracking over and over in the dryer turns out there is a washer and dryer right in the open hall echoing in the night. Next to it are two bellowing vending machines. Outside the window adjacent to the back of McDonald's was a 18;wheeler idling lot, also very loud. I wasn't able to sleep, I was exhausted already, by morning I was angry. Doesnt the staff make rounds to ensure guests are behaving and not doing laundry at 1 am ? The guest above me was also disturbed by the roaring vibrating vending machines as we were venting in the morning. The place was a / loud and noisy dump . The morning staff was unhelpful . I would give it zero stars and advise guests to avoid this badly managed Super 8. One of the worst I've encountered if you want a good quiet nights sleep on the road . .

Reg'n hostess superb ... trying to work 5 guests with screwed up rsvns including mine at same time ... took 45 minutes. Vacuuming and Cleaning Room once a month isn't working $40 room for $100 .. pathetic except bed .. sink faucet literally falling off and clearly had been for months. Our room was given away even though we had a reservation. The staff admitted to given it to someone else since they asked for another bed. What is the point of a reservation then?!?! He was keeping track of available rooms off a post it, clearly this system does not work. They gave us a 1 bed room for my husband, myself & 2 teenage kids. Their solution was 1 rollaway bed & a discount. We would not have been able to make that work so left the property.

The first room was a smoking room. Didn't realize that a smoking room was booked. The worker at the desk found some air freshener. When we realized that the refrigerator didn't work, the same worker at the front desk moved us to a non-smoking room, which was much better. That worker was the best. Every other employee thst we interacted with was also wonderful and so nice and friendly.

I booked deluxe suite online , for two days. At check in was told deluxe was booked for first day. I was charged deluxe price for standard room. Was told at check in i could get deluxe suite at 3:00 the next day as i had booked two days in deluxe suite At 3::00 on day two was told deluxe suite not avaliable. Someone had booked it online, yeah i had as well for two days. So i still had pay online deluxe suite price ,and stayed in a standard room.

It’s definitely an older property and it’s showing it’s age. Having said that, it’s reasonably priced for a hotel right off the the interstate and we haven’t heard any highway noise, (a big plus). It’s a fine budget option.

Felt unsafe for Self & our Vehicle & Things inside Vehicle. Plus does not look good when Police showup right after your arrival. Plus was extremely hard to understand the Staff that was on Duty when we arrived

Staff was very friendly, however the property was run down, the room smelled musty and wasn't very clean. It looked nothing like the pictures, and the location itself felt unsafe. We didn't stay after seeing the room, even knowing it was too late for a refund.

This was a spur of the moment booking, and I was not impressed at all. The room spelled bad, the parking lot was a mess, the walls needed repainted, the doors were in poor shape. The hallways felt damp and the floors in the room were sticky. It was convenient to the highway and had several fast food places near by, but al-in-all, it was not a place I would ever stay again or pay over 50 bucks a night for.

Horrible. I was out on a business trip and the only reason I stayed here is because I had my dog and it was pet friendly. I was first woke up at 11pm by someone vacuuming outside my door. The shower curtain was broke so it wouldn't shut. The tv didn't work. People were running around above me all hours of the night. Breakfast was cereal and toast. Then i got charged twice for the nights I stayed.... I would never go back.

Breakfast was included. Full breakfast with eggs, sausage, coffee waffles, etc. Rooms were clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Area is ok, small. There is a couple gas stations and fast food chains.

Checked in the maintenance/front desk guy was amazing! Great personality. Sadly didn’t have our room but supposed upgrade to a damp floor room smelled like a smokers room or like a wet ashtray. I woke up following morning sick asthma flared up went for breakfast and they were out of food night guy said 630-9 we went at 7am and out of food in hot tray juice tasted water down no coffee very disappointed for sure over all girl at desk wasn’t concerned about a dam thing didn’t ask how our stay was busy talking to a local staying there. No frills stay was no joke here ugh never again!

This place is alright but nothing special. The whole room felt a little damp and smelled weird. But everything in it worked and was not visibly dirty. The front staff was nice enough. VERY LIMITED breakfast. Mostly male labor workers staying here. Not necessarily unsafe or wrong.You get what you pay for.

I was a little concerned reading the reviews but the room was clean except for the carpet being damp for some reason. The "breakfast" was slim pickings but the staff were friendly and helpful with my needs. Overall it\'s just a place to put your head on a pillow for the night

Nice and clean, did have one issue with the hot water. Everyone at the front desk was super nice and helpful! Good environment and area. Very happy with this stay, especially for this price! Hot breakfast was nice! Sausage and eggs, waffles, juice, muffins, fruit!

Left just as tired as when I got there. Was on ground floor (rm 102) heard people walking around floor above. 430am woke up by them walking (sounding more like stomping or heavy footsteps) tried to get back to sleep and couldn't. Ended up leaving 6 hours after I stopped. Waste of time and money and definitely won't be back
